This is the True Story of a Man who was part of a secret government program. He was a CIA psychic informant tasked with remote viewing Jupiter and the far side of the Moon. He made wild claims about Jupiter, and they came true...

INGO SWANN (1933-2013) was internationally known as an advocate and researcher of the exceptional powers of the human mind and as a leading figure in governmental and scientific projects to investigate and identify the scope of subtle human perceptions.

In the 1970s, Ingo was involved in remote viewing experiments established by the U.S. Army and the CIA in collaboration with the Stanford Research Institute. This clandestine initiative — code-named Project Stargate — later became the basis for the movie The Men Who Stare at Goats, starring George Clooney and Jeff Bridges.

For Stargate, Ingo and a group of psychics used their abilities to spy on Russia from Palo Alto, California, even remotely discovering a downed Soviet spy plane under a jungle canopy in the African country of Zaire after the U.S. Department of Defense had deemed it lost.

Ingo's various remote views of celestial bodies included: Jupiter (1973), Mercury (1974), the Moon (1975), and Mars (1975, 1976, and 1984). Selected information on these sessions is provided below. More can be found in his archives at the University of West Georgia.

This is an interesting long thread!Image
In 1973, most scientists, academics, and media strongly opposed research into parapsychology or psychoenergetics. So, it was surprising when the country's second-largest think tank started researching these topics. This caused a big reaction because the think tank, SRI, was highly respected and connected to the military and intelligence communities.

The idea of controlled remote viewing was a process in which viewers could view a location given nothing but its geographical coordinates, and was developed and tested by Puthoff and Targ with CIA funding.

The experiment was controlled by Harold Puthoff and according to the account, during the experiment; Swann using the power of his thought visited the distant planet. The experiment was dated April 27, 1973.

According to Ingo, in the space to the right of the room, he could see Jupiter, remotely located many millions of miles away.

[]Image
He could see how it was shining with a blinding light. He could look at it from all directions of his mind's eye. At first, everything was seen in miniature and then everything was suddenly expanded.

“These visions are inside me, then outside. There is a yellow cast to space and seeming dark objects show through it. Can they be other moons of contrasting colors or densities? The impressions come to me that there are 17, some yet undiscovered by earth scientists, much closer to Jupiter, and the feeling also comes that some of them have been and are being spawned by the conclusive, volcanic action in the interior..,” Swann said, according to the document."

Ingo also “saw” rings around Jupiter, but, he said that they were not as noticeable as that of Saturn.

[]

Later, in 1979, the space probe Voyager confirmed the existence of the Jovian ring system; however, the hypothesis of its existence was put forward by the Soviet astronomer Sergey Vsehsvatskiy in the 1960s.

Perhaps, it was Swann who earlier provided the CIA with information regarding ancient civilizations on Mars.

The Stargate project was launched in 1970 after the CIA stated that the Soviet Union reportedly spent more than $1 million a year on research into Psychotronics.web.archive.org/web/2010021314…Image
This experiment has been ridiculed by skeptics, who often haven't reviewed its details. There are two key points that skeptics overlook: first, the Jupiter Probe was just an exploratory experiment, not a claim of any findings; second, it had prestigious sponsorship and scientific oversight.

The experiment's focus on remote sensing of a distant planet was seen as radical, challenging not only mainstream academic views but also the usual practices in parapsychology.
The raw data from Ingo's remote viewing of Jupiter yielded thirteen factors, and only thirteen, all of which were scientifically unanticipated before they were confirmed by later analysis of the scientific data. These raw data factors are enumerated below, accompanied by the dates they were confirmed:

1. The existence of a hydrogen mantle: Confirmed September 1973, again in 1975.
2. Storms, wind: Confirmed 1976 as to dimensions and unexpected intensities.
3. Something like a tornado: Confirmed 1976 as strong rotating cyclones.
4. High infrared reading: Confirmed 1974.
5. Temperature inversion: Confirmed 1975.
6. Cloud color and configuration: Confirmed 1979.
7. Dominant orange color: Confirmed 1979.
8. Water/ice crystals in atmosphere: Confirmed 1975.
9. Crystal bands reflect radio probes: Confirmed 1975.
10. Magnetic and electromagnetic auroras (“rainbows”): Confirmed 1975.
11. A planetary RING inside the atmosphere: Confirmed 1979, not only as to its existence, but as being inside the crystallized atmospheric layers.
12. Liquid composition: Confirmed 1973, 1976, as hydrogen in liquid form.
13. Mountains and solid core: Still questionable but suspected as of 1991.

Six of these thirteen factors were given scientific substantiation by 1975. Before Jupiter's ring was "scientifically" discovered in 1979, most scientists flatly denounced the possibility of the RING.

In February 1975, he was contacted by a certain highly-placed figure from Washington, DC, who guardedly told Swann that he, Swann, would soon be receiving a telephone call from the aforementioned Mr. Axelrod.

Ingo quickly agreed to a mysterious, last-minute meeting, despite feeling concerned. He met a man who resembled a Marine, exchanged brief formalities, and was then driven to a helicopter. Blindfolded for a 30-minute flight, Swann was taken to what seemed like a secret underground location. Once there, he met a man named Mr. Axelrod, who admitted the name was fake, adding to the secrecy of the situation.
Axelrod quickly got to the main point, asking Ingo many questions about remote viewing. He also made it clear that he wanted to use Swann's skills for a secret mission and offered a large sum of money. It was an offer Swann couldn't refuse, and he didn't.

Axelrod then asked Ingo what he knew about the Moon, revealing the true purpose of their meeting. Someone in the government wanted the Moon to be remote-viewed, and Swann agreed to do it.

When Ingo began his work, he was shocked by what he saw. His mind focused on an image of a massive tower on the Moon, similar in size to the United Nations Secretariat Building. Swann was told that this structure wasn’t made by humans but by mysterious extraterrestrials. However, no one knew where they came from.Image

Ret. NASA engineer Dr. Ken Johnston claimed Apollo astronauts discovered ancient alien cities and the remains of incredibly advanced machinery on the Moon. NASA fired him.

In later remote-viewing sessions, Ingo saw many unusual things on the Moon. He described domed structures, advanced machines, tall towers, large cross-shaped structures, and strange tubes spread across the landscape. He also saw signs of what looked like mining operations. It seemed that someone, or something, had secretly built a base on the Moon.

Ingo also focused on a group of people on the Moon who looked human. They were inside some kind of enclosure and were digging into a cliff. The strange thing was that they were all completely naked.

Suddenly, Axelrod, who was overseeing the experiment, stopped it. He hinted that the beings on the Moon might have noticed they were being watched and that Ingo could be in serious danger if they decided to confront him.Image
Axelrod asked Ingo if he knew a man named George Leonard. Ingo said no, he didn't know him.

At the same time, Axelrod was asking him to investigate strange things on the Moon. Meanwhile, George Leonard was writing a book called "Somebody Else is on the Moon".

In 1977, Leonard's book was published. It talked about strange structures on the Moon, which was exactly what Axelrod was worried about —strange, possibly man-made structures on the Moon.

Ingo and Axelrod had several secretive meetings about strange events on the Moon. These meetings, which felt almost like a spy movie, ended suddenly in 1977, leaving Swann confused.

He wondered if he had psychically seen an advanced base on the Moon built by extraterrestrials. However, since the people he "saw" there looked like naked humans, he also considered it might be a secret Earth-based installation that Axelrod wanted to investigate.

The mystery remains unsolved, but there are more questions. The idea of aliens secretly using our Moon brings to mind similar claims about aliens on Earth.

In the 1997 book Remote Viewers, Jim Schnabel shared a story about the U.S. Intelligence community’s involvement in psychic spying, which started in the 1970s.

One remote viewer, Pat Price, believed that Alaska’s Mount Hayes housed one of the largest alien bases. He claimed the aliens looked human but had different hearts, lungs, blood, and eyes, and could control people through thought. Price also mentioned that this base caused problems for both U.S. and Soviet space missions. From left: SRI researchers Hal Puthoff and Russell Targ, retired police commissioner Pat Price, and CIA contract monitor Christopher Green in 1974 at an airport immediately after testing Price’s remote viewing capabilities from a glider. This Popular Science Writer who is the Founder of Skeptic magazine had witnessed a Strangely Terrifying Incident With 1978 Philip Radio That He Could Not Explain; One That Can Shake One’s skepticism to the core.

Man who had invested time debunking supernatural phenomena experienced an incident that shook his core belief in things science cannot explain.

Michael Shermer is an American science writer, executive director of The Skeptics Society, and founding publisher of Skeptic magazine, a publication focused on investigating pseudoscientific and supernatural claims.

Shermer is known for engaging in debates on pseudoscience and religion in which he emphasizes scientific skepticism.

He is the author of New York Times bestsellers Why People Believe Weird Things and The Believing Brain, Why Darwin Matters, The Science of Good and Evil, The Moral Arc, Heavens on Earth, Giving the Devil His Due: Reflections of a Scientific Humanist and Conspiracy: Why the Rational Believe the Irrational.

A thread to all skeptics!Image
Michael Shermer doesn’t believe in ghosts, spirits, or supernatural events. He believes that most things have a logical, scientific explanation. However, he shares an experience that made him question his skepticism.

He often gets asked if he's encountered something he couldn’t explain, particularly relating to the paranormal. He usually answers no, but one event on June 25, 2014, changed that.

Jennifer Graf, Michael’s wife, grew up in Köln, Germany. She had been raised by her mom; her grandfather, Walter, who was a very important figure in her life because he was like a father to her. Sadly, he passed away when she was 16 years old.Image
Before the wedding, Jennifer shipped her belongings to Michael's home, but many of her items were damaged or lost. One item that arrived safely was her grandfather’s old Philips 070 transistor radio from 1978.

However, this radio didn’t work anymore. He tried everything to fix it—changing the batteries, checking the connections, even hitting it (a technique sometimes humorously called “percussive maintenance”)—but nothing worked.

I set out to bring it back to life after decades of muteness. I put in new batteries and opened it up to see if there were any loose connections to solder. I even tried “percussive maintenance,” said to work on such devices—smacking it sharply against a hard surface. Silence. We gave up and put it at the back of a desk drawer in our bedroom.Image

This Florida Man Suffering from Schizophrenia Explains the Disturbing Things He Has Seen: He says it is like he is connected to beings from another dimension. 'It feels like I am both God and the Devil,' he says.

Chris grew up in Pensacola, Florida, lived there for over 20 years, and then moved to Mississippi to care for his grandfather.

After his grandfather passed away, he considered moving to California but had "this weird dream that... [he] got killed" if he went there, so he chose not to. Instead, he went to Las Vegas with his boss on a vacation, which is when his schizophrenia began.

He explains that his schizophrenia started suddenly during this trip to Las Vegas. He says, "Schizophrenia just kicked it out of nowhere... I wasn't on drugs, I was just smoking weed... I started hearing voices and seeing things." He clarifies that these symptoms were not drug-induced but a result of his mental illness.

Schizophrenia is a serious psychological disorder marked by delusions, hallucinations, loss of contact with reality, inappropriate affect, disorganized speech, social withdrawal, and deterioration of adaptive behavior.

This thread is going to alter your consciousness...Image
This 2000 study suggests that schizophrenia is associated with a unique altered state of consciousness, which can be quantitatively measured and differentiated from ordinary consciousness and other psychiatric conditions. []

Chris said schizophrenia hit him out of nowhere. He confirms he wasn't on any drugs, just smoking weed when the strangeness started.

Chris believes he is "connected with an extra-dimensional being," which he thinks he can keep alive by maintaining certain aspects of his psychosis.

He mentions, "If I talk about it, it goes away... unless it's real, and then I'm killing somebody." This indicates that his delusions involve a complex and frightening belief system where his actions could have dire consequences.

[Soft White Underbelly interview with Chris: ]journals.sagepub.com/doi/abs/10.219…
Chris describes a psychotic episode where he thought he heard "10 guys raping a little girl" and acted on the delusion by setting the house on fire.

He says, "I left the house on fire and they caught me... there was no girl or 10 guys, just schizophrenia." This event led to his arrest and imprisonment for arson.

He notes that schizophrenia doesn't run in his family, but his mother experienced psychosis during chemotherapy. He contrasts his experience with hers, saying, "Mine is nothing like that... I'm like a psychic wizard who can communicate with people using different methods," describing how he perceives communication through "voices on the cars," "symbols in the sky," and other unusual ways.

He discusses his delusional beliefs, such as seeing "the moon get sucked into a black hole" and thinking that California is the "last of the earth that's left." He admits that these delusions are persistent and compelling, making it difficult to distinguish reality from hallucinations.

This British Scientist Finds Truth of All Truth: He Has Evidence That Proves We Live in a Simulation. He discovered a new law of physics could support the theory that the human experience is an artificial reality.

Before you begin, I must say, this just blew my mind!

Many philosophers and scientists have pondered if we live in a simulated universe, and University of Portsmouth scientist Melvin Vopson believes he has evidence.

Scientist Melvin Vopson from the University of Portsmouth studies the idea that the universe might be a digital simulation.

Dr. Vopson invoked the Wachowskis’ sci-fi masterpiece and published a book on the subject—Reality Reloaded. He claims to have evidence supporting this theory, unlike others before him.

This thread is a part of Matrix...Image
In 2022, Dr. Vopson discovered a new law of physics that could predict genetic mutations in organisms, including viruses, and help judge their potential consequences.

It is based on the second law of thermodynamics, which establishes that entropy – a measure of disorder in an isolated system – can only increase or stay the same.

Dr. Vopson had expected that the entropy in information systems would also increase over time, but on examining the evolution of these systems he realized it remains constant or decreases. That’s when he established the second law of information dynamics, or infodynamics, which could significantly impact genetics research and evolution theory.

Dr Vopson said: “I knew then that this revelation had far-reaching implications across various scientific disciplines.

“What I wanted to do next is put the law to the test and see if it could further support the simulation hypothesis by moving it on from the philosophical realm to mainstream science.”

port.ac.uk/news-events-an…Image
Information theory is the mathematical study of the quantification, storage and communication of information. Originally developed by mathematician Claude Shannon, it has become increasingly popular in physics and is used a growing range of research areas.

In 2022, Dr. Vopson and his colleague Serban Lepadatu, a physicist at the University of Central Lancashire, introduced a proposed new law of physics called the second law of infodynamics.

[]

The name plays on the second law of thermodynamics, a major rule in physics that is based on the concept of entropy, which is the measure of the disorder of a system.

In regular physics, the "second law of thermodynamics" says that entropy (or disorder) in the universe either stays the same or increases over time, meaning things get more chaotic.

However, Dr. Vopson and his colleague found that, in information systems (like digital data or genetic information), the opposite happens: entropy (or disorder) either stays the same or decreases, meaning these systems become more organized over time.

Dr. Vopson applied this new law to various systems, such as digital information and genetic data, and found that it supports the idea that our universe might be a simulation.

This is because, unlike in the natural world where things get more chaotic, in information systems, things tend to become more optimized and organized. For example, the symmetrical patterns we see in nature could be a way to minimize and optimize information, which fits with the idea of a simulated universe.

This American scientist explained why death does not exist: he believes that consciousness is a fundamental property of the universe, and that death is just an illusion created by the linear perception of time. He said Dreams Are More Real Than Anyone Thought!

Robert Lanza is an American scientist and author whose research spans the range of natural science, from biology to theoretical physics. TIME magazine recognized him as one of the “100 Most Influential People in the World,” and Prospect magazine named him one of the “Top 50 World Thinkers.” He was part of the team that cloned the world’s first human embryo, the first endangered species, and published the first-ever reports of pluripotent stem cell use in humans.

A new scientific theory suggests that death is not the terminal event we think.

Let's dive into this rabbit hole thread!Image
One well-known aspect of quantum physics is that certain observations cannot be predicted absolutely. Instead, there is a range of possible observations each with a different probability.

One mainstream explanation, the “many-worlds” interpretation, states that each of these possible observations corresponds to a different universe (the ‘multiverse’).

A new scientific theory – called biocentrism – refines these ideas. There are an infinite number of universes, and everything that could possibly happen occurs in some universe.

Death does not exist in any real sense in these scenarios. All possible universes exist simultaneously, regardless of what happens in any of them.

Although individual bodies are destined to self-destruct, the alive feeling – the ‘Who am I?’- is just a 20-watt fountain of energy operating in the brain. But this energy doesn’t go away at death. One of the surest axioms of science is that energy never dies; it can neither be created nor destroyed. But does this energy transcend from one world to the other?

Scientists conducted an experiment showing they could change what happened in the past. Particles acted based on a later decision made by the observer. This suggests that our choices can influence past events. The connections between different events go beyond our usual understanding of time and space. The energy used is like a projector showing different results based on the observer's choice.

According to Biocentrism, space and time are not the hard objects we think. Wave your hand through the air – if you take everything away, what’s left? Nothing. The same thing applies for time. You can’t see anything through the bone that surrounds your brain. Everything you see and experience right now is a whirl of information occurring in your mind. Space and time are simply the tools for putting everything together.

Death does not exist in a timeless, spaceless world. In the end, even Einstein admitted, “Now Besso” (an old friend) “has departed from this strange world a little ahead of me.

That means nothing. People like us…know that the distinction between past, present, and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.” Immortality doesn’t mean a perpetual existence in time without end, but rather resides outside of time altogether.

This Woman nearly Died in the ICU. She claims she watched herself lying in bed & found that Humans are a temporary symbiosis between TWO beings: one mortal, one immortal. Death does not exist, only transition.

Her name is Julia Fischer (from Vienna) and she had a near-death experience at the age of 6. She recalled the incident from 2003 when she was six years old. She describes waking up with a severe headache, which led to her collapsing shortly afterward.

This event marked the beginning of a life-threatening cerebral hemorrhage, resulting in her being taken to the hospital and placed in intensive care for two weeks.

It is a thread!Image
While in intensive care, Fisher had a near-death experience. She describes the sensation of "slipping out" of her body, feeling as though a layer was lifted off her.

She found herself floating about two meters above her bed, observing her own body lying with tubes connected to her head. Initially, she did not fully understand what was happening but soon realized that something was not right. This realization led her to the conclusion that she might be dead.

Full interview:
Fisher explains how the experience differed from looking at herself in a mirror. As a small child, being two meters above herself was an unusual perspective.

She observed herself and the surrounding medical equipment with a sense of detachment and lightness, a feeling she describes as being as light as a feather. Despite trying to look at her feet or hands, she could not see them, emphasizing the disembodied nature of her experience.

She said, "The most impressive part was the unbelievable silence—a silence that I don't think we can experience at all in this world. It was like pressing a pause button; no background noise. You see everything in slow motion—that's how I perceived it. It's a silence we cannot experience on Earth in the same way."

This Man has been trying to change Earth's timeline for many years. He has already sent two signals into space and is trying to send a Warning to Earth's humans in 1935 to prevent all tragedies our species made between 1935 and 2011.

Joe Davis has been trying to send a message into space, not for aliens but for humans on Earth, ideally in 1935. He calls the message "Swansong," a one-hour Morse code transmission listing pandemics, natural disasters, genocides, and other tragedies that humans failed to stop between 1935 and 2011.

Davis wants to send this signal to a black hole 6,000 light-years away, hoping it will bounce back in time to warn people in the past and possibly change history.

Davis’s lack of credentials and material success do not reflect his intellectual capabilities

Joe Davis is a Bio Artist and Researcher. His profile is impressive. He spent most of his early life in the American Deep South. He joined MIT Center for Advanced Visual Studies as a Research Fellow and was appointed Lecturer in Architecture.

He created the first genetically-engineered artwork and sent the strongest radar signals to contact aliens. At MIT, he worked with Alexander Rich and started new areas in art and biology.

His "DNA programming languages" for embedding texts and images in living organisms are recognized in science. He transmitted the gene for the most abundant protein on Earth from Arecibo Radar in Puerto Rico to three sun-like stars.

In 2010, he joined the laboratory of George Church at Harvard where he is designated “Artist Scientist”.

"Can we change our timeline? Let's find out."Image
Despite not having formal credentials or much material success, Davis is clearly very smart. In the early 1970s, as an undergrad, he got permission from Bell Laboratories to use their lasers for his experiments and published his work.

Later, while working as a laborer, he designed an electron gun that NASA agreed to launch on a space shuttle for an experiment, but it was canceled due to budget cuts.

In 1982, he convinced the head of MIT’s Center for Advanced Visual Studies to support his ideas, earning him a research fellowship, and he’s been connected to MIT ever since.

Davis has worked as a scientific artist at places like Harvard, the Rhode Island School of Design, and the University of Toronto.

Unlike most in his field who focus on illustrating projects, Davis collaborates as an equal partner, coming up with and helping to create imaginative ideas.

He’s worked on projects like genetically engineering silkworms to spin gold threads and encoding Wikipedia articles into apple DNA. Ali Yetisen, a chemical engineer at Imperial College London, calls Davis “the founder of bioart,” a field that combines science and art in new ways.Image
Davis is both fascinated and frustrated by the search for extraterrestrial life (SETI). He believes that while trying to communicate with aliens, we are mostly reflecting on ourselves. However, he criticizes how SETI messages only show the good side of humanity, ignoring our darker history. To him, this goes against the true purpose of SETI.

So naturally, he’s been poking at and riffing on SETI projects for decades.

In 1986, he briefly used MIT's Millstone radar to send signals of local ballerinas' vaginal contractions into space as a protest against NASA's censorship of female anatomy in messages to aliens.

The U.S. Air Force stopped the transmission after 20 minutes. Later, in 2009, he sent a message from the Arecibo Observatory to three-star systems that might have habitable planets.

The message included the DNA sequence of Earth's most common protein, which he believed would tell aliens more about life than an image of humans. He also sent a message saying, "I am the riddle of life — know yourself."
