According to @Hajun_BY, on August 31, a military cargo train with equipment of the 19th Mechanized Brigade of the Belarusian Armed Forces (military unit 71327) was being formed at Zaslonava station.
2/11
On September 1, the train was spotted in the vicinity of Minsk, it was moving to the west.
According to @belzhd_live, on September 1 at 15:30, the train arrived at Hudahai station (Astraviets district, Hrodna region), which is located 7 km from the border with Lithuania.
3/11
A tactical group of the 19th Mechanized Brigade was redeployed to the border with Lithuania. It consisted of: up to 2 motorized rifle companies (14 BMP-2, 2 Mul medical vehicles), a tank company (10 T-72B tanks, 1 BREM-1),
4/11
1 mortar battery (6 120-mm 2S12 Sani mortars), vehicles, etc. In total, 38 pieces of equipment and about 250 people.
5/11
As we reported earlier, the combat readiness inspection of the 19th Mechanized Brigade began in August. As part of the measures being taken, about 100 conscripts were drafted from the reserve. Military equipment was removed from long-term storage.
6/11
On August 31, the next stage of the inspection began. Servicemen began loading equipment for departure to the assigned areas. Servicemen will “practice actions in conditions close to combat ones” in the staging area.
7/11
There’s nothing unusual about the redeployment of the brigade’s units to the area bordering Lithuania. The 19th Mechanized Brigade is part of the Northwestern Operational Command. Its task is to cover the Lithuanian and Latvian directions.
8/11
The last time units of the 19th Mechanized Brigade were redeployed to the area bordering Lithuania in March 2024 as part of the combat readiness inspection. In May, the brigade’s units were withdrawn to their permanent deployment point.
9/11
We assume that drills on countering illegal armed formations and strengthening the protection of the state border will be conducted in this area. Similar drills were conducted with the 6th Mechanized Brigade in August.
10/11
Currently, units of the Belarusian Armed Forces don’t pose a military threat to Lithuania.

“It’s not that simple”: The first reaction of Belarusian propaganda to the air battles with Shahed drones

📍The fact of the existing reaction

Russian Shahed-131/136 drones have been systematically flying into Belarus since the beginning of July. On July 16, it was reported about the downing of a drone in Homiel region.
2/17
An on August 29 it was reported about the combat work of a fighter of the Belarusian Air Force on drones. All these incidents remained without official comments. Only attempts of some propaganda resources to deny everything were recorded.
