BREAKING: The UN Human Rights Council in February and its report published yesterday concludes there is intentional, planned and systematic Israeli kidnapping, rape, sexual violence, torture and mutilation of Palestinian babies, children, women and men. Thread detailing all this:

In February, UN Human Rights Council experts said:

"At least two female Palestinian detainees were reportedly raped while others were reportedly threatened with rape and sexual violence,” the experts said."

"“We are particularly distressed by reports that Palestinian women and girls in detention have also been subjected to multiple forms of sexual assault, such as being stripped naked and searched by male Israeli army officers."

"Many have reportedly been subjected to inhuman and degrading treatment, denied menstruation pads, food and medicine, and severely beaten. On at least one occasion, Palestinian women detained in Gaza were allegedly kept in a cage in the rain and cold, without food."

"Palestinian women and girls have reportedly been arbitrarily executed in Gaza, often together with family members, including their children, according to information received."

"The experts expressed concern that an unknown number of Palestinian women and children, including girls, have reportedly gone missing after contact with the Israeli army in Gaza. “There are disturbing reports of at least one female infant forcibly transferred by the Israeli army into Israel, and of children being separated from their parents, whose whereabouts remain unknown,” they said."

In its report yesterday, the UN Human Rights Council further details the systematic nature of Israeli sexual violence against Palestinian girls, women, boys and men:

"The Commission also received reports that, when evacuating with young children, women were searched, harassed and threatened by soldiers. In one case a woman was evacuating through Salah al-Din Street with her three daughters on 25 October 2023, when shots were fired in their direction. Her eight-year-old daughter was almost hit by a shot fired at her feet."

"In another case, a woman who had fled her home in Beit Lahia on 24 October reported that ISF soldiers at Salah al-Din Street beat her and threatened to kill her children if she refused to undress. The soldiers ordered her to go to the right side and her children were made to continue walking alone. The woman was strip-searched outside. The soldiers told her to remove her veil and her clothes and when she refused to remove her clothes and cried, they insulted her and beat her. While she was being searched, she heard gunshots and thought soldiers had killed her children."

"Another woman, who was passing through Salah al -Din Street, recounted how she and others were stopped by soldiers. The men were forced to strip to their underwear, blindfolded and their hands and feet tied. The soldiers asked the women to remove their clothes. When she refused, they threatened her, insulted her and beat her. She undressed and took off her veil while she was crying."

"A male witness told the Commission about sexual abuse and harassment of women in Salah al-Din Street during evacuations; where ISF instructed women to undress, leaving them in their underwear. The witness saw several of his female relatives being forced to undress leaving them in their underwear with no veil to cover their hair. He also saw several women being subjected to sexual harassment by the soldiers while stripped, including a girl about the age of 17 or 18. The soldiers mock ed and harassed the men for not being able to intervene in the forced stripping of women. The witness also saw the mistreatment and arrest of a pregnant women before she was taken away by soldiers."

"the Commission also spoke to a woman human rights defender who had documented multiple accounts of women being subjected to sexual violence and abuse when evacuating and stopped at a checkpoint on Salah al-Din Street between 22 October and 28 December 2023. This included being stripped down to their underwear by male soldiers in public and subjected to soldiers touching their bodies. In two cases, women were coerced to remove their veils. In three cases, women reported that they were insulted, threatened and beaten when they refused to take off their clothes."

"When the victim asked for water, the perpetrator said he will give him water and urinated on him. The perpetrator further placed a stick in the area of the victim’s anus, over his underwear, and attempted twice to insert the stick into his rectum but the victim moved away to avoid it. According to the victim, men in military uniforms beat the other human rights defender and extinguished their cigarettes on the other human rights defender in four different places on his body."

as you read these accounts of intentional, planned, systematic sexual violence including sexualized torture, desecration and mutilation, remember the report does not use the phrase "sexualized torture" once in relation to October 7, except to say it was "unable to verify reports of sexualized torture and genital mutilation":

just as in multiple places in the same UN Human Rights Council report it explicitly says it didn't find evidence of a planned, systematic, ordered Hamas campaign of sexual violence. Remember this is the core of the "mass rape" hoax fabricated and spread by the Western media class

Now this is important, and it goes to the full section 95 and its use of the phrase "patterns indicative of sexual violence" which Zionist propagandists are intentionally and very easily provably lying about, both about the content itself, and what I said about it in my initial thread on the Human Rights Council report.

Again, as I said in my initial thread, the report does say that there was, to use its own careful language which propagandist scum are of course intentionally obfuscating, "patterns indicative of sexual violence (SGBV) in several locations", in section 95 and elsewhere.

Read again: Not conclusive proof, but "patterns indicative of", immediately followed by saying they did not corroborate the claim of a planned, intentional, systematic Hamas campaign of sexual violence, let alone rape. In fact, it says they also could not corroborate any instance of "sexualized torture" or "genital mutilation", the former of which they do cite in the Israeli case against Palestinians.

Ironically in my initial thread on the UN Human Rights Council report, I did not even include the inconclusive nature of that phrasing, "patterns indicative of". I actually made it much stronger and presented it as conclusive, saying "It concludes that though there was violence against women (SVGB), there is no proof of any rape, let alone "mass rape", or that it was "ordered by Hamas."

Now again, the report explicitly says in section 26 it could not corroborate any claims of rape on October 7. Not one. Not a single one. And again, nor any claim of "sexualized torture" or "genital mutilation", the former of which they did corroborate in the Israeli case against Palestinians.

So anyone conflating the very careful conditional statement of "patterns indicative of sexual violence" with the "Hamas planned orchestrated systematic mass rape" hoax, is a liar who are trying to bury the actual conclusion of the report, which you can read for yourself in full here, and run the searches for the uses of "sexualized torture" and "rape" in the summary and the full detailed sections on October 7 and sexual violence against Palestinians:

And you can easily prove that they are intentionally lying by doing this conflation but just looking at what I posted in this entire thread detailing the use of term "sexual violence" in relation to Israel and its kidnapping, sexualized torture, mutilation, desecration, abuse, beating and rape of Palestinian babies, girls, boys, women and men.

And here you can again tell that they're lying because suddenly they revoke the conflation of "sexual violence" with "mass rape" in the report in the Israeli case, where it actually does conclusively say that they have an intentional, planned, systematic, standard operating procedure of engaging in mass sexual violence, sexualized torture, desecration and mutilation against Palestinian babies, girls, boys, women, men,not just since October 7, but long before.
