The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is one of the most influential deep state orgs. It basically ran Woodrow Wilson’s foreign policy, two consecutive heads won independent Nobel Peace Prizes, their publications coined the word genocide & drafted the UN Charter, etc. &:

Here’s a book they put out in 1965 to explicitly push for a UN invasion of South Africa to end Apartheid, based on the disastrous 1960-1964 UN intervention in the Congo to support Soviet-backed cannibal mobs against the forces of law, development, & populism. Many crazy excerpts:

The book is filled with quite detailed arguments & proposals (including specific lengthy outlines of the suggested equipment, funding, & men) for how to escalate attacks on South Africa over apartheid from blockades to invasion & colonization by US, European, & Soviet militaries.

There are lots of gems throughout—skipped over the mind-numbing lists of how many battleships they’d send in from which countries with what weapons & so forth. & in 1966, the UN began its 1st ever sanctions campaign: against the white Rhodesian government—for Soviet-backed rebels

There were plenty of actual atrocities being newly & avoidably unleashed across Africa back then: the imposition of commie black rule on white colonies. But the US & USSR just used the UN to *accelerate* this war on Greater Europe
