BAKING SODA is the most overlooked medicine on Earth.

It fights cancer, kills inflammation, and reduces stress—yet costs pennies per dose.

Recently, I’ve been digging into its healing properties.

Studies on bicarbonate baths (1g/L of water) demonstrate:

• Faster onset of sleep

• Add 1/2 - 1 pound of baking soda to the hottest bath you can handle
• Soak for 15 minutes
• Go straight to bed

What about dosing?

It depends on its intended use.

• Heartburn: 1/2 tsp in 1/2 cup water
• Athletic performance: 0.2-0.3 grams per kg BW
• Baths: 1g per litre of bathwater

Avoid overuse or if you have kidney problems, high blood pressure, or sodium-restricted diet.
I've been looking into baking soda's health benefits—this cheap stuff might be the best medicine nobody knows about.
