Prosecutor Shapiro objects to defense motion that closing arguments should be longer than 45 minutes for each side (1 hourr). Judge Barrett gives them 50 minutes. While 4.5 minutes per charge is a guideline, Barrett says it's not a good indicator (murder charge). #TinaPetersTrial

Prosecution's Robert Shapiro: This case centers on deceit and fraud. The defendant, influenced by outsiders, caused confidential images to leak online, leading to the collapse of her house of cards. #TinaPetersTrial

Kurt Olson, Mike Lindell’s attorney, advised Tina Peters. She, along with insiders Belinda Knisley & Sandra Brown, and outsiders Sherrona Bishop & Conan Hayes, were key players. Peters, a willing Clerk, broke the law by tricking public servants. #TinaPetersTrial

Jessi Romero led techs to update election software in CO’s 64 counties. In 2021, Peters wanted the public there, but Jessi said no, but cameras would be on. Peters reacted, "How dare the SOS tell me what to do," paving the way for Doug Frank’s arrival. #TinaPetersTrial

Key prop in Tina Peters' defense was Gerald "Jerry" Wood. Peters used his name and badge without his permission. Wood testified he did NOT authorize this. The only "evidence" was Sherronna Bishop claiming she was "told" he was in on it. #TinaPetersTrial

Robert Shapiro: The least credible witness was Sherronna Bishop based on her answers. If you don't believe Bishop, consent is not going to be proven. Conan Hayes used Wood's badge to attend "trusted build" & misused Wood's identity. #TinaPetersTrial

"The conspiracy was hatched" at the meeting on Apr 23, 2021. Honest election workers were asked to leave the meeting. 5 days later, Peters was told the SoS was limiting the "trusted build" to two people. Peters called that a "threat". Then Hayes was introduced. #TinaPetersTrial
