Smoking can have significant negative effects on mental and psychological health, impacting various aspects of emotional well-being. Here are some key ways smoking affects mental health;
● While smokers may feel that smoking helps to relieve stress, nicotine actually increases anxiety & stress in the long term. That temporary relief smokers feel is often due to satisfying nicotine cravings, but once the effects wear off, anxiety & stress return more intensely.
This is why they are addicted. They have to keep on taking it, thereby putting themselves in even more problems.
● Nicotine affects brain chemicals such as dopamine, which is associated with feelings of pleasure and reward.
Over time, smoking can deplete the brain's natural ability to regulate mood, leading to increased vulnerability to depression. Studies have shown a strong link between smoking and higher rates of depression.
● Cognitive Decline:(memory lost)
Smoking is associated with faster cognitive decline. Long-term smoking can impair memory, learning, and reasoning abilities. It is also linked to an increased risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease later in life.
● Addiction and Dependence:
Nicotine is highly addictive, and the psychological need for smoking can create dependence. Smokers may experience irritability, mood swings, and trouble concentrating when they do not have access to nicotine.
● Psychiatric Disorders:
Smoking rates are higher among people with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, & bipolar disorder. While some may turn to smoking as a way to cope with their symptoms, but the truth is, it's only makes things worst.
● Sleep Disturbances:
Nicotine disrupts sleep patterns by affecting the production of certain neurotransmitters. Smokers may experience more trouble falling asleep or have poorer-quality sleep, which can exacerbate mental health problems like anxiety and depression.
● Increased Risk of Suicide:
Some studies suggest a link between smoking and an increased risk of suicide. It is thought that nicotine and the chemicals in cigarettes may negatively affect the brain's chemistry, increasing impulsive behaviour and feelings of hopelessness.
● Some people believe smoking helps them concentrate or feel more focused. However, this is usually short-lived & often related to alleviating nicotine withdrawal. Long-term smokin can actualy reduce cognitive function & negatively impact concentration & problemsolvin abilities

People who abandoned humanity to look like animals through body modifications.
I'll go first;
1. Horace Ridler ("The Zebra Man")
Covered in a black & white striped tattoo with stretched earlobes, giving him an animal-like appearance.
● Orc;
For the love of ‘The Lord of the Rings orc’ a Brazil tattoo artist has taken it to a whole new level by getting two giant tusks fitted onto his bottom teeth to resemble a real-life orc.
● Eric Sprague ("Lizardman")
Animal: Lizard
Modifications: Full-body scale tattoos, subdermal horn implants, a split tongue, & sharpened teeth to resemble a reptilian appearance.
MENSTRUAL CYCLE AND OVULATION PERIOD. WHEN TO EASILY GET PREGNANT AND WHEN TO AVOID S€X.
Most ladies don't understand this;
– Thread ■
I'll advise you guys to start listening to your body for signs and follow these simple analysis/steps if you want to easily get pregnant.
MENSTRUAL PERIOD: is the time blood flows out of your private area, when you use pad.
MENSTRUAL CYCLE: is the Days it takes to see another blood in the month. If you last saw your period in October 11th and it started again on November 10th 2017, then you have 30days cycle (count from 11 October to 10 November).
NOTE: It is erroneous to believe its 28days cycle, different women have different cycles ranging from 21-35 days.
OVULATION PERIOD: This is time to get pregnant without stress. This is 2 weeks after your period or 2 weeks before the next period.
Here's a simple way to calculate your ovulation (unsafe) period.
1. From the first day you see the blood of your period. 2. Pick up a calendar and count 14 days including the first day of the blood stain. 3. Mark the 14th day with a pen. 4. Mark 3 days before the 14th day, and mark 2 days after the 14th day. 6. You will notice you have 6 days marked.
These 6 days are your ovulation/fertile days also known as unsafe period.
That is if you have sex on any of these days, then you have 98% chances of being pregnant. 7. Do this every month diligently
Sperm cells are either X or Y. The Egg cell is always X. If X-Sperm cell meets the egg(X) the baby will be a Girl (XX). If Y-Sperm cell meets the egg(X), the baby will be a Boy (XY).
Read thread
The Y-Sperm cells move fast but die fast (its lifespan is about 24hrs). X-Sperm cells move slowly but survive longer (up to 3-4days).
Therefore, if you have intercourse some days before ovulation, most of the Y-Sperm cells would have died leaving mostly X-Sperm cells-
