Please stop going to doctors that are minimizing COVID

Please stop listening to doctors that don’t treat COVID that minimize COVID

Please stop following me for COVID info if ppl are going to to push the rhetoric that doctors don’t care about COVID..it’s weird
I can very easily go back to not tweeting about COVID and focusing on my life
I had more followers than all the popular COVID tweeters. I locked my account. Bc I was done with the BS. Most ppl that actually followed me before 2020 know that I’ve been right & share accurate info about COVID. I came back 6-8 weeks ago bc the rhetoric was garbage
I didn’t unlock my other account that has multiple followers bc I didn’t want followers my only goal was to get what was happening on the frontlines to the ppl who wanted to know
People will post anything for likes & RTs. We have all seen that in the last 8yrs.

My point is we are in an INTENSE COVID surge
⬇️
Fill out out those end of visit surveys & write not feeling safe when going their for care due to lack of ppe

If healthcare organizations listen to anything it’s surveys, mandates & things that impact profit like reimbursement

Very smart suggestion⬇️

I understand that not everyone can do this but if the people who can make these changes & make it it clear they want to only get care in safe settings everyone will benefit.
Hospitals & clinics will have to change policies if profit/reimbursement ⬇️& patient satisfaction surveys are low due to patient feedback saying lack of PPE attributes to poor care

If she had said COVID even once that speech would have been so much better. It’s like it’s not even on their radar😵‍💫
I beg politicians to ask the doctors that they consult if they actually see COVID patients + provide treatment, & follow up with them before taking their advice about COVID policies
Fine politicians aren’t experts in everything but they do need to make sure the experts r credible
Every single person in the arena could have been handed a mask with those Harris signs… if the Democratic Party actually wanted to show Americans & their voters that they care about their health. Just very disappointing

The absurdity of this situation is going to be haunting me

Every single day this week I’ve had to be the one to break it to ppl that their GI symptom +/- respiratory symptoms are likely due to COVID even though they have seen other Drs & sometimes been to the hospital
A lot of these ppl just had no idea that it was even possible that the GI symptoms were related to COVID. Though variants since 2020 had GI symptoms

Most 99.9% r grateful & often thank me for taking the time to educate them & provide info + meds that will help them feel better
Completely a public health failure

might be helpful to share this with your primary care doctor & healthcare team

Among healthcare workers, those in who work in primary care rather than the in-patient hospital setting, may have faced the highest risk of dying from COVID

jabfm.org/content/demogr…
“Among the physicians who died(from Covid 19), the largest subset (26.9 percent) included general practitioner/family medicine/primary care doctors.”

pennmedicine.org/news/news-rele…
“Frontline” primary care doctors had more deaths than“frontline” of COVID-19 care, namely emergency medicine, critical care specialists, and anesthesiologists

Friendly reminder that monoclonal antibodies do in fact work and we’re doing the public a disservice by not having them widely available in the out patient setting.

When we had them in Fl it made a huge difference in recovery post COVID, far less long term symptoms.
The patients getting it in the hospital currently are doing significantly better than the ones who don’t
If the gov isn’t going to provide updated vaccines & allow mask bans they need to give us better meds to treat & prevent COVID

Our government right now:
