When they all had met it was the year Joe ran for Senate [1972] & just before Joe's 30th birthday Joe won the election and was to become Senator in January 1973. Jill even admits in her book that she attended Joe's election party in November of 1972-a party that Neilia Biden was at.

The official report of the incident claimed that Jill must have either not hit the brakes intentionally, via being distracted or she must have accelerated thru the intersection to assure getting his head on by a trucker.

Let's not forget that Joe Biden had the "classified records" scandal where there were classified documents in the garage next to his Corvette, this time a 1967 Stringray.
