Fabian Marta, who funded the movie “Sound of Freedom,” has been arrested for Felony Child Kidnapping by the Saint Louis police department.
Fabian was charged for removing a non-family member below 14-years old without parent’s consent, without informing them, and and confining them.

According to Section 565.115 in Missouri, acts of confining a child is a class-A felony.

It’s owned & operated by Omar & Rafael Rivero. In September 2022, they raised $800,000 for an election fund and donated none of the money to federal candidates, but donated $250,000 of the fund to Blue Deal LLC, a company allegedly women-owned but actually owned by Rafael Rivero.
