⚠️ There are rumours circulating of a large number of far-right demos across the country at 8pm tonight. It’s currently impossible to predict which will materialise, how many people will show up and how much violence will occur.
Here’s what we do know 👇
The “hit list” of targets publicise the names and locations of offices relating to immigration and asylum services around the country.
This list has been made and shared precisely to spread distress and fear within Muslim and immigrant communities, hoping to provoke a response.
The list was shared by an anonymous fascist who also instigated anti-Muslim violence in Southport and Liverpool last week.
This individual also called for the assassinations of public figures and is trying to spread chaos, violence and far-right thuggery as far as possible.
⚠️ Any services named should be on high alert.
If you’re planning to attend a counter demonstration please be positive, peaceful and safe. Don’t let the far right bate you and your community into lashing out.
🔎 We’re continuing to watch events today and across the rest of the week closely.
📧 If you attend a counter demonstration tonight or have any information about far-right rioters, please email us on rightresponse@hopenothate.org.uk

STATEMENT THREAD: The ongoing scenes in Rotherham are beyond appalling. Far-right racists have besieged, attacked and tried to burn down a hotel housing asylum seekers. They did so while chanting Tommy Robinson’s name as well as “burn it” and “set it alight.” (1)
After riots in Southport and Hartlepool in the week, there was terrifying far-right violence in Stoke, Hull, Manchester, Liverpool yesterday and now these shocking scenes in Rotherham today. (2)
There are many who have sought to frame this week of far-right riots as outpourings of legitimate anger. They are not. This is racist violence spurred on by far-right hatred. Those directly involved in these horrifying scenes need to face the full force of the law. (3)
🧵 After the disturbing events in Southport, similar protests flared up across the UK in Hartlepool, London, and Aldershot. Here’s a thread detailing everything you need to know.
📍 Hartlepool: A protest near a mosque on Murray Street turned violent. Crowds pelted police with bricks and set a police car on fire. Eight people were arrested, and an unknown number of officers were injured.
One video widely shared showed an unprovoked assault on a non-white person walking in the street and another showing vandalism of a home. Those smashing windows chanted “Oh Tommy Tommy”. The protest organiser is unknown.
HOPE not hate can exclusively reveal the identity of the Brit who runs the ‘Raw Egg Nationalist’ account, a far-right influencer and author with over 218,000 followers on Twitter.
💪 The ‘Raw Egg Nationalist’ is a member of a far-right bodybuilding scene that combines questionable nutrition and fitness advice with extreme far-right ideology, including advocacy of the ‘Great Replacement’ conspiracy theory and mass deportations of migrants from the UK.
Despite his constant promotion of “masculinity” and misogynistic critiques of women’s influence on men, HOPE not hate have discovered that the man behind the account has lived with his mother for almost the entire period of his online activity.
🧵Far-right activists, football hooligans and Tommy Robinson supporters are gathering in central London today.

We estimate around 3000 people in and around Victoria Station so far. The crowed will soon make their way down to Westminster and gather at Parliament Square.
We are deeply concerned about potential violence today.
@lowles_nick has been monitoring football hooligan chat groups where many have excitedly talking up the prospect of violence.
🚨This Saturday Tommy Robinson and his far-right supporters are set to descend on central London for a demonstration.
The event has had significant traction amongst his supporters, football hooligan and far-right networks, suggesting it could be a large mobilisation.
In recent years Tommy's demos have been poorly attended, often struggling to attract more than a few hundred. However, the recent St George’s day gathering and the Cenotaph riot saw several thousand and he seems confident this weekend will attract even more.
🚌 There is lots of talk within football hooligan networks about travelling to London from across the country for the demonstration and worrying chatter of planned violence.
Jonathan Kay frequently expresses racist and Islamophobic views on his public X account, claiming the IQs of “Africans and sub-Saharan Africans are amongst the lowest in the world”.
He said “Muslims never coexist with others”.
Mick Greenhough, selected to stand for Orpington, has said “nobody of the Jewish faith or Muslim faith should stand as a UK MP”.
He called “to remove the Muslims from our territory”, and claimed that “Askenazi Jews have caused the world massive misery”.
