4/ They added this lie: "This is simply anti-semitic violence" at 12 seconds in.
5/ At 53 seconds in they added the words "Free Palestine" as Zionist hoodlums were chased away. This isn't a lie, but wasn't in the original video.
6/ At 1:13 (new video) they added "On that same evening, a pro-Palestine demonstration took place."
7/ At 1:39 (new video) they removed "Maccabi fans were seen attacking locals."
The new video describes the Maccabi fans' violence as "a large group of hooded men, dressed in black, running down the street and striking people at random."
8/ At 1:05 (in the original video) they removed "a police car can be seen driving by" in reference to the fact that police were not intervening as Maccabi fans were attacking locals. This fact was removed.
9/ At 2:01 (new video) they added the mayor of Amsterdam explain that the violence was "related to the situation in the middle east."
10/ At 2:28 (new video) they added a Maccabi hoodlum saying "it is the same feeling I felt on the morning of 7 October."
11/ At 2:39 (new video) they added "prosecutors are considering anti-semitic motives"
12/ At 1:41 (original video) Sky News removed the true statement that "Israeli far-right ultras are notorious for their racism and physical violence."
This fact -- they are regularly violent and vocally racist -- was removed by Sky News, as was the footage.
13/ At 1:50 (new video) Sky News removed "their statements [pogrom / anti-semitic violence] failed to mention the assaults by Israeli hooligans against Dutch citizens."
The new video includes the false statements, but omits the factual clarification.
14/ Conclusion: Sky News produced a reasonably accurate, honest video.
They then deleted it, and uploaded an edited video, which they then deleted again.
They uploaded a third video, which is analyzed here. The third video removed facts about the violence, to hide the culprit.
15/ I didn't get a chance to watch the second video, but it was added and deleted. Timestamp proof is in the first tweet.
16/ Israeli Channel 12 also created and deleted a roughly accurate report, in light of the plan to manufacture a "pogrom."
@ishaantharoor 18/ Please see our thread of world leaders lying about the Zionist riot in Amsterdam, which preceded all these media outfits deleting or editing their coverage to be less honest, but match the official propaganda.
19/ One (of many) media outlets that stole footage and lied about it, claiming it showed Zionists being attacked when the Zionists were actually the attackers, issued an apology.
Many media outlets still have not apologized, or retracted their lies.
22/ The text in the tweet was also changed in similar ways to the video, to remove context and make it seem like the violence was anti-semitic instead of self-defense.
23/ Even the mayor of Amsterdam's comments were stripped of context in the @SkyNews edit by @SandyRashty (who is clearly a Zionist and not at all an objective journalist).
24/ The "journalist" Sandy Rashty, Editor of @SkyNews, participated in a fund raiser for Israel with the former spokesman for Israel (who was fired for lying).
It is likely the most highly-source quote website on the entire internet. We try to attach videos and primary sources.Zionism.Observer
There are other important Israeli quote websites, such as the @Law4Palestine database of genocidal intent (the elegant front end was created by @visualizingpal).
1/ We are done talking about @Namecheap. They released the domain they stole from us. They did not refund anything or even apologize.
This has been horrific, and we will take many steps to lessen the impact of such deplatforms in the future, based on lessons learned.
2/ I will write an article about Namecheap's censorship.
I don't normally write, as it is a distraction from software development, archival, and managing a team of people. But this seems like a moment that needs clarifying.
A lot happened in the past few days.
3/ We will be releasing a desktop app before the end of this year.
We chose web apps to avoid censorship (compared to a mobile app) but web apps can be shut down too.
I believe @Namecheap paid a reputational and financial price, but they still took down our app, for days.
3/ We were told we were being deplatformed not for our archival work, but because we weren't the right type of content creator, or perhaps fraud concerns?
Note the stated reasons for the deplatform. (From their original email.)
