🧵 In a recent private ticketed event, former DoD counterintelligence agent Luis Elizondo showed this photo of a "UFO" from Romania in 2022.

He called it a "real photo" and references it being described as a "mothership" like the one in Close Encounters of the Third Kind. 👇

I reverse imaged searched it, and eventually turned up a viral post on Facebook in a group called "Mysterious Ancient Discoveries". It got more than 182,000 likes and more than 23,700 comments. It was posted in September 2023.👇

But, it reminded me of something. Years ago, a photo went viral, which although did not look like this, I believe the process it was captured was the same.

Check out this. Through clouds - shot through a window, of a "UFO." It went viral, but the problem, was it wasn't real. 👇

As you can see, the lodge was tracked down in Wyoming, the view was confirmed, and the lighting fixture inside the cabin rooms was a match with only slight differences (a trip there would've likely found the exact room given anyone wanted to spend the time and money). 👇

Now back to the Romania "UFO". Zoom in on the higher resolution one, and you get something that looks like hair in a reflection. If this is the top of someone's head, they are likely standing in front of a window shooting out, catching themselves in the process. 👇

This scenario is likely confirmed by this reflection off the glass, from another part of the window in the same Romania "UFO" photo. 👇

Broaden the image, the "glow" of the UFO is likely the light on the ceiling inside the hotel room, bed room, or wherever the person is. 👇

So, the person is likely shooting out, with a chandelier or light fixture of some kind behind them, and the top of their head is partially blocking it. The light from fixture is reflecting off the ceiling, creating a "halo" effect in the reflection. 👇

With low contrast conditions between the darker clouds outside, and the hair reflecting from the inside, it blends nicely, partially obscuring the light fixture and creating a halo effect. Voila. A "UFO" 👇

But, in the end, you don't have a "mothership". We would've heard much more about it if something like that showed up over any city; and we'd have a second angle or two - or 50.

Rather, you have a common viral internet photo that doesn't depict anything more than an illusion.#⃣
