All mail-in ballots in for PA state House District 21 special election.

Lindsay Powell (D) 82%
Erin Connolly Autenreith (R) 17%

Mail-ins skew heavily for Dems in PA. District is already heavily Dem, so could be an early night. Control of PA state house is on the line
Out of 4,041 mail-in ballots, Dem Powell received 3,331 votes. GOP Autenreith received 697.
