โ Sugar
Too much sugar isnโt just bad for your teeth. It can harm your liver, too. The organ uses one type of sugar, called fructose, to make fat.
Too much refined sugar and high-fructose corn syrup causes a fatty buildup that can lead to liver disease.
โ Herbal Supplements
Even if the label says โnatural,โ it may not be OK for you.
For instance, some people take an herb for menopause symptoms or to help them relax.
But studies show that it can keep the liver from working right. That can lead to hepatitis and liver failure.

The extra fat can build up in your liver cells and lead to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
As a result, your liver may swell. Over time, it can harden and scar liver tissue (doctors call this cirrhosis).
โ Too Much โVitamin Aโ From Supplements
Your body needs vitamin A, and itโs fine to get it from plants such as fresh fruits and vegetables, especially those that are red, orange, and yellow.
But if you take supplements that have high doses of vitamin A, that can be a problem for your liver

Mouth ulcers can be caused by a variety of factors. Some of the most common causes include:
๐ธ๏ธStress: Stress is one of the most common causes of mouth ulcers. When youโre under a lot of stress, your body releases hormones that can cause inflammation in your mouth.
Injury: Biting your tongue or cheeks and ill-fitting dentures can all cause injury to the inside of your mouth, leading to mouth ulcers.
Certain foods: Eating foods that are spicy, acidic, or contain allergens can irritate your mouth, leading to mouth ulcers.
Eating onions regularly can reduce your cholesterol level and lower your chances of developing stroke and certain cancers.
Here are the benefits of eating onions.

1. Rich in Antioxidants: Onions are packed with antioxidants, such as quercetin, which have been linked to a reduction in oxidative stress. Antioxidants help neutralize free radicals in the body, potentially lowering the risk of chronic diseases, including certain cancers.
2. Cholesterol Reduction: Onions contain compounds like allicin and sulfur compounds, which may contribute to lowering cholesterol levels. These compounds may inhibit the synthesis of cholesterol and reduce its absorption, promoting heart health.
3. Heart Health Benefits: Regular consumption of onions has been associated with improved cardiovascular health. The ability to lower cholesterol levels may contribute to a reduced risk of heart disease and stroke.
If you have type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), your body doesn't make enough insulin or doesn't use insulin well enough, so your blood sugar (glucose) gets too high. The good news is that you can do a lot to take charge of your blood sugar.
Check Thread For Better Explanation.
Your blood sugar levels, in fact diet and healthy lifestyle form the cornerstone of managing T2DM.
Some people are even able to put their T2DM into remission (Sometimes called 'reversing' diabetes) so that their blood sugar are below the diabetes range and they don't have to take medicine for diabetes anymore.
But what exactly makes for a healthy diet if you suffer from T2DM? This can be very confusing, there's no 1 size-fits-all 'diabetes diet'. You won't be told what to eat and what not to eat. Instead, you'll be advised to make healthy choices more often and limit treats that might increase your blood sugar.
