BREAKFAST
1) Eggs with Avocado & Vegetables
→ 1/2 avocado
→ Slice of tomato
→ Sea salt and pepper
→ 3-5 pasture-raised eggs
→ Cook in grass-fed ghee or tallow
→ Large serving of dark, leafy greens
