If you are a #UK citizen or a citizen of a nation that considers specific organisations to be terrorists, read this:
In addition to the criminal actions taken by Israel against Palestinian civilians, the situation has drawn significant international attention and scrutiny, particularly from human rights activists who continue to champion the Palestinian cause. One such figure is British activist @swilkinsonbc , a long-standing advocate for Palestinian rights. Her dedication to the cause has led to her being targeted by the UK counter-terrorism police, who arrested her under the Terrorism Act (read below). This law is notorious for its broad scope. It allows authorities to detain any individual or activist accused of supporting an organisation deemed "terrorist," even when the support is intended for legitimate resistance against occupation, as recognised by international law.

The arrest of Sarah Wilkinson serves as a stark reminder of the challenges faced by those activists, commentators, "social media journalists," and individuals who stand in solidarity with oppressed populations, mainly when their activism is framed in the context of resistance against an occupying power.

The UN Charter itself upholds the right to resist occupation. Yet, activists like Sarah must navigate a complex legal landscape where their words and actions can be criminalised if not carefully articulated. This has created an environment where the support for Palestinian rights is fraught with legal and political risks, particularly in Western countries where the discourse around resistance is tightly controlled.

In light of these developments, online commentators, activists and supporters must precisely choose their language and adhere closely to international legal frameworks that defend the right to resist occupation. By doing so, they can continue to advocate for Palestinian rights within the boundaries set by their own governments without falling foul of laws like the UK’s Terrorism Act, which can be used to stifle dissent and criminalise legitimate expressions of solidarity.

Article 12 of the UK's Terrorism Act 2000 criminalises explicitly the act of inviting support for a criminal organisation, including those like Hamas or Hezbollah. Under this law, it is an offence to invite others to support an organisation that the UK government has designated as terrorist. This can include direct or indirect encouragement, financial contributions, or material support. The law is broad and can be applied to various forms of support, whether it's vocal endorsement, organising events, or disseminating material that could promote the organisation's activities.

Both the military wing of Hezbollah and Hamas are designated as terrorist organisations under UK law, which means any form of support for these groups could lead to prosecution under Article 12 of the Terrorism Act 2000. The penalties for violating this law include imprisonment, fines, or both.

#Yemen is ready to stand with #Gaza stronger than ever. It was part of the plan to accept the consequences and fight against the Israeli crimes even if the #US is doing everything to divert the attention and keep the war ongoing on the children and women of Gaza.
It is laughable for a superpower, the #US, to put itself in a position of being a target by the poorest, but one of the most courageous, country in the Middle East #Yemen.

Let's how the Americans can (fail to) protect Israeli shipments crossing through the Red Sea.
The US will now rush to #Iran and #Oman to send the following messages:

We know we haven't degraded Ansar Allah's capability but we don't want to escalate. We think the case of using 100 bombs on #Yemen is close. We didn't want to look weak.

Well, it doesn't work like that.

#Israel is in crisis:
The army is unable to achieve its objectives.
The cabinet's members want a major role.
The small Cabine members disagree w/ one another over how Netanyahu runs it.
The war cabinet can't stick one another overtly.
All disagree w/ Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi.
Chief of Staff Halevi appointed a committee to evaluate the mistakes of the 7th for October, upsetting the political leadership.

The settlers around #Gaza and on the Lebanese borders won't return because they have lost trust in the army and government.
Loss of economy reached $18 billion and is expected to reach $58 billion.

More than 600.000 Israelis left for their country of origin in 2023.

The domestic front realises that #Hamas is capable of launching missiles as on day one and battle in #Gaza intensifies.

Israel killed Yasser Arafat, Sheikh Ahmad Yassin, Fathi Shiqaqi, and Abu Ali Mustafa, and the Palestinian resistance became stronger than ever. One of the martyrs assassinated with Sheikh Saleh Al-Aruri in #Beirut was Samir Fandi, al-Qassam's official representative in #Lebanon and abroad. He had been at the top of the #Israel assassination list for quite some time for his military role abroad.
Among the #Hamas commanders assassinated by #Israel in #Beirut were 3 Lebanese. #Lebanon, through its army, people and resistance, has the official right to respond and hold Israel accountable for its crimes.
#Israel PM @Netanyahu aimed for a folkloric victory to reconstruct his image & cover his failure to achieve his objectives to defeat #Hamas & free the prisoners. No victory in #Gaza, apart from destroying the Strip & killing children & women. Netanyahu is enlarging the conflict.

Those killed in #Israel are innocent.
There are no innocents in #Gaza.

The children of Israel are innocent victims.
The children of Gaza are terrorists.

The women of Israel are innocent civilians.
The women of Gaza are mothers of terrorists.
#Hamas carried out terrorist attacks against Israeli settlers.

#Israel is responsible for unfortunate casualties considered collateral damage.

Hamas should be destroyed and is hiding behind civilians.

Israel has the right to defend itself and to bomb hospitals, schools, homes.
#Israel killed thousands of Palestinians. We are aware, deeply concerned and call for all parties to refrain from escalating.

#Hamas killed innocent Israel and should be totally eliminated and with it the people of #Gaza.

Simple equation:

If #Israel destroys villages in southern #Lebanon, #Hezbollah will destroy #Haifa.

If Israel bombs #Beirut or its suburbs, Hezbollah will destroy Tel Aviv and all energy platforms, including ports and airports.
If #Israel relies on the #US, the Iraqi resistance has prepared to bomb and destroy all military bases in #Iraq.

So far, the Iraqi resistance has been asked to limit its attacks. But it has more precision missiles than Hezbollah to deal with US bases.
Remember, there are Pakistani, Afghan and other partners in the 'Axis of Resistance', all well trained and equipped with precision missiles.

As far as I know, they can all be brought into the fight, depending on how far #Israel wants to drag the #US into it.

In 1967, #Israel lost 776 soldiers and occupied the Sinai peninsula, the Golan Heights, the West Bank, Gaza & East Jerusalem in only 6-days. It defeated Egypt, Jordan, & Syria.

In 2023, Israel lost over 1000 soldiers and didn't occupy 360 sqm against a resistance group in #Gaza.
In 2023, the #US, #UK, #France, #Germany & #Italy r in an operations room in Tel Aviv supporting #Israel. The US has sent 3 aircraft carriers along with significant naval support. 2000 Delta Force is in Israel, & the US military base is providing intelligence & planning support.
The #US used 15000 tons of explosives against #hiroshima and 21000 tons of explosives against #Nakazaki to dominate the World. #Israel has used 40000 tons of explosives against #Gaza, occupying 20% of its but controls nothing.
