We use timelines for positivity by @michaelmina_lab & @Wikisteff (albeit early omicron strains). Testing again in 48 hours unless symptomatic, but unmasking together at home (5 days is tough with a baby who sleeps in our bed 🤦🏻‍♀️). We always mask around others outside the household

Note: buffer solution is pretty caustic so they don’t recommend keeping the swab in the solution for long. Just ten twists (squeeze if you want). Start the test within about 3 mins from the time you twist the swabs because the DNA can start to break down in the solution.
