OPEN BORDER: @KimWexlerMAJD just discovered that Speaker Johnson's "64 Biden Actions to Weaken the Border" document is no longer on the House website. Why was it removed the day before the presidential debate? Oversight or Purposeful?Since his first day in office, President Biden has worked to systematically undermine America’s border security. On 64 occasions, he has manipulated the federal bureaucracy to open our borders to illegal immigrants, human trafficking, fentanyl, and potential terrorists. The result is a humanitarian and national security catastrophe. The President must use his executive authority to repair what he has broken.

A new White House release quotes President Trump asserting that Biden’s widespread autopen use, covering 92% of his signatures, was never formally authorized, making the affected executive orders illegal. Autopens are legal only with explicit presidential approval, absent here due to Biden’s declining capacity and reliance on staff. The ruling nullifies major Biden-era immigration moves, clemency grants and regulatory directives. Trump says the extent of forged executive paperwork is unprecedented in US history.President Trump announced that executive orders signed with Biden’s autopen, reportedly 92% of his official “signatures”, were never legally executed because Biden did not authorize automated signing. ANTIFA: The Portland Police are now colluding with Antifa to prosecute federal officers protecting the ICE facility. Each time federal officers engage with Antifa Portland Police liaisons collect statements and videos from Antifa to facilitate state criminal charges against DHS agents. The officers do NOT intervene when they witness Antifa committing assaults, vandalism, or trespass - famously refusing to arrest journalist @KatieDaviscourt's attacker and more recently arresting X independent journalist Nick Sortor for disorderly conduct (When Antifa set fire to the American flag Nick put it out - presumably that is the disorderly conduct).

My op-ed was built on a foundation of already published mainstream reporting, further corroborated by more than a dozen sources spanning the White House, executive agencies, and members of Mar-a-Lago. I did not, and deliberately chose not to, include any allegations that had not already entered the public domain. While some of what I uncovered through my own reporting was explosive, it was also beside the point. My objective was focused and clear: to expose how Sergio Gor sabotaged what may have been the most consequential political partnership in modern American history, between President Trump and Elon Musk.

The allegations shared with me by insiders were certainly lurid, but they were not central to the thesis of my column. So I excluded them. That’s called editorial judgment, something Gor and his lawyer seem to confuse with defamation.

I do so not because I fear legal reprisal (though if I'm honest I do), but because the truth deserves daylight. If Mr. Gor takes issue with the facts or the framing, he is welcome to make his case publicly. But let’s be clear: courts are not truth tribunals for political speech, and they were never meant to serve as censors for dissenting opinion.
