This is Jim Kwik

He is the brain coach for Elon Musk, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Richard Branson...

His speedy learning frameworks made people billionaires

Here is his blueprint: Image
@jimkwik 's mantra for everyone:

The faster you LEARN, the faster you EARN

Why?

Knowledge is profit, not monetarily.

But it helps you grow in all aspects of life
The Myth of a Bad Memory

🚫 You don't have a bad memory

✔️ You just haven't learned to use it yet

Jim proves that memory isn't fixed.

It’s a skill you can develop, like strength training for your brain!
Focus isn’t just about paying attention.

It’s about directing your brain's full computational power at one task.

🧘‍♂️ Jim’s tip: Meditation clears the RAM of your mind.

Make it a daily habit!
To learn anything faster, just remember one word:

F-A-S-T

It's an acronym for:

F = Forget

A = Active

S = State

T = Teach

Here's how to use it: Image
The F in Fast = Forget

It's about having an open mind.

Ignore distractions.
Focus is key.

Dismiss self-imposed limits.

Challenge your limits to learn effectively
The A in FAST = Active

99% people passively consume information.

But real learning isn't about being talked at.

It's about :

- Creating
- Engaging

What to do?

1. Question everything.

2. Take notes

Active involvement equals massive learning gains.
S is for State – the emotional vibe of your mind and body in the moment.

Lock in memories by blending information with emotion.

Boost your state by:

- Adjust your body, posture, or breathing.
- Assume a powerful stance.
- Visualize the rewards ahead.
The T in FAST stands for Teach

To slash your learning curve in half, learn like you're teaching someone else.

Imagine presenting what you're learning today:

- You'd be laser-focused.
- You'd jot down every detail.
- You'd ask smarter questions.

Teaching = 2 X learning
Use Active Recall Test yourself.

~ Ask questions,
~ Write summaries
~ Draw diagrams

You’ll solidify concepts by engaging with them.
If you want to make your brain happy?

Ensure:

• Quality sleep
• A quality diet
• Enough exercise

It’s everything we’ve heard before.

But when executed, the difference is astounding.
Small Habits, Big Results

Change doesn't have to be massive.

Small, consistent actions build up to huge changes.

🔑 Jim’s advice:

Start with just 5 pages a day.

Build the habit, then expand.

💸 Sam Altman went from sleeping on the floor to a billion-dollar net worth.

The CEO of OpenAI and Y Combinator just dropped 10 money lessons that could change your financial life.

Here they are: Image
🔑 1. Value Compounding 🔑

Value= (Ideas+Execution)* Network

Sam transformed basic ideas into goldmines by executing and leveraging his network.

• Ideas: Are you solving a real problem?
• Execution: How quickly can you iterate/improve?
• Network: Who can amplify your reach?
🚀 2. High-Impact Decision Making 🚀

Decision Quality = (Data Quality + Gut Instinct) / Ego

Sam made bets on futuristic tech before it was evident to others.

How?

1. More data isn't always better; better data is better.
2. When data meets intuition, listen.
3. Minimize Ego

Meet the woman who made magic real.

J.K. Rowling

From:
• teaching to office jobs
• Battled depression and a tough divorce
• Survived a suicide attempt
• Faced 12 rejections before success

To:
Selling 500+ million "Harry Potter" copies

Here are 7 game-changing mindsets Image
1️⃣ EMBRACE YOUR STRUGGLES

Rowling’s early hardships fueled her writing.

She channeled her pain into her stories, creating a world where anyone can find a place and purpose.

"Rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life." - J.K. Rowling
2️⃣ PERSEVERANCE PAYS

After multiple rejections, Rowling kept pushing.

She believed in her story more than anyone else did.

Her perseverance teaches us that rejection is just a redirection, not a roadblock.

There is a guy on TikTok who asks anyone 30 to 100 y.o their:

• Their diet
• Their workouts
• Their supplements
• Number 1 Fitness Advice they would give to your younger self

I scrolled for like 30 min and found some patterns...
