🔥🔥Breaking! Tim Walz is a globalist! He met with Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum over China and then developed a WEF and Klaus Schwab love affair!

On OCTOBER 7, 2009, the Congressional Executive Commission on China met. And I have the transcript, and Tim Walz was there. What he had to say about Klaus and the WEF was very interesting, keep reading.

Obviously Tim’s association with Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum went great after his meeting in October 2009, because 5 months later, on March 9, 2010, he sponsored House Resolution 1148.

This resolution, “Supports the mission of the World Economic Forum and encourages the ongoing pursuit of international collaboration through economic, political, cultural, and intellectual engagement. Honors: (1) Klaus Schwab for creating the Forum and for his 40 years of successful leadership; and (2) the 40th anniversary of the Forum's global economic and social leadership.”

Shall we get to the October 2009 Congressional Executive Commission on China transcript next? 😁

Representative Walz:

“I had the chance last night--I was speaking--it was Klaus Schwab and his folks from the World Economic Forum. Is that the right forum to get this done? Is that the right way to carrot and stick at the same time, as they're starting to bring in their 85 or so different issues, much of it focusing on climate as it comes together with economic development? Do you think that is a way to go to get this, other than you won't dump computers even though they're our computers and we don't want to dump them here, type of thing?”

Ms. Economy:

“Just to clarify, your question is whether the World Economic Forum and their effort.”

Representative Walz:

“Yes. Do you think that is the right forum to effect positive change, in your mind as you see this?”

Ms. Economy:

“Since I'm part of the China Council for the World Economic Forum.”

Representative Walz:

“Which I did not know, so it wasn't planned.”

Ms. Economy:

“So there you go. I would like to say yes, yes,
indeed.”

Representative Walz:

“Okay.”

Ms. Economy:

“I think it's a good way to move forward. I think the challenge for the World Economic Forum, and in general, again, is in moving from what are really good discussions with really smart people to actually getting things done. The advantage of the World Economic Forum is that you not only have thinkers but you also have many companies involved, many great corporations.”

Representative Walz:

“Is it your experience the Chinese are less resistant when it comes from that forum?”

Ms. Economy: “Certainly, because they are lauded at every turn. I was just in Dalian for the meeting of the World Economic Forum and it was really a grand celebration of China. So I think they are very warm and welcoming for the World Economic Forum and the way that the World Economic Forum couches its messages. Yes.”

Representative Walz:

“Well, I appreciate that.”

Inside the transcript, Tim Walz has an opening statement and additional conversations. Sources to follow so you can read this and the house resolution.Image

Let’s begin with the transcript for the Oct 2009 Congressional Executive Commission on China first since it was Tim Walz’s earliest meeting with Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum.

There’s much to read inside here!

Here’s his opening statement:

Representative Walz. Well, thank you, Chairman Dorgan, for your leadership.

Thank you to all of our panelists for being here. We truly appreciate this. The importance of getting together and the importance of this Commission I do not think can be over-stressed, and I, too, extend my welcome.

Fang Zheng, thank you for being here. When you were here in June, my only disappointment was that we did not have as many people here or as many cameras to tell the story, and to tell the story to our young people of what happened.

As we as a country develop our relationships with China, it is critically important that we develop them not just on the economic side of things, we develop them on the environmental side, on the moral side, the human rights side, and all of those together, trying to understand one another in a way that betters our societies for everyone.

Yesterday, I had a unique opportunity to spend a little over an hour with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and spoke extensively with him. When I asked the question about this Commission and the work that we are doing in here and the report that we publish, I said, ``Is this helpful for furthering democratic principles and human rights principles? “And he didn't miss a beat and said: ``Very helpful. Keep doing your work. Keep doing the work and keep publicizing it.'' He said, ``Not just for us, not just for Tibet, but for China, for the People's Republic of China, to further their growth to bring them into the community of nations fully and for us to understand one another.''

So I am proud of the work we do in here. I think that the Chairman has summed it up. The group that met with the Dalai Lama is the China Working Group in the House, and their motto is, kind of, it is a group of people that aren't panda-huggers or dragon-slayers, they're folks that want to get this thing right in our relationship. I'm very proud of the work of this group of staying consistent with our principles on human rights, from trade, to the environment, to everything else.

So with that, Chairman, I thank you again and I yield back.”

Tim Walz was a sponsor of House Resolution 1148. This was 5 months after he admitted to meeting with Klaus Schwab and others from the World Economic Forum. Obviously it turned into a love affair.

Summary

Supports the mission of the World Economic Forum and encourages the ongoing pursuit of international collaboration through economic, political, cultural, and intellectual engagement. Honors: (1) Klaus Schwab for creating the Forum and for his 40 years of successful leadership; and (2) the 40th anniversary of the Forum's global economic and social leadership.

The UK’s tyrannical Keir Starmer used to run a Marxist organisation called Socialist Alternatives. He’s also been a member of the pro-US, pro-market think tank, the Trilateral Commission, since 2018.

Socialist Alternatives was the publication of the British section of the pro-self-management, ex-Trotskyist group, the International Revolutionary Marxist Tendency.

Starmer wrote earnestly about the creation of a ‘self-managing socialism’ that would be ‘based on democratic control of production for “use” rather than “profit”.’

Starmer’s subsequent depressing trajectory from ‘Marxist’ radical to cynical careerist is not uncommon on the British left. One of his own top advisers, Simon Fletcher, used to belong to the Trotskyist group, Socialist Action.

I really didn’t need to look more than 30 seconds for information on Keir Starmer being a Marxist.

This Marxist, Keir Starmer, has been a 20 year friend of Marxist Obama.

Obama mentored him for this last election. The trickery used to get him into office was no mistake. Obama is an evil conniver.

Obama even has his original campaign team stationed in Italy.

🔥🔥Breaking! Here’s the rare sales contract between Smartmatic and SVS Holdings! I’ll be posting screenshots of every page including the index. (I actually have extra stuff too for later.)

This will help you understand this sale to SVS Holdings 👇🏻:

- Smartmatic bought Sequoia

- Smartmatic was forced to divest by the US Gov.

- SVS Holdings was created by Sequoia management staff to buy Sequoia.

- SVS Holdings bankruptcy leads to sale to Dominion.

Now there’s been speculation on what was inside these docs because nobody could get them. I got them twice from two sources. Guess it wasn’t all that impossible.

The biggest issue everyone talks about is the rumored Proprietary Intellectual Property (IP) clause where they heard that Smartmatic retained the IP.

There are other pages inside that talk about Intellectual Property too.

Here’s the parts pertaining to the Proprietary Intellectual Property:

The Proprietary Intellectual Property clause 8.14 from inside the sale doc:

“The Parties agree and
acknowledge that the Company does not have any right, title or interest in or to the Proprietary Intellectual Property, without limiting the terms of the Distribution Agreement.”

Definition of Proprietary Intellectual Property as listed in the sale doc:

"Proprietary Intellectual Property" means all Intellectual Property owned or developed by the Selling Stockholder or any of its Affiliates (other than the Company), including but not limited to all intellectual property arising from or in respect of the Edge Il Plus, Advantage Plus, Hybrid Activator, Accumulator & Transmitter (HAAT) and HAAT Listener and all peripherals from time to time pertaining to the foregoing.

In another document I shared today, City of Chicago Alderman, Edward M. Burke had this to say:

“Mr. Blaine (president of Smartmatic and later Sequoia) told the Joint Committee that software components for the Sequoia system were developed in Venezuela and that the Venezuelans had access to the Sequoia code. Specifically, a critical component of the Sequoia system purchased by Cook County, the HAAT, or Hybrid Activator Accumulator Transmitter was developed in Caracas by Smartmatic engineers. It was this component that failed during the primary election held March 21, 2006.”

The HAAT Listener is a software application attached to a network. It uses a web server to connect and receive electoral data from transmitting devices.

Let’s now begin, I present the:

STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG SVS HOLDINGS, INC., SEQUOIA VOTING SYSTEMS, INC. AND SMARTMATIC CORPORATIONImage

Let’s begin with
The Table Of Contents for the Smartmatic sales docs:

STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG SVS HOLDINGS, INC., SEQUOIA VOTING SYSTEMS, INC. AND SMARTMATIC CORPORATION

Yeah there’s a lotta pages.

Next we get into the definitions used for the Smartmatic to SVS Holdings sale.

"Company Intellectual Property" means all Intellectual Property, other than the Proprictary Intellectual Property, used, owned or developed by the Company.

"Distribution Agreement" means the Distribution Agreement to be negotiated by the parties in good faith prior to the Closing Date.

Definitions to be continued.Image

There was a license agreement (2009) between Dominion and Smartmatic BEFORE Dominion bought the Sequoia machines (2010).

An interesting aspect is that Dominion was providing Smartmatic scanners and software for the Philippines.

In 2009, Smartmatic International and Dominion International executed a License Agreement in which Dominion granted to Smartmatic a worldwide license to market, make, use, and sell precinct count optical scan ("PCOS") voting systems utilizing Dominion's optical scan voting system technology.

The License Agreement obligated Dominion International to provide Smartmatic International with, among other things, the hardware, software, firmware, and technical support needed to enable Smartmatic to exploit the broad license granted by Dominion.”

June 10, 2010

“Dominion Voting Systems Corporation Acquires Assets of Sequoia Voting Systems (previously owned by smartmatic)”

Source documents to follow.

@JMichaelWaller does this answer your questions on the working relationship between Dominion and Smartmatic?Image
Image
Image
Image
First we will review the 2009 license agreement between Dominion and Smartmatic. This was mentioned inside a 2012 Smartmatic Complaint Vs Dominion and Iron Mountain Intellectual Property Management.

Dominion also gave to Smartmatic all know-how, trade secrets, methodologies and other technical information relating to the generally released Dominion PCOS voting systems (not including internal releases)" ("Licensed Technology'), and to
"provide Smartmatic with all information related to the Licensed Technology.”

Now both Smartmatic and Dominion have multiple locations. I noticed they both also exist under the laws of Barbados.

“This lawsuit arises out of Dominion's failure to honor its commitments to Smartmatic and its interference with Smastmatic's business relationships in the Philippines,
Mongolia, and Puerto Rico.”

“In 2009, Smartmatic Intenational and Dominion International executed a License Agreement in which Dominion granted to Smartmatic a worldwide license to market, make, use, and sell precinct count optical scan ("PCOS") voting systems utilizing Dominion's optical scan voting system technology. The License Agreement obligated Dominion International to provide Smartmatic International with, among other things, the hardware, software, firmware, and technical support needed to enable Smartmatic to exploit the broad license granted by Dominion.”

“18. On October 9, 2009, Smarmatic International and Dominion International expanded upon the obligatione set forth in the MOU, the Binding Term Sheet, and the April 2009 license agreement by executing the License Agreement, in which Dominion International granted to Smartnatic International a worldwide license "to make, have made, use, import, offer for sale, lease and sell' voting systems utilizing that certain PCOS technology developed by Dominion International ("Licensed Products"), which included, but was not limited to, the technology described on Exhibit A to the Agreement. Agreement 1.4, 2.1. Entitled "PCOS Voting Systems Specifications and Trademarks", Exhibit A specifically identifies and describes the then current version of Dominion's ImageCast Precinct Count Optical Scanner and its Democracy
Suite Election Management System, which together comprise the Licensed Technology incorporated into the Licensed Products for use in the Project.

19. In addition to authorizing Smartmatic International to incorporate Dominion's
PCOS technology into automated election platforms offered by Smartmatic, the License Agreement obligates Dominion International to provide "all know-how, trade secrets, methodologies and other technical information relating to the generally released Dominion PCOS voting systems (not including internal releases)" ("Licensed Technology'), and to
"provide Smartmatic with all information related to the Licensed Technology ...”

🔥🔥 Crowdstrike 2024 election protection and its connections to today’s Crowdstrike outages!

Today’s computer outage was caused by a bad file in an update that involved Crowdstrike’s Falcon Endpoint Protection and Response (EDR). The same protection offered in an election system protection psckage.

So, did election systems get this bad update today? If so, it’s a good thing it’s not Election Day.

Wired:

“The CrowdStrike update appears to be linked to its Falcon Sensor product. The Falcon system is part of CrowdStrike’s security tools and can block attacks on systems, according to the company.”

Another important point is that Crowdstrike is globally involved in elections with its working partnership with the WEF linked Global Cyber Alliance. Do we really want to be here?

CISA works with CIS that utilizes Crowdstrike for election protection. CIS shares the same address as the Global Cyber Alliance (GCA). Crowdstrike is partnered with the GCA. We have gone global folks and this shouldn’t be!

Now Falcon is part of an entire election security package.

“CrowdStrike® Services provides the best-practice frameworks needed to assess and enhance cybersecurity maturity levels for election systems to protect the integrity of the voting process and the sanctity of the democratic institutions under which we continue to thrive.”

These services include:

•Compromise Assessment
•Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment
•Security Program In-Depth
•Falcon CompleteTM (Security as a Service)

Now I did notice that Indiana doesn’t allow Falcon Complete on election systems. But feel free to check every state. There are multiple Falcon products too. This area has room for more research.

Okta is involved with Crowdstrike protection too. Marc Rogers of the CTI League Files is VP of Cybersecurity Strategy at Okta.

“Together, CrowdStrike and Okta combine powerful insights into user and device context into a single view that eliminates security blindspots.”

Sources and more information to follow.Image

Here’s the reporting on Crowdstrike Falcon and today’s worldwide internet outage on Microsoft Windows systems.

“The outages could result in “millions” being lost by organizations impacted who have had to halt their operations or stop business, says Lukasz Olejnik, an independent cybersecurity consultant, who says the CrowdStrike update appears to be linked to its Falcon Sensor product. The Falcon system is part of CrowdStrike’s security tools and can block attacks on systems, according to the company.”

The Global Cyber Alliance (GCA) essentially globalized our elections.

The GCA shares the same address as CIS because it was created by CIS. DHS CISA works with CIS for elections, including the EIP portal censorship that was exposed.

Shawn Henry, the president of Crowdstrike, sits on the board of directors of the Global Cyber Alliance.Image

🔥🔥🔥Breaking anonymous insider testimony on the Trump shooter incident. This will eventually be submitted to the Congressional tip line. In the meanwhile, it’s yours too! The people deserve to know!

My person has access to the PA State Police, Butler County Sheriffs, and Butler PD. Now let’s begin.

1. The water tower is still very much in play.

2. The state police are usually allocated to events such as the Trump rally.

3. Secret Service told the State Police not to show up.

4. All SERT tech (Strategic emergency response team) would have been leveraged by the State Police that were disinvited.

5. Tech for State SERT also includes drones, bombs, and snipers. So state was not allocated, and local police were only allocated to traffic control.

6. If SERT is the normal unit to provide permitted security and tech, how did the Secret Service intend to augment without them?

7. Only four state police were permitted onsite. Near to local police restricted to crowd / vehicular traffic.

8. State Sert would normally be on the roof. (But secret service told them not to show up.)

9. Sheriffs department is suggesting someone fell off the roof and broke both ankles. But has not yet confirmed this…

10. Butler Sheriff is largely corrupt. Many are questioning his messaging on MSM.
FYI, this person is NOT anonymous to me. Only to you.

I’m good to go, and 💯 on board.
Number 11, the State Police were re positioned to Jill. Yes.

🔥Breaking! A woman interviewed in Butler mentioned a second shooter in the water tower! 👀

We now have our grassy knoll!
Holy guacamole! Here’s a second water tower witness.
Here’s some photos and maps that I found of the water tower.

It seems the water tower was behind but off to the right of the roof shooter.
