In the face of increasing threats to America’s democratic institutions, I am calling for three bold reforms to restore trust and accountability to the Supreme Court and our democracy.
I’ll continue to speak out strongly for our democracy, stand up for our Constitution and the rule of law, and call for action at the ballot box, not violence on our streets.
That’s how democracy should work.

uscourts_gov > Rule of Law
"when a majority, whether acting intentionally or unintentionally, infringes upon the rights of a minority"
The courts decide and no court is higher than the Supreme Court.
"the federal courts "were designed to be an intermediate body between the people and their legislature" in order to ensure that the people's representatives acted only within the authority given to Congress under the Constitution"
"if any law passed by Congress conflicts with the Constitution, "the Constitution ought to be preferred to the statute"
"the will of the legislature, declared in its statutes, stands in opposition to that of the people, declared in the Constitution, the judges ought to be governed by the latter rather than the former"
"There are certain principles that are so important to the nation that the majority has agreed not to interfere in these areas."
No one is above the law.
Not the President of the United States.
Not a justice on the Supreme Court of the United States.
So today, I'm calling for three bold reforms to restore trust and accountability to the court and our democracy.

Russia is indeed open to talks where things can be negotiated right now
Ukraine isn’t opposed to negotiations __ but __ it demands certain things be in place first
More weapons and equipment give Ukraine a fighting chance, but a shrinking force undermines their effectiveness over time. Russia’s numerical edge could grind Ukraine down unless casualties or economic collapse force Moscow to relent first
New York Judge Paul Engelmayer just forbade all political appointees — including Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent — from accessing Dept. of Treasury data, all based on Blueanon conspiracy theories!!
