2/6 Finland, Norway, and Sweden have agreed to create a cooperative corridor for transporting military personnel and equipment.
3/6 The three Nordic leaders met in the northern Norwegian town of Bodø on the 19th and 20th of June to discuss security and military cooperation. Bodø is home to the Norwegian Joint Headquarters.
4/6 The newly established west-east corridor will enable NATO to swiftly deploy forces across the Nordic region. This cross-border logistical route was already tested earlier this spring.
5/6 The Arctic is poised to be a pivotal region in the future, with russia significantly bolstering its presence there in recent years. Fortunately, as its troops and equipment are engaged in Ukraine, the West can leverage this situation to its advantage.
