Jefferey Epstein would be proud: P. Diddy's alleged abusive "parties" were an open secret in Hollywood for years.

Protecting kids has inexplicably become controversial.

In 2023, a Democrat-controlled California legislature stonewalled legislation that would have created felony charges for repeat *child* traffickers: calmatters.org/newsletters/wh…
Lawmakers in recent years have begun to side *openly* with criminals. Meanwhile, the public is apparently too stunned to mount an appropriate response.

At the federal level, 158 Democrats voted *against* deporting noncitizens who commit sex crimes: foxnews.com/politics/dems-…
The examples are so numerous that it is hardly an exaggeration to call what we are seeing a war on public safety:

Activists are begging the Biden-Harris Administration to resume DNA testing of migrant kids to reunite families and reduce human trafficking! nbcsandiego.com/news/local/act…
Violent crime has risen sharply since the pandemic and yet the criminalization of #speech is the new frontier in lawfare.

Would-be VP Tim Walz: "There's no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech, and especially around our democracy":

Until about five minutes ago — in a country nearly 250 years old! — we did not criminalize our fellow Americans for being delusional, uninformed or misinformed.

Now daily efforts are made to normalize prison as an appropriate response to unpopular speech!
The nearly 100-year-old "counterspeech doctrine" holds that recipients of expression must be encouraged in within a marketplace of ideas to weigh competing ideas. In other words, the best answer to undesirable speech is not less speech — but more #speech:

After leveraging the Sandy Hook defamation lawsuit to force a bankruptcy, Alex Jones alleges that George Soros intends to own (control) Jones' name by which to deprive him of a post-bankruptcy livelihood.

"InfoWars’ victims and enemies consider buying it":semafor.com/article/09/29/…
@ACLU declared a First Amendment victory in defense of Neo Nazis' right to march over the objections of holocaust survivors in Skokie, IL in 1977.

#AlexJones case is a watershed moment, much like Skokie.

But the #ACLU of today silences itself.

The case against Alex Jones has generated #misinformation in its own right, to the point where the identity of the both the perpetrator and the victims has largely been overwritten by a legacy of lawfare.

"New Report: Adam Lanza 'Did Not Just ‘Snap'”:

Do #SandyHookFamilies deserve an apology from Jones for claiming the government staged a false flag as a pretext to confiscate guns?

Absolutely!

But two wrongs do not make a right. Use of defamation to facilitate a secondary attack on the Constitution is an abuse of power.

Colorado Judge sets dangerous precedent to lock up Democrats should they attempt to validate a future election outcome; slaps a 9-year sentence on a Mesa County clerk for the "crime" of opening the books to Trump officials in 2020: reuters.com/legal/former-c…
When the Courts are used to obstruct efforts to validate one way or another *if* fraud took place, it CREATES conspiracy and election denialism.

Sunshine is the best disinfectant. The ruling makes clear that demonstrating even a *valid outcome in an election* is a crime.
Judge Matthew Barrett's ruling sets a precedent insofar that the First Amendment no longer protects the right to be wrong:

"“Prison is.... where we send people who are a danger to all of us, whether by the pen or the sword or the word of mouth".

@ACLU is nowhere to be found.
