1) So when I saw the first reports of this last night and read aircraft were used, I knew two things:
A) Aerial refueling was necessary.
B) Air defense suppression was necessary.
But rather than try to be “first” to say it, I decided to wait for more information. Let’s begin⬇️
2) This will be a boost for F-35 sales. Recent Russian disinformation criticizing the F-35 is now proven false. And what Israel did is exactly what the US very much wanted to know about the F-35: What’s the airstrike performance of it? Especially against Iran. And also⬇️
3) Yes, here we see the first phase of the operation. Suppression of air defense. Destruction of radar and SAM sites. The attack on Syrian air defense might be a clue as to the route the Israelis used into Iran. Or it just deprived Iran of early warning. Let’s keep going⬇️
4) Here we see the main factor that confronted the Israeli Air Force: Aerial refueling. Now, somehow the Israelis solved this problem. Obviously. And a route into Iran and operational airspace for tanker aircraft became available. Let’s keep going⬇️
5) Here we see everything came together perfectly for these airstrikes. Therefore, Iran’s ballistic missile manufacturing capability has suffered quite the setback. And Iran’s air defense, too, which will be an ongoing peril for Iran. Let’s keep going⬇️
6) Here we see that Iranian drone manufacturing facilities were also hit. So that, along with the ballistic missile manufacturing hit, is going to hurt not just Iran, but Russia also. Russia might lose the Iranian weapon supply it needs for the Ukraine war. Let’s keep going⬇️
7) Here is where we see more evidence of the aerial refueling aspect of Israel’s mission. Here we also see the foolishness of Iran. This should’ve been a warning heeded by Iran not to provoke Israel. Because Israel was practicing to nail Iran good and proper. And then⬇️
8) Iran has made a gargantuan mistake in provoking Israel. Now not just Israel, but the US knows successful airstrikes against Iran are more than possible. And this was something the US wasn’t sure was possible. Iranian air defense is proven weak and incompetent. And also⬇️
9) Now Israel and the US both know Iranian missile and drone manufacturers can be destroyed and there’s nothing Iran can do to prevent it. Because not only is Iranian air defense ineffective and incompetent, but it too can be destroyed in the airstrikes. Iran is a paper tiger.
10) Possible route used. I say possible because this could be a cover story to protect the route they used.
12) In August, there were already questions about Iran’s air defense capabilities. Or, more accurately, its quality. This is very bad for Iran, but also Russia and any country that relies upon Russian-made air defense systems.
13) Some people have tried to deny that Israel has aerial refueling tankers. Israel has them. And they’re about to get more.
14) Here’s more proof that Israel has aerial refueling capabilities. And, specifically, the F-35s could be refueled this way. Israel already war gamed this, as I said. And now Iran has discovered, to its regret, that it should’ve heeded the warning.
15) Sound precision bombing strategy. This is an idea from US strategic bombing of Nazi Germany during World War Two. Russia will also be whining now, since they’ve become reliant on Iranian weapons.
1) Here’s a Times of Israel article. It’s pretty much what I already said in an earlier thread, but with interesting details. So, Israel operated with impunity in Iranian airspace for hours. That REALLY shows the incompetence of Iranian air defense. Let’s keep going⬇️
2) So Iran lost its ballistic missile manufacturing, drone manufacturing, plus its air defense capabilities. Probably every SAM site Iran had anywhere near the target zone is now destroyed. Plus the radar. All of it gone. Let’s keep going⬇️
3) For hours, waves of Israeli aircraft are inbound and wrecking Iranian assets. And there wasn’t a damn thing Iran could do about it. Which is not surprising considering Iran lost its air defense in the initial phase of the operation. Let’s keep going⬇️
1) What air defense doing? FAILING. For Iran and Russia both. The Israelis defeated the air defense of Iran, much of which was supplied by Russia. And the Russian supplied air defense of Syria immediately before that. Russia gambled in Iran and lost. Now let’s see this article⬇️
2) So all this hardware that Russia delivered to Iran has utterly failed to do what it was designed to do: stop aircraft. Iran is now vulnerable and, really, so is any nation that uses it. Including Russia itself. Let’s keep going⬇️
3) Well, the Russian Buk and Tor systems have had rather dismal survivability in Ukraine. Israel knows this. Oh, Iran wants 24 SU-35s? That’s sure as hell not going to help them now even if they get them. Not when they’re as vulnerable as they are now. Let’s continue⬇️
1) I know who this Veterans on Patrol group is. They were started by Michael "Lewis Arthur" Meyer in Tucson in 2015. He was going around Tucson city parks doing “homeless vets outreach”. Some homeless people started feeling harassed or bullied by him. Let’s keep going⬇️
2) From the Washington Post article. I don’t know of them from SLPC, I know of them from Tucson where they began. They claimed to have found a “camp” where kids were being trafficked. Police investigation revealed it to be false. But VoP still claims it’s true. Let’s continue⬇️
3) Lewis Arthur is not a veteran but was doing a type of stolen valor shtick. Now, this was common in Tucson among militia groups. Some homeless did it and dressed that way as a method of panhandling. And it’s possible he was recruiting from that pool. Let’s keep going⬇️
1) How to recognize the current Russian disinformation weapons:
Does the message do any, some, or all of the following—
A) Incite violence and/or taking up arms, or armed resistance, against the US government, government agencies, its employees, or elected officials.
Next⬇️
2) Does the message—
B) State that government agencies are coming to confiscate land.
C) State that assistance from FEMA should not be accepted.
D) State that FEMA is interfering in the election or disaster relief does.
E) Call for secession or civil war.
Why these things?⬇️
3) The current Russian disinformation weapons are specifically designed to incite civil disorder, cause civil unrest, and destroy social cohesion. A hoped-for goal is to incite armed resistance against the federal government. With that particular goal, there’s also this⬇️
1) Here is a paper from August 14, 2024. The question doesn’t seem to be “how” but WHEN is the US going to start doing that effectively? Waiting until after the disinformation spreads like wildfire is far too late. Hurricane Helene disinformation proved that. Let’s see more⬇️
2) Correct! And we saw that happen with Hurricane Helene disinformation. But if the president has to come out to try and debunk it, what in the hell are US national security agencies doing? Is there counter-disinformation at all? If there is, they dropped the ball. And⬇️
3) Again, this is all correct. But has anyone taken the time to notice that what they’re dealing with is a weapon? And that this is an attack by Russia using this weapon? Let’s keep going⬇️
1) How would you do it? A mass deportation? I can tell you exactly how it would be done. And no one is going to like it. It’s not a one-time action. It’s a process. First off, the federal govt would have to do it, because some states might not comply with it. After that⬇️
2) The federal govt would need to establish its own ID to establish who’s who. And this would be required for travel within the United States. This is what’s known as an internal passport. To get it would require birth certificate, Social Security number, and fingerprints. And⬇️
3) You’d go to the experts to learn what you needed to know about internal passports. The US would make this an ID card and it would include a tracking chip to monitor travel. It would be like a driver’s license on steroids. It would be required for internal travel. And⬇️
