/1🚨BREAKING: MAJOR WIN IN LAWSUIT AGAINST TARGET OVER LGBTQ ACTIVISM🚨
Today, a federal court denied Target’s attempt to dismiss our shareholder lawsuit and ruled that Target may have violated federal securities laws by failing to disclose the risks tied to its LGBTQ activism.
/2 The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida found that the lawsuit’s allegations that Target violated federal securities laws by failing to adequately disclose the risk of consumer backlash to the company’s LGBT “Pride Month” marketing and sales campaign are legitimate.
/3 AFL filed the lawsuit against Target on August 8, 2023, for misleading investors about the market risks of its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) mandates.
/4 AFL’s lawsuit alleges that Target embraced a radical transgender agenda with its children and family-themed “Pride Month” marketing through the corporation’s infamous 2023 “Pride” campaign.
/5 AFL’s lawsuit further alleges that the backlash to Target’s 2023 Pride Campaign led to a loss in billions in share value — the largest stock price decline in over 20 years.
/6 Target moved to dismiss the lawsuit and change the venue from Florida, where AFL’s clients reside and filed the case, to Minnesota, where Target is headquartered.
The court denied both Target's motion to dismiss the lawsuit and its motion to change the venue.
/7 In its decision, the court found that Target’s 2021 risk disclosure could be materially misleading because it was not specifically tailored to the risks related to its “plan for a new and aggressive 2023 Pride Month Campaign.”
/8 The court also found that Target “failed to account for the specific risk that Target’s upcoming 2023 Pride Month Campaign (or previous campaigns championed by Target) could cause customer boycotts and a loss of sales.”
/9 The court’s opinion even cited a statement by a Target executive admitting that the company’s LGBT plan would “make sales tank.”
/10 The court’s decision today sends a clear message that the market risk of ESG mandates and DEI initiatives cannot be whitewashed or ignored.

The U.S. Department of Labor has confirmed that Southwest will end race and sex-based discrimination in hiring and promotions following AFL’s federal civil rights complaint.

🚨 1/ AFL launches “Parents’ Rights Toolkit” to protect children from radical indoctrination
For years, woke teachers & radical activists have pushed divisive race & gender ideology onto families across America.
But parents have the tools to push back & stop the indoctrination.
2/ AFL’s “Parents’ Rights Toolkit” helps families speak up to protect their children from radical indoctrination in K-12 classrooms, colleges, and universities.
3/ It offers important resources, including template letters, for parents to file civil rights complaints with the Dept. of Education under:
➡️ Title VI, which prohibits race, color, and national origin-based discrimination
➡️ Title IX, which prohibits sex-based discrimination
➡️ Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA), which protects parents’ right to know about and opt out of divisive curriculum
🧵 1/ Jen Psaki says “laws have to be changed” to combat “disinformation.”
But the Biden-Harris Admin has weaponized the federal government and pressured private companies to censor free speech and silence Americans for years.
We have the receipts.
⬇️
2/ CDC employees had access to a secret government portal to flag and censor free speech on “Covid & Vaccine Misinformation” on Facebook.

We obtained docs revealing how the admin’s open-border policies let criminal migrant gangs take over U.S. cities like Chicago and divert critical resources from U.S. citizens to illegals.
/2 These disastrous policies have devastated American communities and turned every state into a border state.
/3 New data from the Chicago Police Department shows that it made 30 separate adult arrests in which the arrest report contained the term “Tren De Aragua” between January 1, 2023, and September 10, 2024. nypost.com/2024/11/14/us-…
