BREAKING: Holy crap, lots of breaking news in @EithanHaim case, with court unsealing documents. Buckle in...I'm buying and having loaded to courtlistener for the X is the media folks. 1/
2/ So WTH was government filing this underseal for? Because they look like a bunch of incompetent boobs who made up statutory language in an indictment?storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
3/ And this? This was filed "unseal?" Now maybe if the government explained why Tina the attorney was being taken of the case, I could see them frivolously filing this underseal to avoid embarassment... storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
@EdWhelanEPPC 5/ Here are the X posts the prosecutor filed under seal which are now no longer sealed, which is kinda funny since they were always public. But likely gov't didn't want anyone to understand what they considered improper bullying. (More on that shortly.) storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
7/ So everything DOJ filed under seal since their embarrassing hearing on Motion to Dismiss the indictment has been unsealed by the court. DOJ nonetheless is seeking gag order.
8/ Okay, just reviewed Exhibit A presented evidence by DOJ to support gag order. NOTHING @EithanHaim posted about case on X is inappropriate in the slightest. Read his entire exhibit. gov.uscourts.txsd.1962051.107.0.pdf
9/ Nor has @EithanHaim attorney posted anything improper but rather pointed out the DOJ's weaponizing of its power to prosecute to punish a whistleblower. Again, read entire Exhibit and what supposedly serves as "bullying" gov.uscourts.txsd.1962051.108.0.pdf
@EithanHaim 10/10 US Attorney's involved in filing those documents under seal should be sanctioned and motion for gag order denied. More tomorrow @FDRLST

Was studying @mtaibbi & @thackerpd recent piece on CCDH's attack on free speech under guise of combating disinformation & noticed of attendings to invite-only conference they referenced were four distinct abortion groups. 1/
2/ So very telling & necessary for pro-aborts to control speech so they can continue to lie about a) state referendums which guarantee abortion till birth; b) women w/ miscarriages dying post-Roe; c) post-viability abortions on healthy babies/moms don't happen;
THREADETTE: I knew in early days of COVID that government & Fauci were lying to us for simple reason that I had previously researched mask protection. As backdrop, our son has cystic fibrosis. About 8ish years ago, the CF Foundation updated Center guidelines to require CFers to wear masks. 1/
2/ CF Foundation "certifies" Centers & thus compliance by Centers is very important to get stamp of approval. As further background, CFers are susceptible to colonizing bacteria in their longs & most dangerous ones are spread from one CFer to another. They also cough a lot.
3/ So recommendation was to use masks in medical settings to avoid cross-infection. After recommendation came out, we asked on guidance for masks but kept getting different answers so I just researched it myself & answer was only n95 mask really served purpose.
🧵on self-righteous folks announcing departure of X. First, I highlight doubt it will stick. Rather, they'll do what Jen Rubin has done which is announcing they aren't "communicating" here and only promoting work. Beyond being hilariously cowardly, oh, I'd leave completely but 1/
2/ I need this platform to promote my work; they can't quit X. See e.g. Or they'll come back.
3/ Second, thinking of leaving X will turn X into echo chamber which will destroy X won't happen for 2 reasons: 1) would require every legacy outlet/left-of-center new media to leave & business models won't let that happen; 2) would require normal folks to leave & they won't.
Quick follow-up story related to suggestion: Growing up, my dad taught auto mechanics at technical school. At my 10 year high school reunion, classmate I knew only by name approached me. Remember him as not much of student but seemed decent enough guy. 1/
2/ Barry asked how my dad was doing. Caught me off guard & then he explained he had received his associates degree taking my dad's various auto mechanic classes & that my dad had then helped him score a great job at local dealership.
3/ These are meaningful jobs, for decent Americans. And this reminds me of story my mom told me years later: One of my dad's students was going to need to drop out of program b/c he couldn't afford tuition. My dad would later excitedly tell him he found a scholarship for him.
This piece by @MZHemingway is fascinating in so many ways and such a necessary "living history" reminder of what Tapper & other Russia collusion hoaxers did. What I found most fascinating, though is how Tapper-Sciutto exchange provided her confirmation.1/ thefederalist.com/2024/10/29/jak…
2/ I say this because I so "get" it. Early on during SpyGate, I continued to take it all "serious." And Mollie regularly would call B.S. weeks before stories were proven B.S. The Nunes released his memo & my background as ~25 federal appellate clerk provided me a similar moment.
3/ What the Tapper-Sciutto exchange confirmed to Mollie, the Nunes memo confirmed for me. Note: As Mollie said she was skeptical because she knew Trump voters. I (sadly & remorsefully) had been Never Trump & mocked the Trump voters I knew. (Don't @ me, see "sadly & remorsefully")
