BREAKING: UN Watch has released parts of a 150-page dossier showing high-level UNRWA staff who are complicit with terrorists and meet with them regularly. 🧵
By @BWBailey85 @FoxNews: foxnews.com/world/new-repo…
“Before releasing his documentation, Neuer attempted to present it first to UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini. Neuer recounted several attempts to meet personally with Lazzarini, who “cannot claim that we do not show him the evidence in advance.” /2
“Neuer's group released photographs of senior UNRWA staff, including Lazzarini and former UNRWA Commissioner-General Pierre Krahenbuhl, meeting with alleged terror leaders. “You wouldn’t find these photos on UNRWA officials’ own social media,” he said. /3
“Neuer pointed Fox News Digital to two undated photos showing Lazzarini meeting with groups that included members of terror organizations, including the Jihadi Islamic Movement, the Islamic Ansar League, and Hamas.” /4
“In another photo dating back to late 2014, multiple UNRWA regional directors met with senior Hamas member Ali Baraka. Neuer said, and reporting from Al Watan Voice confirms, that the UNRWA staff wanted to “to congratulate [Baraka] on Hamas’ anniversary.” /5
“In another instance, Neuer said he was able to find a photo and transcript from a February 2017 meeting between former UNRWA chief Pierre Krahenbuhl, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and others. Krahenbuhl reportedly told the assembly that “we are united, and no one can separate us.” /6
“Krahenbuhl was investigated in 2019 for reports of ‘sexual misconduct, nepotism, retaliation, discrimination and other abuses of authority.’ He resigned from his post as UNRWA Commissioner, but in April 2024 was named head of the International Committee of the Red Cross.” /7
“Leading congressional voices requested that Secretary of State Antony Blinken and U.S. Agency for International Development Administrator Samantha Power ‘persuade the ICRC to reconsider this’ given Krahenbuhl’s ‘disastrous tenure’ as UNRWA commissioner-general.” /8
“Fox News asked ICRC about the photos of Krahenbuhl with terror leaders, and of congressional concern about his fitness for the position in the Red Cross. A spokesman said the ICRC ‘was not present in the meeting, so it cannot speak to the full context of the discussion.’ /9
‘They also stated that Krahenbuhl ‘has demonstrated through his work at ICRC and his decades of humanitarian experience that he has one objective: to secure aid to civilians in conflict zones.’” /10
“UN Watch’s latest dossier also includes interviews of UNRWA students taken by local Palestinian film crews over a period of three weeks during the summer of 2024. In one interview...” /11
“...a 14-year-old former student of UNRWA said his school taught him ‘to fight back and resist’. The child later explains that the solution for Jerusalem is to ‘kill the Jews. We get rid of the Jews.’” /12
“Fox News Digital reached out to UNRWA media officials on numerous occasions for its response to the contents of UN Watch and Impact-se dossiers, about allegations that UNRWA schools were not adhering to UNESCO standards, and about Lazzarini’s refusal to meet with Neuer.” /13
“Bill Deere, UNRWA's DC representative, said ‘UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini has cautioned against the spread of disinformation against UNRWA,’ which he says ‘is meant to create chaos and divert attention from the political aims to dismantle the Agency.’” /14
On Neuer’s dossier, Deere said, “UNRWA recommends before giving oxygen to accusations like these, double-check the source and question the intent to avoid becoming an echo chamber for disinformation and de facto the fueling of hate and putting other people’s lives in danger.” /15
On UNRWA student interviews, he said, “What they don't tell you is these children were filmed without the knowledge of their parents. The kids were isolated and asked leading questions designed to elicit a response. This is beyond misleading, it's twisted and desperate.” /16

FINALLY: After a decade of our sounding the alarm, including this year addressing the US Congress as well as the EU, Dutch, Swiss & Austrian Parliaments, the New York Times reports in detail how Hamas terrorists completely infiltrated UNRWA schools. nytimes.com/2024/12/08/wor…
“To his students, Ahmad al-Khatib was a deputy principal at an elementary school in Gaza run by UNRWA. To Hamas’s military wing, documents say, he was something else entirely: an infantryman operating out of the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis.” /2
“The military wing, known as the Qassam Brigades, kept meticulous records of its fighters, tracking the weapons they were issued and regularly evaluating everything from their fitness to their loyalty.” /3
BREAKING: For first time ever, UN chief calls out a “dictatorial regime.” Never before did he use the words “dictator” or even “regime” for Syria, Russia, Iran, China, Cuba, etc. Why did he wait till Assad fled? Why was he silent when Syria chaired the UN Disarmament Committee?
@antonioguterres, you even addressed the UN meeting of the Decolonization Committee—which you said was “crucial”—as they elected the dictatorial Assad regime to the position of Rapporteur. You didn't object. You legitimized the murderous Assad regime: /2 press.un.org/en/2024/gacol3…
Year after year, @antonioguterres, every time Syria was elected and re-elected to this and other UN human rights and other committees, you and the UN enabled the propaganda of Assad's murderous regime: /3 syriatimes.sy/sy-rias-perman…
Priceless: Francesca Albanese's face while pretending not to be sure she knows who I am
@franceskalbs
Little reminder #1: In March when you came to the United Nations, I confronted you by quoting France and Germany condemning your antisemitism, then your face was twitching on the dais as the Chair was admonishing me on your behalf.
@franceskalbs
Little reminder #2: In June, you actually quoted me in this long denial — after we exposed the fact that pro-Hamas groups in Australia boasted of how they “sponsored” your $20,000 trip to Australia, implicating your assistant Sara Troian.
EXPOSED: UNRWA chiefs secretly met top terrorists, telling them: “We are united, no one can separate us.” In Feb. 2017, UNRWA's @PKraehenbuehl met Hamas' Ali Baraka & Islamic Jihad's Abu Imad al-Rifai, who sent suicide bombers to kill 🇺🇸🇬🇧 troops in Iraq. unwatch.org/unrwa-head-tol…
At the meeting, UNRWA’s Krahenbuhl emphasized the “spirit of partnership” between the terrorist groups and UNRWA. He invited them to privately challenge any UNRWA decision, which he could then change or “tear up,” while also urging that their “discussions not be made public.” /2
If the meetings between UNRWA & the terror chiefs were to be publicized, said Krahenbuhl, that “could challenge our credibility” — and “lead to a loss of trust between donor countries and UNRWA, which might result in reduced or even terminated funding.” /3
Meet Nawaf Salam, president of the World Court. As Lebanon's UN rep, he voted 11 times for the Islamic Regime in Iran, blocked Security Council action for Assad's victims and backed tyrants Lukashenko and Fidel Castro. He voted against Israel 210 times. unwatch.org/report-head-of…
2/ When ICJ President @nawafasalam was at the UN, he consistently sided with the Islamic Regime in Iran. Over 11 years, he voted against 11 UN General Assembly resolutions that condemned the fundamentalist regime’s violations against its people.
3/ In 2007, when the UN General Assembly considered a resolution to denounce the Islamic Republic of Iran’s use of stoning as a method of execution, Judge Nawaf Salam voted to shield the regime, joining a club that includes China, Russia, Cuba, North Korea and Venezuela.
BREAKING: Hamas war room and killer drones found in UNRWA Headquarters in Gaza City. IDF finds Hamas surveillance ops room, huge quantities of weapons, tactical drones, rockets, machine guns, mortars, explosives and grenades.
📍UNRWA Pledging Conference opens today, 10 am in NY
2/ Today when he addresses the UNRWA Pledging Conference in New York, expect commissioner general Philippe Lazzarini to deliver his usual “We did not know what was under our noses” defence.
3/ At today's UNRWA pledging conference, starting today at the United Nations at 10 am in New York, expect also all of our governments to recite the identical mantra: “UNRWA is an indispensable, irreplaceable, life-saving lifeline.”
