🚨🚨🚨BREAKING-ish on whistleblower @EithanHaim who outed child mutilation at Texas hospital whistle. Federal judge basically says "that's a nice First Amendment right to free speech you've got there, be a pity if anything happened to it." 1/
2/ Here's the background on the hearing from earlier this week on the Biden Administration's effort to gag @EithanHaim. @FDRLST thefederalist.com/2024/11/27/bid…
@EithanHaim @FDRLST 3/ So was buried in dep prep and day-long dep assist. yesterday so didn't have time to dig into it but hearing held on Tuesday on government's motion to gag.
4/ Very little coverage of case...likely because legacy media doesn't want to a) expose reality of child trans surgery and b) expose Biden Administration's weaponization of criminal justice with this bogus criminal case against whistleblower (more on that next week).
6/ NOT what happened. Rather, court said "I will not grant or deny a gag order," and ordered a continuance.
7/ Problem is that in doing so the judge's comments in essence equate to a prior restraint. Here's what judge said. NOTE: He clearly states clients & attorneys "adjusted their conduct" and "they just didn't do any more."
8/ And why didn't the client & his lawyer talk anymore? ...because judge told them consequences, which is what he did in this case:
9/ But consequences for what? Judge didn't say! @EithanHaim and his attorneys must guess what would be considered conduct judge wants to stop.
@EithanHaim 10/ Well, DOJ thinks it Haim's can't repost @KyleSeraphin where Kyle spoke of "effeminate clowns at DOJ who blatantly engage in bad faith legal work," and called them "stooges."
11/ DOJ prosecutor then bemoans X post by Haim that criticizes DOJ's for trying to silence him, calling it "tyrannical behavior."
12/ And somehow, Haim even pointing out what DOJ did to him, DOJ wants to stop.
13/ DOJ frames its desire for gag as Haim is tainting jury pool, but that's ridiculous: Only 12% of Americans regularly get news off of X. Now, that's 11.99% more folks getting news from @elonmusk than, say @MSNBC, but voir dire addresses that. pewresearch.org/journalism/fac…
@elonmusk @MSNBC 14/ Yes DOJ pretended like the number of views on X would hopelessly prejudice the jury, maybe thinking Judge (who is a Reagan!!! appointee), is a luddite. In reality, though, DOJ just doesn't want to be criticized.
@elonmusk @MSNBC 15/ Well, you know what? The First Amendment guarantees our right to criticize the government, to call them clowns, to expose their weaponization of criminal law and that is precisely what Biden Administration is doing here.
@elonmusk @MSNBC 16/And @EithanHaim has that right, even as a defendant. Court, though, by refusing to either gag or not gag, and warning Haim & attorney of consequences has left Haim in worse position than had a gag been entered.
@elonmusk @MSNBC @EithanHaim 17/ First, he cannot appeal and second, he doesn't know what court would consider sanctionable conduct. Now, of course Haim could ignore but if judge orders him to jail, Haim is in jail while he awaits an appeal.
@elonmusk @MSNBC @EithanHaim 18/18 Of course, rest of us can call Biden Administration DOJ a bunch of incompetent clowns! 😉

BREAKING: Holy crap, lots of breaking news in @EithanHaim case, with court unsealing documents. Buckle in...I'm buying and having loaded to courtlistener for the X is the media folks. 1/
2/ So WTH was government filing this underseal for? Because they look like a bunch of incompetent boobs who made up statutory language in an indictment?storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
3/ And this? This was filed "unseal?" Now maybe if the government explained why Tina the attorney was being taken of the case, I could see them frivolously filing this underseal to avoid embarassment... storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
BREAKING: X files response in @EithanHaim criminal case after outrageous government DOJ lawyers attempt to seal relevant information. 1/ storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
2/ @EithanHaim is whistleblower re transgender mutilation underway and DOJ went after him criminally. As X notes in its motion to intervene and oppose motion to seal, gov't wants to halt public criticism.
@EithanHaim 3/ As @elonmusk legal team for X highlights, X is providing the public power to comment and in fact make news. Something key in Haim's case as legacy media is silent over outrageous attempt to prosecute Haim.
Was studying @mtaibbi & @thackerpd recent piece on CCDH's attack on free speech under guise of combating disinformation & noticed of attendings to invite-only conference they referenced were four distinct abortion groups. 1/
2/ So very telling & necessary for pro-aborts to control speech so they can continue to lie about a) state referendums which guarantee abortion till birth; b) women w/ miscarriages dying post-Roe; c) post-viability abortions on healthy babies/moms don't happen;
THREADETTE: I knew in early days of COVID that government & Fauci were lying to us for simple reason that I had previously researched mask protection. As backdrop, our son has cystic fibrosis. About 8ish years ago, the CF Foundation updated Center guidelines to require CFers to wear masks. 1/
2/ CF Foundation "certifies" Centers & thus compliance by Centers is very important to get stamp of approval. As further background, CFers are susceptible to colonizing bacteria in their longs & most dangerous ones are spread from one CFer to another. They also cough a lot.
3/ So recommendation was to use masks in medical settings to avoid cross-infection. After recommendation came out, we asked on guidance for masks but kept getting different answers so I just researched it myself & answer was only n95 mask really served purpose.
🧵on self-righteous folks announcing departure of X. First, I highlight doubt it will stick. Rather, they'll do what Jen Rubin has done which is announcing they aren't "communicating" here and only promoting work. Beyond being hilariously cowardly, oh, I'd leave completely but 1/
2/ I need this platform to promote my work; they can't quit X. See e.g. Or they'll come back.
3/ Second, thinking of leaving X will turn X into echo chamber which will destroy X won't happen for 2 reasons: 1) would require every legacy outlet/left-of-center new media to leave & business models won't let that happen; 2) would require normal folks to leave & they won't.
