what happened here is clear: The Israeli regime was pressured by the ICC and ICJ cases against them, as well as the UK saying they would limit or ban arms sales. So they're now desperately doing a PR move to try to launder their actual systematic mass rape of innocent Palestinian babies, children, girls, boys, women and men by pretending it's just a few bad apples that they've now caught and have taken care of.

This is all part of that PR campaign: OMG this is so bad and terrible!
