Fabian Marta, who funded the movie “Sound of Freedom,” has been arrested for Felony Child Kidnapping by the Saint Louis police department. Fabian was charged for removing a non-family member below 14-years old without parent’s consent, without informing them, and and confining them.

According to Section 565.115 in Missouri, acts of confining a child is a class-A felony.
