It is alleged that our hero here got completely wasted and then propositioned the father of a 14 year-old girl, that if he agreed to have sex with her that she could get him a job with Turning Point. When he refused her advances, she allegedly kidnapped and falsely imprisoned his 14 year-old daughter with a band of other intoxicated losers, and with an assist from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.

-MAGA Grifter, Liar and Hypocrite.

-2015 Bankruptcy with a nearly a QUARTER OF A MILLION F'N DOLLARS in unsecured debts, including $150K of Student Loans and $100K in consumer/credit card debt...($160K of this was discharged without payment in 2020).

-Daughter Aubrie (after learning the ropes from Mom and Dad...) then declares bankruptcy in 2021 with $47K in unsecured debts, all while sitting on her ass collecting unemployment...

-Acquired home with FHA loan...

Kari Lake was interested in divorce...earlier today I gave her a story on divorce.

Kari Lake is interested in Kamala's socialism and Kamala's father's Marxism, so let's find out about her Daddy's socialism!?

A brief(?) word on why I occasionally present facts about someone's family to make a point regarding hypocrisy:

If you are going to lie, cheat and steal for power (as Kari does) in ways that I believe are going to directly hurt my family and friends, I'm going to provide publicly recorded facts about your family to show your hypocrisy.

Now, I understand that Kari's father (and/or stepmother) may not have even shared political beliefs with Kari, and it's very possible he would be ashamed of the person she has become. Kari herself was a "liberal" until she decided the maga grift was too good to pass up! It's not really relevant. I'm also not ignorant or unsympathetic to the timing of all of the events here, including Kari's father's death (my father also died of cancer at a MUCH younger age…didn't leave massive debts for the government to pick up!). All I'm showing here is that the federal government directly benefitted Kari's family (and possibly Kari through inheritances or a reduction in the senior living financial requirements of her stepmother or other siblings) to the tune of up to TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND F'N DOLLARS!!!

Don't you think we should have to acknowledge that kind of a government transfer to your immediate family when you are ranting and raving about socialism and Marxists and student loans and "the migrants" taking all of our money!!!???

If that doesn't work for you…I'm literally all out of f@cks!!! This is also just a great story of how f'n stupid we were with home values and mortgages before the great recession. Not much has changed…what could go wrong!?

2/ Kari's father and stepmother, Larry and Beverly Lake, acquired 17424 N. Thornberry Drive, Surprise AZ 85374 for $129,825 on July 10th, 2001. It appears to have been a cash purchase for this nice new retirement golf property, possibly to be closer to their TV anchor daughter (although most of their 11 kids live back in Iowa...).

Here is a similar home in that neighborhood and the current general price level of the area...Image

3/ On August 16th, 2006, when Larry was 76 years old, he took out a 77 year FHA (government guaranteed) mortgage on the home in the amount of $381,900. I won't get into the fact that the Lake's owned a property back in Iowa where most of their kids live, and this was required to be their principal residence to qualify for the loan...

This sort of reverse mortgage obviously sounds bonkers in hindsight, and while we don't know all the details of how much of that $381,900 was taken down (all of it?), we do know there was a foreclosure by Wells Fargo* on May 14th, 2010, and the home was then sold to a third party for $172,000 on July 30, 2010. All of Wells Fargo losses would have been reimbursed by the FHA.

Not to bury the lead, but Mr. Lake passed away after a battle with cancer at the age of 79 on October 12, 2009, so again, I'm not unsympathetic to that circumstance. But a $200,000+ bogie is quite a bit of socialism IMO, even when you are no longer with us....

*I am not Tom f'n Selleck, the reverse mortgage expert, but there would have had to be a reason for the foreclosure. Death of one borrower is not a valid reason unless the property is left unoccupied by the other borrower.Image

Since there was all this fanfare around the release of Ruben Gallego's sealed divorce files (that revealed...that he is divorced!?), I thought I would take a quick look to see what I could find on sKari Fake's divorce from her first husband, Tracy Matthew Finnegan!

Kari and Tracy, an electrical engineer, were married in Davenport, Iowa on May 25th, 1991*.

2/ The two lovebirds soon moved to Phoenix and moved into this home on E. Kristal Way in December of 1994. They paid $88,000 and $79,200 30-year mortgage. You know...the good old days!?

3/ But things soon soured, and Tracy filed for divorce from Kari just 6 months later on July 7th, 1995. It appears to have been uncontentious, and the dissolution of marriage was granted on February 9th, 1996.

Kari was granted the home and there was no alimony (or children/child support!).

2/ Mark recently won the Republican primary to represent D1 in the AZ senate. He is a well documented election denier, and an unindicted co-coconspirator in the AZ FAKE elector fraud case.

I had already documented obvious and willful PERJURY for Mr. Finchem (which no one has refuted and I will include at the end for completeness…), so I thought I would take a quick look at Mark's Arizona property transactions for problems! 3/ The cool thing about mortgage fraud (if there is anything cool about mortgage fraud?), is that even though a statute of limitations (now 10 years) has passed, I can usually reach back 0-20 years or so and find chucklef@cks that have obviously and willfully committed mortgage fraud, because they commit the fraud IN WRITING AND SIGN THEIR NAMES TO IT!!! Amongst Arizona candidates for public office:

Michelle Ugenti-Rita HAS COMMITTED OBVIOUS MORTGAGE FRAUD in her own words and signed the documents proving it.

Wendy Rogers HAS COMMITTED OBVIOUS MORTGAGE FRAUD in her own words and signed the documents proving it (if we take her at her word that her principal residence is in Flagstaff…).Image
