A truly remarkable case study. She stumbled into a low level judge position by running unopposed. Somehow became the highest paid judge in the state, despite doing low level clerical cases for vital records like wedding certificates. In this role she managed to rack up over 50 ethics complaints and was recommended by a judicial review board for removal from office, this is before she punched a cop.
Many of the charges involve her behavior online. She has an Instagram account identifying herself as a judge and posts regularly her cash app asking for donations. She doesn’t see how this is a bad thing for a judge to be doing.
Another series of charges comes from her getting the time of a wedding wrong. Attendees of the wedding have to go through a security check point at the courthouse. She thought the wedding she was officiating started at 11 on a Saturday. Deputies arrived at the courthouse at 10:30 to process the guests. The wedding was at 1 not 11, so there were no guests. The deputies left and the chief told the judge she’s not allowed to let people in without being checked. She let people in without being checked.
As bad as that was she tried to cover it up, first by denying access to the marriage certificate which had the time and date of the wedding, because it clearly showed she broke the law. She then started to insult the police department on a e-mail thread using childish vulgar remarks to the majority of city hall.
Her worst violation was throwing a Thai mother into jail because the judge didn’t believe the legal document the woman brought was authentic.
Due to a language barrier and miscommunication on this Thai woman’s marriage certificate her uncle was listed as father of the bride. She was petitioning to amend the document but the judge thought the Thai birth certificate was a forgery. (Why would such information be forged idk)
The judge ordered this woman to attend a hearing, without informing her she was being held in contempt or that she had the right to have a lawyer. Despite bringing an authentic BC and offering to translate the Thai, this judge deemed it “fictitious, fraudulent, and forged.” And ordered the woman to jail for two days without allowing her to contact her husband, make childcare arrangements, or call her employer.
Just a fascinating case of corruption from a position that seems too small to even gain anything from corruption. She was just a petty tyrant reality show want to be. She will not be on the ballot next term, she’ll likely be in jail for assault.

She claims this is all a conspiracy to bring her down because she was the first black woman in this county role.

Was it supposed to be subtle?
No one cares you mock us in every single bit of media, but there’s a breaking point where the mockery just overpowers whatever entertainment we got out of the show previously. The lack of subtlety, the lack of originality, the overpowering feeling of hatred. Image

It’s why insurance companies give a good grade discount. Image
They’re not based on IQ… but you do get discounts for occupation or good grades. Doctor, engineer, lawyer etc… get discounted rates.

After days of attacking police and burning random buildings across town, as well as their campus’ ROTC building the students lined up and started throwing rocks at the national guard. The national guard started to retreat, the students chased them throwing a barrage of rocks at the armed soldiers who then turned around and fired. They did nothing wrong.
“Omg how could the military fire on communist rioters when all they rioters did was chase the military men throwing rocks at them?!”

The left has always been like this.
Yeah the National guardsmen went on trial for murder. They testified they felt their lives were in danger after retreating and still being attacked by a much larger crowd. They even won a federal civil case.

I’m just about to hit 20k, so I wanted to give a shout-out to some of my favorite accounts on here. Thank you all for following!
First up @JadeAtrophis who i believe has retweeted me more than any other account. He’s a good catholic account that doesn’t get too weird about it. Good guy! Image
Next @WomanDefiner who spends his time posting his very real diploma in defining women and editing bodycam footage. One of the dads. Image

If you call people a thing long enough they’ll get comfortable identifying with it. I don’t know what these black history majors expected. You label half the country the Klan and they start sending you Klan memes mocking you. Image
There’s so much visceral hatred that men like will produce in the world. It gets filtered down to those without advanced degrees…

Wage theft is a lot like body cams. The far left thought bodycams would catch police killing unarmed suspects and cut down on use of force. Sure sometimes the footage does catch misbehavior, but it mostly shows endless hours of fully justified use of force.

Wage theft claims usually force stricter time keeping methods from companies. Sure you may have felt you were due some OT pay, but the new system flagged you for clocking in 4 mins late three times this week and having a long lunch, here’s your pink slip.
This is exactly what I’m talking about. Employees say leaving the building takes 25 mins! We should be paid for that. Amazon times it, it doesn’t take that long, it only takes a few mins. They start timing everything down to the min and employees start getting hit for taking long breaks.
There are obviously times employers are not holding up their end of the contract, and those contracts should be enforced. But most of the large cases end up being the equivalent to asking your friends for gas money.
