1) Many of you are beyond angry, and bitter. I get it. This is an assault every bit as serious as Confederate secession in 1860-61. Here is my Q&A:
2) Q: Was this "crime" before Trump was president, hence not covered by immunity?

Zen Master: "Actually Trump's "crimes" occurred when he was President. The indictment starts with events in January 2017." So it would fall under aspects of the Supes immunity decision.
3) We know the NY Appeals Court is lib. But how lib? What is the likelihood they reverse?

ZM: "This verdict will get tossed by a higher court.  The precedent set is so dangerous that it can't stand.  They just threw out Harvey Weinstein's NY conviction, so NY's higher courts have shown a willingness to rule in favor of unpopular defendants. Weinstein's case (rape) was far more serious than this tripe."
4) Separately:
ZM: "Re this argument about prosecutors in red states: Who would they indict?  Biden's from Delaware. He has nothing to do with Texas.  Someone tweeted that Paxton should indict him over the border. First, a federal court would immediately enjoin TX from enforcing the indictment. Second, it would get tossed on presidential immunity grounds."
5) Separately:
ZM: "This verdict (I think) will help Trump with any persuadable justices regarding immunity [at Supreme Court]. The Manhattan case has been a circus. I think the justices (at least most of them) want to put a stop to this shit as much and as soon as possible."
6) Finally, regarding this idea some lawyer floated:
ZM: "Just wanted to flag something that you'll probably see going around Twitter: the possibility that SCOTUS will issue a common law writ and take up the case, bypassing the NY state courts.  I'd be beyond shocked if they did this.  It's a pipedream."

1) I try to subscribe to as many substacks and subscriptions as I can, but I can only afford so many. But this one sent to me by a friend, is important enough that if you want to pay have at it.

2) Mark Halperin is a leftoid who bends over backwards to find a silver lining . . .
3)Here

4) Halperin comes to the conclusion we all knew over 3 years ago-Rutabaga is demented.

5) "to put the matter both directly and carefully, some well-place sources see a recent physical and mental decline in Joe Biden that frightens them . . .wwoncc.substack.com/welcome

1) To take a little break from the drumbeat of stupidity from the left and injustice from the trials, I offer this little story.

2) Today, I got a royalty check for my "48 Liberal Lies About American History." I usually only look at the most recent number sold.
3) But for the first time in years, I looked at total sold---hardcover, paperback, e-book, etc. 113,500. I had no idea that book had sold that well over time. Then I remembered . . .

4) My own author copy orders, which I sell at conventions, don't count to that total!
5) But here is the fun part. Back in 2008, when the book first came out, I was on Fox & Friends every Wed morning with Steve Doocy doing a segment called "The Trouble With Textbooks." I'd pick out another lie every week and go over it.

1) My mission has been to exhort, encourage, and instill faith-based optimism as much as is possible and supported by reality.

2) Here are just some of the ways in the past month we have been winning. The globalist cabal is definitely on their heels.
3) The new Dutch government has begun deportations of illegals and has reversed so-called "green" planet-killing programs.

4) Disney has postponed (maybe indefinitely) some of its biggest movies because they are bombing at the box office ("Captain America Spooge" or whatever.)
5) Britain commissioned the Cass Report on transoidism. Perhaps to their surprise, the report came back, "There are only two sexes. They are determined by DNA and blood, not 'choice.' The literature has been bogus."

6) Peru declared transoidism/homosexuality a crime.

1) I CAUTION EVERYONE--and would tell Team Trump the same thing: DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the demon living inside the Rutabaga shell.

2) Indeed, many (including Rush Limbaugh, who didn't think Biden could even win the nomination, and myself) underestimated him in 2020.
3) You must understand he has a demonic presence inside his toasted anal-bacon shell, and that demonic presence repeatedly has risen to perform: SOTU, certain speeches, and in the 2020 debates where he did very well.

4) Trump cannot treat him as he did Cankles in 2016.
5) If I'm advising Trump, it is to absolutely remain calm, do not take the bait, and to appear as a mature father having to put his demented pants-filling grandpa in a home.

6) Maybe a small smile and headshake, but STAY ON POLICIES. People will see for themselves his evil.

1) After WW II, the US was the beneficiary of what I call the "golden accident." For the first time in human history, a single nation or power was the WORLD'S #1 producer AND #1 consumer.

2) The US accounted for around 40% of ALL world trade (including the commie countries).
3) Some statistics suggest the US accounted for up to 1/3 of the WORLD'S production.

4) It was 15 years before Europe, then 20 years before Japan, recovered enough to challenge.
5) I won't go into all the factors that caused the US to lose that position. But suffice it to say, a competitive Europe was one.

6) That is changing, rapidly: wattsupwiththat.com/2024/05/11/as-…

1) I am preparing my next book, "America in the 21st Century," which I've been working on for three years.

2) I came across this interesting piece in "Atlantic" which is a summary of the court cases against President Trump by a smug lib.

3) The date says May 4, but this stooldraper obviously hasn't kept up. Look at how massively this tone is off now:

4) The Count Dooku/Jack Smith case is on indefinite hold. Likely will never see trial now.

5) Fat Fani is buried deep in her own excrement. She may go before. . .
5) Contd . . . President Trump does.

6) Both the penalty and the content of the civil assets case are under appeal, and Trump has won the bond appeals. Basis of the trial may be overturned, $ almost certainly will be significantly reduced if not.
