This is how it works.

🔸SCN trains Jewish community-based non-profits to apply for grants
🔸Non-profits pay SCN w/grant $ to provide security services which include IHRA antisemitism intelligence gathering & incident response (IHRA antisemitism means they include Pro-Palestinian advocacy & protests as antisemitism)
🔸SCN reports inflated/inaccurate antisemitism incidents to ADL
