1)
Early on in our Gladio research I had someone ask me about Russia's Chechen engagement and whether or not it was a Gladio operation. In a cursory review it definitely fit the description or as .@JohnBrennan famously said "it has all the hallmarks of it.
2)
Going back to 1995, we see the Bosnia Herzegovina engagement also had all the same hallmarks and NATO successfully saw the 'correct' conclusion to fit their desired outcome. It isn't a coincident that Gen Wesley Clark was in charge of achieving that result.
3)
He had already proven himself at Waco as the nearby commander at Ft Hood. Like a good globalist he gave aid and comfort to the government terrorists that attacked domestic populations in a Phoenix style raid right here in the US.
4)
The conclusion of the Bosnia and Herzegovina left tons of broken glass (strategy of tension) so the area would be under the constant supervision of the 'adults' in NATO as a proxy state. After leaving it in ruins (like Vietnam, Nicaragua, Chile, well you get the picture after 75+ times) they moved over to Chechnya.
5) Chechnya fit the classic definition of the post USSR communist Gladio target: Radical Islam. The 1990's was the tactical transition of substituting in a new enemy since the last one was 'defeated' for the forever war concept. You have to have an ever evolving enemy.
6) As a Russian Muslim republic Chechnya was the new target in an ever evolving 'radical islamic' terrorism narrative build. Between, Turkey (now NATO and former home to the Islamic caliphate) and Iran you have the perfect set up.
7) So the CIA got to work with State department (two heads of the same body, calling Dr Carson we need some help here) and began influence peddling and economic warfare. This was intended to weaken Russia for regime change eventually.
8) Keep in mind while this is all going on you have the infamous William Felix Browder, an American-born financier and political activist. He was, at the time, the CEO and co-founder of Hermitage Capital Management, the investment advisor to the Hermitage Fund, which at a time was the largest foreign portfolio investor in Russia. The Hermitage Fund was founded in partnership with Republic National Bank.
9) Now ask me who was behind Republic National Bank? Republic New York Corporation was the holding company for Republic National Bank of New York, Safra Republic Holdings, and Safra Republic Bank. So what? Well in 1966 Republic National Bank of New York is founded by Edmond Safra.
10) Safra sets out to acquire a ton of other banks. Just like BCCI did. He just so happens to buy a bunch of the US savings and loans that will go bust in a money laundering operation at just the right time. Republic National Bank was controlled by billionaire Edmond Safra,
11)he was murdered in his Monte Carlo penthouse apartment by his nurse Ted Maher who just so happens to fit the definition of a Gladio operator. Guess who benefits? London. Republic New York Corporation was sold shortly after its chairman's death to HSBC Bank USA, the US subsidiary of HSBC of the UK.
12) Browder took on the role of an economic hitman for the #InternationalSyndicate. Also, Browder took on large Russian companies such as Gazprom, Surgutneftegaz (controls large oil and gas reserves in Siberia), Unified Energy Systems (control of Russia's power grid), and Sidanco (oil extraction and processing facilities).
13) You've heard our government refer to Russia as a gas station? Browder was sent to buy the gas station under the guise of 'investment' financed by the Safra family who created it's first financial institution, was in the Ottoman Empire in Aleppo, Syria.
14) Its a fascinating story as they branched out into Beirut, Istanbul, Alexandria etc. This was done in the early 1900's by Jacob Safra as a banker and gold trader. According to wiki: "The Safra family was a merchant Jewish family originally from Aleppo, which historically made its money from financing the caravans of the Middle East"
15) Safra was to the Middle East what Rothschilds were to Europe, if that helps. After the Ottoman Empire falls after WW1 he moves to Lebanon and sets up shop. Wiki goes on to say "became the bank of choice for many of Syria's and Lebanon's rich Sephardic Jewish families,
16)who trusted the Safras to manage their business and personal financial interests with care and discretion. The bank did business with agricultural, precious metal and merchant traders, and it offered both credit and savings accounts".
17) Safra's have great timing. They enter the Brazilian banking market a few years before the US coups Brazil and with all the western vulture capitalists moving in afterward it helps to have a bank you can trust already there.
18) Lastly according to wiki "In 1920, Safra married his cousin Esther Teira (1904–1943). They had four sons: Elie, Edmond, Joseph, and Moise; and four daughters: Evelyn, Gabi, Arlette, and Ughette. In 1943, his wife died during childbirth at the age of 39. In 1950, he remarried to Marie Dwek (1911–1967). Safra Square in Jerusalem is named in honor of him and his wife"
19) You could write a book about Safra alone, he was a weapons dealer/financier, allegedly a covert ops/Gladio financier, etc. But for the purpose of this story, his now deceased son Edmond was busy doing an economic hit on Russia with Browder. Here is what you need to know about Browder:
20) Wiki: "Browder's paternal grandfather Earl Browder was born in Kansas in 1891. He was a radical and had lived in the Soviet Union for several years from 1927 and married Raisa Berkman, a Jewish Russian woman while living there.
21)After his return to the United States in 1931, Earl Browder became the leader of the Communist Party USA from 1930 to 1945 and ran for U.S. president in 1936 and 1940. After World War II, Browder lost favour with Moscow and was expelled from the U.S. Communist Party
22) Oh, and by the way, William (Bill) Browder graduated by Stanford. Bill's initial job? Eastern European practice of the Boston Consulting Group in London. Where he met and went to work for Robert Maxwell's Maxwell Communication Corporation (Mossad) and after that managed the Russian proprietary investments desk at Salomon Brothers. What a small world.
23) It is so important to understand the back drop to all of these stories. The US/London connection was already at work attacking Russia with economic hitmen which brings us back to our original story of Chechen war. Also keep in mind Clinton is in office at this point.
24) As .@GhostofBPH and .@War_Hamster1776 always points out, it's about the resources. The Bushes/Cheney/Halliburton connection (and BP) was geophysical testing by Halliburton had determined there were vast deposits of crude oil and natural gas in the Caspian Basin between Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkmenistan and Iran.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 25) Most were untapped bc they had up to that time feel under the USSR control but now were in all these made up countries, whose borders had been set up after WW2, but weren't relevant until the fall of the USSR.
26) So now you know why Safra/Browder was buying the gas station. The location of all these energy resources on Russia's border would give US and NATO a perfect opportunity to destabilize Russia by turning all its neighbors into NATO aligned countries. Strategy of Tension at work.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 27) BP and Amoco took the lead in attempting to isolate Russia’s energy. The estimates Halliburton was working with in Caspian Basin of oil reserves amounted to 200 billion barrels, about equal to Saudi Arabia.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 28) US Dept of Energy felt it was about equal to our energy supplies or trillions and trillions of dollars. So right on cue, the US Chamber of Commerce steps in and creates the US-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1995.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 29) You won't be surprised at any of the inaugural members either: 1) executive director of the Halliburton company, Dick Cheney who, will shortly be the next VP and guess what he does: interventions in Afghanistan and Iraq.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 30) But he wasn't there alone, he was joined by James Baker III. Who would be one of the next Secretary of State (twin of CIA). Keep in mind Baker was chief of staff (first term then moved to Treasury) to Reagan in 1981 even though he worked against him in the primary.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 31) Of course we'd be remiss if we didn't start off the chamber with Zbigniew Brzezinski, Henry Kissinger and Brent Scowcroft as well. Pretty hard hitting chamber for little Azerbaijan don't ya think?
32) So now we get to the real issue:
The existing oil pipeline which ran from Baku to the west passed through Chechnya. It only had a capacity of 100,000 barrels per day and was old. More importantly, it passed through Chechnya to the Russian port of Novorossiysk on the Black Sea. The US and UK wanted to eliminate Russia's portion.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 33) So someone picked up the proverbial bat line to NATO to order a Gladio style operation in....Chechen territory. Right? What better justification to reroute a pipeline than 'instability'...isn't that exactly what these bastards did with Nicaragua and the fake Volcano stamp?
34) Yes, it is. They knew the volcano in Nicaragua was nowhere near the approved canal that was already started but hey, let's steal Panama from Columbia using Marines as our Gladio crew and buy more land from rich ppl in France so the syndicate keeps funding itself with taxpayer $$
35)President Bill Clinton (1998) asked Richard Morningstar and Matt Bryza to develop the US energy strategy in the Caucasus and the Caspian Sea. Basically a 'how to' build pipelines without going through Russia from the Caspian Lake through the southern part of the Caucasus region to Europe.
36) So we have to pause to find out about Bryza and Morningstar. Bryza is a Stanford guy (surprise) and a state dept (CIA twin) career guy. He was involved with the Solidarity movement while in Poland (remember that Vatican was using their money laundered thru drug sales to say for the Solidarity movement.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 37) it was a Gladio style event as well. He worked on the 'reform' of Poland's security services which is usually where overall leadership of Gladio rests. He spent time in early 90's in the Russian embassy while Safra and Browder were doing their hit job.
38) He then moves over to the Caucasus to be Amb Richard Morningstar's right hand. He follows that with Turkey, Greece and Cyrus. Looks like he would eventually be Nuland's boss in the Eurasian area of State. Some of WikiLeaks leaked cables revealed Bryza told Georgian Interior Minister (Merabishvili) that they should avoid war presumably with Armenia. He also worked on the still on going Nagorno Karabagh conflict for Clinton's State dept.
39)In May 2010, the Obama appointed Bryza as the United States Ambassador to Azerbaijan as a controversial recess appointment. His nomination wasn't confirmed by the Senate. However he served for approx a year, and then departs State and joined the Azerbaijani government-affiliated Turcas petrol board.
40) Interesting to note: his confirmation didn't happen bc Democratic Senators Robert Menendez of New Jersey and Barbara Boxer of California who are Armenian Caucus members refused to support it and that's why Obama had to do the recess appt. Apparently Bryza got married and had the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister as a groomsman and the Armenians were pissed.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 41) Cause he was suppose to be an impartial US rep in the negotiations. Bryza has some powerful friends:
Reporters Without Borders reported persecution of Azerbaijani reporters who reported that an Azerbaijani government minister partially paid for Bryza's wedding.
42) Reporters Ganimat Zahid and Agil Khalil in the Azerbaijani newspaper Azadliq, reported the Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan, Heydar Babayev, paid for a significant portion of Bryza’s wedding. Both Zahid and Khalil were sued over their article and Azadliq correspondent Agil Khalil was the target of four murder attempts and had to flee to France.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 43) Another 'democracy' we are propping up to destabilize Russia. Now keep in mind as you read the next part that this is the guy that was suppose to neutrally broker a deal between Armenia and Azerbaijan: "Bryza was appointed in June 2012 as a board member of Turcas Petrol,
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 44)an affiliate of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), a fully state-owned national oil and gas company headquartered in Baku, Azerbaijan. Bryza is also a board member in NEQSOL holdings, an Azerbaijani energy and communications conglomerate according to Wiki.
45) Richard Morningstar is employed by Atlantic Council and Madelaine Albright's consulting group. Oh yea, Stanford grad too. (my head is play the 'I told you so' song right now). Oh shit, he's CIA too. Overseas Private Investment Corporation at USAID in the mid 90's which is exactly during the Chechen war. See what I mean? Patterns.
46) In the not surprising category:
Bryza and Morningstar played a crucial role in the construction of the Baku – Tbilisi – Ceyhan pipeline which was a project of the American-Azerbaijan Chamber or better described as Halliburton project using a CIA cut out called the chamber. It was to transport oil from Baku, Azerbaijan through Georgia to Turkey and the Mediterranean.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 47) The same two were closely associated with Dick Cheney and Richard Perle. You might recall that Perle played another critical role in the CIA's support of a Mujahideen in the fight against the Soviets in Afghanistan.
48) In the not so distant past, before CIA's involvement, the Sufi Muslims in the Chechnya region separated religion and state. However, the CIA began a radicalization program in the early 90's via Azerbaijan (which was why it was critical to look at the background of those involved)
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 49) The CIA radicalization in Azerbaijan spread to Chechnya on purpose. The CIA began a transfer of their radical Gladio operatives from Afghanistan to Chechnya. This was how CIA began growing the Al-Qaeda network. It was not organic. It was deliberative.
50) bin Laden, playing the role of the CIA director in charge of Al Qaeda, assigned a partner (Ibn al-Khattab) to be in charge of the Mujahideen in Chechnya. He fought with and provided assistance to Chechen leader Shamir Basayev. Ibn al-Khattab, like bin Laden, was Saudi Arabian.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 51) It is believed he was the source of the Islamic fundamentalists in the war in Nagorno-Karabakh in Azerbaijan. Strategy of Tension. He played a critical role in Tajikistan civil war as well. So its pretty safe to say he's the Felix Rodriquez of the Middle East.
52) Oh and did I mention he was also in Bosnia and Herzegovina together with other Mujahideen? Yeppers.
So now is a good time to mention all those earlier players like Bush, Cheney, Baker all ended up creating the Carlyle Group, right? So they invite Saudi in who buys in a huge position in it.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 53) so you won't find it weird that all these Mujahideen Gladio players that are 'Islamic fundamentalists' are bought and paid for by CIA and the government of Saudi Arabia, in a war against Russia to protect a rival oil supply correct?
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 54) They used the 'International Islamic Brigade'. In the Caucasus Mountains, the International Islamic Brigade numbered around 1,500 jihadists recruited in Chechnya, Dagestan, Saudi Arabia and other Muslim areas.
55) Just so we're on the same sheet of music...I'm telling you bin Laden was a recruiter for CIA in the Muslim department like Felix Rodriquez was in the Cuban department. Starting in the mid 90's bin Laden had financed (with our tax dollars and black ops $$ radical Chechen rebel leaders like Basayev and al-Khattab with million dollars a month during that time.
56) Saudi came right out and said the 'war' in Chechnya was a jihad and approved the holy war. Saudi sent money directly to them. They paid for the healthcare of the wounded. Former FBI agent, Ali Soufan, said: “The United States was on the Muslim side in Afghanistan, Bosnia and Chechnya. And in addition, the Muslim forces supplied weapons, money, equipment and all necessary means.”
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 57) Here is the most definitive Operation Gladio tie in: these guys were trained at Turkish Gladio facilities. "The CIA used its planes to transport Afghan and other Mujahideen to the Caucasus, from where they were transferred illegally across the Georgian border to Chechnya.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 58)Another base for training and equipping Chechen terrorists was located in Turkey, which was also a member of the NATO alliance. During these times, the Saudi intelligence service and the CIA worked closely with bin Laden and other Islamist terrorists."
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 59) Going back to the fall of USSR in 1991, Chevon (US) and Kazakhstan and a few others in former USSR territories were approached by BP and a few other US oil companies while Bush Sr was president. He was a big supporter of using oil to gain access/control of Russia.
60) He was also in favor of bypassing Russia with a new pipeline. Bush sent his favorite Gladio controllers Heinie Aderholt, Richard Secord and Ed Dearborn ( of Gladio operations in Laos and Nicaragua). They show up in Azerbaijan as reps of a CIA front company MEGA Oil. It would be the front for pipeline via Azerbaijan through the Caucasus to Turkey. The US would be the Oz behind the curtain.
61) As CIA front Mega Oil was flying in the jihadists to Operation Gladio style terror, violence and chaos events the Mega Oil crews were busy building the alternative pipeline behind the scenes. It was completed in 2006. Apparently, Azerbaijan was setting up terror training camps.
62) MEGA officials conducted the Gladio/military training for islamic radicals in Azerbaijan. So Mega had became the Middle East version of Air America of Vietnam. Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, was still collaborating with Osama bin Laden at the time and mobilized Afghan mercenaries to fight against the Russian state in Chechnya and the Armenian rebels in Azerbaijan.
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 63) This explains everything. This is why Pakistani ISI (CIA front) was funneling the lion share of $$ to Hekmatyar for years. Hekmatyar is apparently a CIA head hunter of radical muslims as well. Oil wasn't the only pipeline being set up.
64)"Hekmatyar used his new connections and positions to, with the full knowledge of the US, ship Afghan heroin to neighboring and Western drug markets. Drugs were smuggled through Baku to Chechnya, Russia and North America. Baku has turned into a transportation hub for Afghan heroin for the Chechen mafia."
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 65) According to U.S. Congressional Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare's, Yossef Bodansky, "the U.S. was actively involved in “another anti-Turkish jihad, with the intention of supporting and strengthening the most poisonous anti-Western Islamist forces”.
66) "Bodansky revealed that in December 1999, US government officials participated in an official meeting in Azerbaijan where special programs were discussed for training and equipping Mujahideen from the Caucasus, South and Central Asia, etc. In addition, they agreed to help private American security companies and
67)"Turkey, Jordan and Saudi Arabia to Chechen fighters and foreign Islamists. It was planned to incite riots and new long-term conflicts in the spring of 2000. Bodansky revealed that official Washington believed that the jihad in the Caucasus was preventing Russia from using the oil route because of the violence."
@GhostofBPH @War_Hamster1776 68)The fiercest conflicts in Chechnya ended in the spring of 2000 after powerful operations by the Russian army. The Russians achieved a costly military victory. The exact numbers of dead and missing in the Chechen wars, which were largely fueled by the CIA, are not yet known,
69)but estimates range from 25,000 to 50,000 dead or missing, mostly civilians. The Russians lost over 14,000 soldiers in the First Chechen War, and about 7,000 soldiers in the Second Chechen War. Jihad in Chechnya did not succeed, but the Baku – Tbilisi – Ceyhan oil pipeline project, which bypasses Russia and sends oil to Europe, succeeded.
70)Summary, the CIA bought a pipeline with 65,000 dead bodies for the #InternationalSyndicate

Understand that everything I just revealed has been known by Russians the entire time. Every bit of it. Russia had every reason to attack us for what our government did in Chechen War...they did not. Unfortunately for them, the CIA just moved around to Ukraine and started again with another pipeline delivered for their pimps. END

2/ Standard Chartered comes from The Chartered Bank of India, Australia and China, and Standard Bank of British South Africa. The bank dates back to 1853 with James Wilson who was deployed to India to put down a rebellion against the crown "Sepoy Mutiny".
3/ In 1843 he established The Economist as a newspaper to campaign for free trade, and acted as Chief editor and sole proprietor for sixteen years. Wilson was Secretary of the Board of Control, which supervised the East India Company's control of British India.
