Elon is threatening a Brazilian Supreme Court justice after the court issued a summons to him which threatens the suspension of Twitter if he does not comply within 24 hours. Image

The Brazilian Supreme Court justice issued orders to comply earlier this month. Twitter closed its local offices to avoid compliance. Now the Justice is escalating by ordering the naming of a legal Rep for Twitter in Brazil or else they will suspend twitter and levy fines.
It's likely that Twitter could be suspended in the second largest democracy in the western hemisphere before the end of the week. Honestly, good for them. I'm glad countries are saying enough to Elon's bullshit and sticking it to him. Let's hope the EU is next.

A federal judge ordered the unsealing of X Corp's investors by September 4, 2024. The list was filed with NDCAL last year and a judge agreed to unseal it on behalf of journalists. The list of investors in X Corp is not currently public.

The absolutely hilarious part about all of this is that this was a complete self-own by Musk's lawyers. They were attempting to maneuver around claims for not paying out severance for employees after layoffs. They removed the case from state court to federal court.
Federal court requires filing of a corporate disclosure statement. Plaintiffs specifically asked the court to force X Corp to file their list of investors. The court did so and allowed it under seal. The case was then remanded back to state court for lack of federal jurisdiction.

Twitter suspended the account that posted an alleged Twitter API leak showing a slur white-list for protected right wing accounts including libs of tiktok, end wokeness, and Andrew Tate.

It's like these people have never heard of the Streissand effect. It may have been a fake leak but twitter acting like this makes it look real and brings more attention to it.
Notable that the person running that account is trans.

Anyways, here's the post. They might try and nuke any account reposting it.

In the coming weeks and months, we're going to see liberal institutions capitulate in anticipation of a Trump dictatorship for fear retribution if they don't and create a self fulfilling prophecy. It's an autocratic version of Roko's Basilisk.

Institutions will not save you.
Your first sign. CEOs and corporations rushing to support Trump. It's not just about playing both sides or pay to play access. It's about fear if they don't support him.

The biggest ally of an autocrat is fear and our institutions are filled with cowards who will put their careers, livelihoods, safety, or even freedom before the good of society.

Once this ball starts rolling it's nearly impossible to stop. Institutions will collapse quickly.

Dr. Ruuttajerttu Kaltiala, a Finnish doctor and paid member of SEGM has been able to completely colonize trans healthcare and push restrictions on care. She was involved in Cass Review, p-hacked research on suicidality in trans youth, and DeSantis' ban on care in Florida.

The latest is a statement from the The European Society for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry that endorsed the Cass review and pushes for more restrictions on gender affirming care. Kaltiala has had her fingers in nearly every major rollback of trans healthcare in Europe.
Dr. Kaltiala connected Hilary Cass with the Catholic Medical Association member and DeSantis appointee, Patrick Hunter. Hunter led the process to ban gender affirming care in Florida through the medical board highlighting politicized and faulty research.

This is the most gaslighting bullshit I've ever seen. The NHS has a 10+ year waiting list to access adult transition services. Who the hell is being rushed after waiting a decade to access care?

They don't want trans people to exist. Image
If you signed up for the adult service at 18, you would likely be 30 before you get an initial appointment under the NHS. Add to that a heavily gatekept process that could take years to access hormones and you would be approaching 35 before you even started HRT.
At that point, they'll tell you it's too late, you'll never pass and you'll disrupt your life. So don't transition. This is a moving of the overton window to ultimately eradicate trans people in the UK. That's what this is all about.
