PARDON: Evidently multiple jurisdictions were refusing to release the J6 political prisoners being held in their custody after Trump issued their pardons. Trump mobilized the US Marshals and Elon pitched cleanup on X. Its 2:30AM CST did everyone get out? Image
PARDON: The MDP were telling people that the J6 political prisoners would NOT be released tonight, but I’m hearing from @FreeStateWill that he’s picking up another prisoner from the DC jail now (3:50 AM EST).
@FreeStateWill PARDON: Sounds like the J6 political prisoners won’t be released for a few more hours. Media is gathering outside the DC jail as officials continue to defy Trump’s pardons. I imagine @mtgreenee and @laurenboebert will be here in the AM if there are further delays. Image

DEMOCRACY? With just days in office Joe Biden has decided he isn't bound by the constitution unilaterally ratifying The Equal Rights Amendment. The executive branch doesn't have a direct role in the amendment process and the 28th Amendment wasn't ratified by the deadline.President Biden declared that the Equal Rights Amendment to the Constitution is "the law of the land," a surprising declaration that should not have any formal force of effect but it will no doubt cause confusion.
