Regarding Finnish maritime border violation by russian vessel Mikhail Kazansky back in late July.

Even a blind skipper would have seen the border marker buoy so as suspected it was clearly intentional provocation.

Kotka chief pilot: Really massive GPS jamming in eastern Gulf of Finland last night. Between Orrengrund pilot substation and Hamina harbour GPS unavailable for 90% of the time. Also intermittent radar jamming.
This is roughly the area where heavy GPS jamming and intermittent radar jamming was seen last night by pilots guiding ships to port of Hamina. Likely extended further east and inland too.

Good chance the emitters are in russian-controlled island of Gogland (Hogland, Suursaari) Image
Jamming on pilot boat radar in eastern Gulf of Finland.

Appreciating the openness of Finnpilot Pilotage here. It's a serious issue for maritime safety!

Finnish national police comissioner on recent infrastructure related incidents: "something is happening here now"

Two water infrastucture sites in Tampere were broken into during last couple weeks, a water tower and pressure increasing station. 1/2

In tower the actual water holding area was not breached and at the pumping station no visible damage (hope they checked the IT infra really well for planted logic bombs and backdoors).

Apparently alarms were triggered and security was on site quickly. 2/2
Tampere region in full is the second largest city area in Finland.

Major defence industries and military presence too.
