I often listen to Podcasts and News.
Last Sunday, Keith Olbermann reminded us of some History YOU need to be aware of.
Let’s dig into it.

The Year: 1864
There was a Republican President up for reelection that year.
His Party worked extremely hard to replace him and talk him into dropping out.
You might have heard of him:
President Abraham Lincoln.

Now hold up!
Neither I nor Keith are comparing Joe Biden to Abraham Lincoln in any way other than the sheer Panic caused by Despair of a Party willing to throw EVERYTHING away because they were so Cognitively Impaired BY DESPAIR AND PANIC.

Election Day 1864 was on the Eighth of November.
Lincoln’s own party spent the FIRST EIGHT MONTHS of that year suggesting all sorts of people they thought would make a Better President than Abraham Lincoln.
Let’s go through a few “World Renowned Names” they suggested.

Salmon P. Chase – Secretary of the Treasury at the time. Appointed that year to Chief Justice of SCOTUS.
John C. Frémont – Suggested by an Anti-Lincoln 3rd Party called the “Radical Democracy Party”,
Benjamin F. Wade – He thought Lincoln was too lenient!

And finally one name you may have heard of if you are not a History buff:
Ulysses S. Grant. - General at the time, duh. Later got his swing at bat.
Now you may have thought that was sarcasm earlier when I said “World Renowned”.
It’s NOT. They were all well known at the time.

Renowned like:
Gavin Newsom,
Pete Buttigieg,
Kamala Harris,

It was so serious Lincoln wrote a sealed letter on August 3rd 1864.
Had his Cabinet sign the Envelope sight unseen just in case.

General Sherman took Atlanta on September 2nd that year.
The Democratic Party had it’s own internal and external issues to contend with also.

Third Party Voter,
OR a panicking from despair Democratic defender of democracy,
Division is Division.

Several months ago,
I started ending every thread I write with 3 simple phrases:
Demand Better,
Stand Together,
We. Will. Vote. Them. OUT!,
With short explanations and reasons for doing so.

Even with all my repetition, it still has not struck home the dire need to Stand Together for some.
Despair. And. Panic. CAUSES. Cognitive. Impairment!
It will cause it even in those you have Great Admiration for,
Leaders, Pundits, Commentators, and Politicians
ARE NOT IMMUNE!

You need to know and understand beyond a single shadow of a doubt:
At this late stage, with the Election only 4 months and 2 days away,
It is the UTMOST FOLLY to even suggest anyone run BUT Biden.
THAT
Is a very flawed basic premise.

I have told you time and time again,
When you start from a flawed basic premise, you appear foolish no matter how intelligent you are.
No one could raise the funds Biden has.
No one that YOU may prefer that is within 5 Miles of being Viable
Has publicly expressed doubt in Biden.

A Presidents Job, is not to debate,
But to make the tough informed decisions AFTER actually listening to their Cabinet Members, Generals, and Admirals.
I do believe we all know who thought his “staff” was nothing but
“Suckers and Losers” if they did not kowtow to his every whim.

Don’t. You. DARE. Get. That. Guy. Elected
Just because you have lost faith in Joe Biden.
I can guarantee Joe has never once,

Lost faith in you.
I have trusted friends who are expressing doubts.
Speak Calmly.
Speak Clearly.

Let them know you will not give up on them even when they feel like giving up on themselves and everything they love out of fear, frustration, panic, and the despair that leads to cognitive impairment.

You help carry your “Battle Buddy” when they cannot.
