Former Georgia county commissioner, Rebecca Hood, and her husband Scott, have both been arrested for the physical & sexual abuse of their adopted children. Image
Rebecca Hood, 50, former Gordon County commissioner & Scott Hood, 56, have both been charged with child cruelty. The GBI began investigating allegations of sexual and physical abuse of the couple’s adopted children back in Jan. 2021. Rebecca Hood had been a Gordon County commissioner at the time the investigation began.

Tyler Selby, 34, former worship leader at Robinwood Baptist Church, has filed his intent to plead guilty to 1 count of producing child sexual abuse material & 2 counts of distributing child sexual abuse material. He initially pleaded not guilty. If he does not enter a guilty plea, a trial is scheduled for December 2 in federal court in Gulfport.

Florida baptist school teacher, Harriet Sugg, has been sentenced to only 18 months in prison for grooming & raping a student. Image
Harriet Sugg, 57, former teacher at The First Acedemy/First Baptist Church of Orlando, was found arbitrarily guilty under Nolo Contendere (she accepted punishment but did not admit to the charge). The court sentenced Suggs to serve 18 months in the Orange County Corrections Facility for Sexual Activity with a 16 or 17-year Old Child (a second-degree felony) and state probation for up to 10 years following her release.
