The Israel lobby & its allies immediately launched a scare campaign to delegitimize the results as “racism, antisemitism, communism & terrorism are plaguing America”.

Exhibit A: Pro-Palestine positions smeared as Nazism, Islamism, and Communism.

This is the foreign interference playbook in action. A powerful lobby advancing the interests of Israel floods U.S. primaries with money and influence. When American voters push back and elect people who prioritize different priorities, the response isn’t policy debate, it’s to attack the integrity of the election, paint winners and voters as extremists or bigots, and weaponize identity to scare everyone back in line.

Voters spoke. Respect the results instead of trying to undermine them with fear and division.

UN Investigation Concludes Israel Committed Genocide

In 2024, Israel directed AIPAC to direct Israel-lobby-funded lawmakers in Congress to sanction the ICC to prevent the ICC from issuing arrest warrants for Israeli officials responsible for genocide. The bill passed the House in 15 days.

Israel lobby got Marco Rubio’s State Dept to sanctioned the UN Repertoire for issuing a similar report concluding Israel committed genocide.

Israeli News reported Israel paid Israelis to fly to the International Court of Justice to fake protest against the genocide case against Israel.

The list of Israel attempting to discredit, punish and arrest anyone reporting on their genocide goes on and on and on. They hope that with enough time, people will forget and the cases will become stale and go away. Their latest hope is if they replace Netanyahu with a new PM, they can blame him solely and move on.Image

Did you know in January 2025, the court ruled that the FBI’s warrantless search under Section 702 FISA (when searching US persons) VIOLATE the 4th Amendment.

This was the first federal court decision to require a warrant (or exception) for such searches.

The government appealed. Oral arguments were held in the Second Circuit on April 28, 2026. No decision has been issued yet, and the appeal remains pending.

This case is significant in the ongoing debate over FISA reforms and the 2026 Section 702 reauthorization. The government says they don’t target Americans under FISA but they are actively appealing the court’s decision and pushing for reauthorization.Image
