He is a Harvard Genetics Professor and this are his secrets to reverse ageing:
1. Exercise to the point of losing your breath
DISCLAIMER:
I don't agree with Prof Sinclair's lifestyle being optimal for health and testosterone. But it is good if your goal is to slow down ageing.
There is more towards life than longevity but this thread is about Sinclair's lifestyle and I will post about Sinclair's view, not mine!
Dr. Sinclair believes in exercising three times a week to the point of losing your breath.
"When you’re moving so fast that you can’t carry on a conversation, your body responds positively—building muscle, improving blood flow, and releasing chemicals that slow aging."
2. Eating Habits:
One of the most important aspects of Sinclair's regimen is eating less often.
He typically eats within a six-hour window each day, often skipping breakfast and eating a healthy vegan meal for dinner.
"It’s not just what you eat, but when you eat. Fasting boosts the body's defenses against aging."
I don't believe in eating vegan but this thread is not about me and prof Sinclair has proved it to be effective in slowing ageing.
Honestly, it's based on your goals. I eat animal based diets because it's much better for your T levels.
3. Food Choices
Sinclair focuses on eating "stress plants," rich in polyphenols, which activate the body's stress response, improving health and longevity.
He enjoys green tea, leafy greens like spinach, and uses olive oil, which is full of beneficial oleic acid.
My latest guide on Self-Improvement as a MAN is here!
Resveratrol: Found in red wine, sprinkled into yogurt in the morning.
NMN: A form of vitamin B3 that boosts NAD levels, essential for activating longevity genes.
Metformin: A diabetes drug that shows promise in extending lifespan and protecting against diseases like Alzheimer's
I don't recommend taking supplements, I recommend people to get it from whole foods. Supplements may scam out your way.
So the solution is to look on the internet what foods are rich in the compund/substance you're looking for and double down on that.
5. Foods to Avoid:
To maximize health, Dr. Sinclair cuts out sugar, bread, and meat.
"High blood sugar accelerates aging. I avoid sugar and carbs to maintain steady glucose levels, which keeps me focused and brain fog-free."
Again, I don't believe in plant based diet being optimal for you health but it certainly is good if your goal is to reverse ageing.
6. No Dairy and Less Alcohol
Sinclair also cut out dairy and reduced alcohol intake.
"Less protein from dairy has improved my health markers. If you can't give up wine, choose varieties like Pinot Noir, which are high in beneficial Resveratrol."
7. The Science
Sinclair's approach is backed by scientific research on genes like sirtuins that protect against aging.
By activating these genes through diet, exercise, and fasting, he believes we can slow the aging process and boost overall health.
Again,
I don't agree with Prof Sinclair's lifestyle being optimal for health and testosterone.
But it is good if your goal is to slow down ageing.
My main goal is for optimal testosterone levels so that I can be as manly as possible.

The best superfood I have tried for max T levels is no other than PINE POLLEN
Guaranteed solid hard morning wood after your first sip!
P*rn creates a lot of high expectations for you and can make you insecure.
Truth is nothing on scene is like real life.
And you DON'T want PIED to take control of you and have weak erections!
2. Build excitement and anticipation
Emotional "foreplay" can start way before your sex session.
Look at foreplay as something that starts hours beforehand on the day of sex, even if it's just emotional foreplay.
Here's how:
Making suggestive touches throughout the day
Leaving sexy notes or letters around the house
Sexting
Building excitement and anticipation long before you hop into bed can help to enhance the experience and thrill your partner
