🔥🔥🔥Breaking! War on The Rocks (WOTR) has a very interesting sister org, created in 2022, called Breakrock Knowledge Inc! They claim that they have worked for the US Air Force as a Defense Dept contractor. And have had at least two ex CIA working there.

Part 1

(Recall, that WOTR were the ones who doxed the kind and sweet Cynical Publias.)

It’s headed by Ryan Evans and cofounded by Dr. Sae Schatz, a prev director of the US Defense Department's Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) program.

A third cofounder is Rick Batka. As a technical CTO and co-founder of Bedrock Learning he raised $1.15M in seed funding and architected cloud infrastructure and SDKs that scale to millions of learners while achieving SOC 2 Type II and NIST 800-171 accreditation in support of a $2M government contract.

Its director is ex CIA David Priess. Who was happy to see ex CIA, Rebecca Lewis, join their ranks. David Preiss is also a Hayden Center Senior Fellow.

Also there is Lauren Bedula, a managing director at Beacon Global Strategies. I’ve attached a 🧵, so you can see Beacon Global Strategies CIA connections.

This org is also staffed by many prev Defense Dept folks, and I’ll show those when I source.

As you know, I just post the facts that anyone can find online. So let’s continue.

In 2022 it was founded as Bedrock Learning, Inc “as a spin-off of War on the Rocks (Metamorphic Media) and is headquartered in Washington, DC”. The name was changed to Breakout Knowledge inc in 2024.

Bedrock claims they are on a, “Path to Leading the Race for AI Dominance.” Utilize war gaming, and “offers a social network that centers learning through the provision of courses, serious games, and open source intelligence streams”.

“By harnessing the power of our social network, we make it possible for individuals and organizations to not only navigate, but also illuminate the complexities of the modern world — to garner, earn, and generate knowledge. And, in doing so, create a safer and more prosperous world.”

Both Rama Duwaji and Mamdanis mother, Mira Nair, dealt with Hamas linked Qatar.

Rama lived in Qatar while at VCU Qatar before transferring to its Richmond campus (Virginian Commonwealth University's School of the Arts). Then worked between Washington DC and Qatar for a while.

VCU Richmond being home to a CIA course. Dunno if anything, but interesting.

Galfriend also appeared on the Bill Kristol and Sally Longwell’s Bulwark podcast.

Rama also has UK connections and has worked with a variety of clients, most notably the BBC, Apple, Spotify, VICE and the Tate Modern. She has also taught workshops on both illustration and animation alongside It’s Nice That in 2021.

How did she manage to work with the #1 British propaganda outlet (BBC)?

Rama was a Tasmeem Student Attendee (Tasmeem is a design conference held in Qatar). She has also taught and coordinated workshops at Tasmeem Design Biennial in Qatar and has worked on illustrating and designing publications with prestigious institutions like Tate Collective, Institute De Monde Árabe and Cartier.

Rama illustrated for some videos. Mamdanis mother, Mira, did films. 🤔

Mira Nairs Qatar work was funded in part by the far leftist Ford Foundation. And Qatar also bankrolled over a decade worth of films directed by Zohran Mamdani’s mom.

Rama Duwaji was born in Texas (Houston) and moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates when she was nine years old. She attended VCUarts’ Qatar for a year before transferring to Richmond where she graduated with a communication arts degree in 2019.

🔥Stephan Richer worked at IssueOne. The same org that fortified the 2020 election and is listed in the The Times election fortification article. The same 2020 election where he won his position as the Maricopa ELECTION RECORDER.

Issue One where Stephan Richer works is a Soros Democracy Alliance Aligned Partner Organization (APO).

Issue One is partnered with the Brennan Center, Protect Democracy, and the Transition Integrity Project. The same folks that also worked with the $500 million Soros Partnership for Safe Voting. Where they admitted to using orgs to take over election administration for the first time in US history.

Recall my previous reporting on IssueOne. With FOUR prior CIA working there including Renee Diresta. Imran Ahmed was there and he runs a British org that likes to censor conservatives. Oh and there’s tons of military etc there too. Such as:

Although Trump “lost” 2020, Stephan Richer of Issue One, won on the same ballot. After, he was in charge of Mail in voting and voter registration.

FBI secretly seizes 2024 election records from Maricopa Arizona after getting a grand jury subpoena. Maricopa may have have been holding multiple states ballots?

A joint report filed by one GOP and one Democratic observer who were in Maricopa County on election night 2024 included photos of the ballots and storage facility, which they described as heavily guarded and having ballots from multiple states’ elections.

Officials said that report was one of several foundations for the subpoena executed by the FBI in recent days. Sources said the FBI is likely to execute searches and subpoenas in other states beyond Georgia and Arizona in coming weeks.

It sounds to me that they have photographic evidence of the 2024 multi state ballots in Maricopa.

If they saw this, they would be crazy not to take pictures.

So how could Arizona possibly have multiple states ballots?

A retired police officer encountered a huge election operation at Wigwam resorts in Arizona.

Gerald Buglione worked security for Wigwam Resort, Litchfield Arizona from January 2020 until the end of November 2020, I was furloughed for the month of July.

“In September 0f 2020 a company called Fieldworks LLC rented 2 ballrooms for six weeks preceding the 2020 presidential election, as part of my duties I was to check on and secure all hotel facilities and ballrooms, when I went to the two ballrooms rented by Fieldworks LLC I was denied access. I was told by Fieldworks workers I was not allowed in . I question them as to why, as I was resort security and that was our job to safeguard all property and possessions, I was given a stern answer that I was not allowed in the two ballrooms. I found this strange because security had always had access to every location ,as these were big money high end ballrooms. I asked them what they are there for and again they refused to answer stating I was not allowed in. Security was never denied access to the ballrooms by any other entity. Even Vice President Mike Pence had utilized these ballrooms and the Secret Service submitted an itinerary and co ordinated with hotel security.”

“During their time there I observed people constantly moving in and out of the ballrooms and they were moving boxes back and forth in and out.The ballrooms were filled with computers and workers and boxes of voting ballots. One day there was a Federal express package at the desk for them and I delivered it to the ballroom, no one was at the door so I went in looking for someone, when I went into the ballroom with the package I saw voting ballots loaded in bins, the room was filled with them.”

🔥🔥🔥Breaking! The British Censorship Industrial complex used to censor Americans and British is utilizing brainwashing! This brainwashing is being used to push “migration” down our throats and using censorship to clean up the crumbs. And it’s coming from the Marxist left. Plus there is an odd MN connection, and lo and behold that’s where all race and anti ICE riots start.

Some time ago I reported that Imran Ahmed of the Center For Countering Digital Hate (CCDG) led an org called Inter Narratives. Which was previously called Reset Narratives. Well I learned some new info. First, CCDH was flat out partnered with them too.

And, I also didn’t realize that Reset Narratives worked with both the Narrative Initiative and Culture Hack (TheRules). The Reset Narrative community, uses the Narrative Initiative as a model and is partnered with Culture Hack.

This is from an article on Imrans Ahmed’s, CCDH partnered, Reset Narratives site:

“At Culture Hack, we believe that uplifting and amplifying Life-centric narratives is the only real way to dismantle a system that is bringing our world to a collapse. Whether your work concerns reproductive justice, racial justice, economic justice, or housing rights, we are all operating within a global culture that has been molded by Western colonization, industrialization, and global capitalism.”

This is from the Culture Hack website:

“We expose, disrupt and shift cultural assumptions to create new narrative spaces for possibility, hope and justice.”

Here’s an example of a doc linked from the Reset Narrative website. It talks about heralding in progressive change. CCDH is not about bipartisan anything!

This is also a group of over 120 orgs colluding together at Reset Narratives. Here’s a sampling of them:

Next, recall that I previously reported that the Narrative Initiative used MN as a narrative change test lab. This began not long before the 2020 riots.

Interestingly, The Center For Countering Digital Hate’s (CCDH) Simon Clark, worked at Foreign Policy For America (FP4 America). And FP4 America partnered with George Floyd riot groups in MN. 🤔

Coincidentally, recall my prior reporting on MN being heavily infested with the Integrity Initiative. Well, one CCDH staffer, Damian Collins, was an integrity initiative member. Simon Clark was Atlantic Council which belonged to the Integrity Initiative. AND the Narrative Initiative was funded by the Atlantic Council, an Integrity Initiative member.

I think there’s a much bigger story here especially since I have 💯 linked CCDH to the Trump coup. (Much not reported yet. The Center for Labour and Social Studies has my interest piqued.
