Google just threw a $2.7 TRILLION wrench into the economy

Millions of companies will shut down. SEO is changed forever & you have NO idea what's going on

The AI revolution is HERE

If your business' revenue depends on Organic traffic (at all), YOU NEED TO READ THIS 👇
This year, $6.9 Trillion will be spent online, purchasing products and services

43% of that spend is driven by Organic search results. Searches like:
• Best Pizza recipe
• What car should I buy?
• How to lose weight

Who benefits most from these searches? SMALL BUSINESSES...Image
To capture these searches, businesses have 2 options:

1. Pay for search real estate (PPC)
2. Optimize their websites & create content (SEO)

SEO focuses on specific "keywords" (for many businesses "Long Tail" Keywords) that help the algo put your biz at the topImage
Businesses sink LOTS of time & money into SEO because 43% of sales come through Organic search

Remind me again, who OWNS search?

Oh ya, Google!

Google's Organic search will facilitate at least $2.7 Trillion THIS YEAR and there isn't even a close 2nd Image
Because of this & increasing competition, companies look to differentiate their SEO by focusing on "Long Tail Keywords"

These are specific, longer phrases that are more likely to convert to customers

Think smaller number of leads but higher intent

Just look at their usage 👇 Image
Well, what happens when AI generated answers are placed ABOVE company sites that have spent YEARS optimizing for those keywords?

Will people keep scrolling to find those companies?

We are about to find out and people are LOSING their minds Image
Why is this a big deal? Who cares if a specific answer is given?

Great question! It all comes down to the Sales Funnel

Many companies use SEO as a major "Awareness" channel

It's their top of funnel & Google is effectively taking it away. What happens when you lose that? Image
Second, those AI generated answers were trained on data, but WHAT data?

YOUR business's data!

All that effort to hone your SEO now being used against you!

But does Google OWN that data? Do you?

The courts will likely decide that but not before millions of businesses fail
So what does it all mean?
For Businesses
- Less Organic Traffic
- Less sales
- New sales channels

For Google
- More time on platform
- More ad revenue (less Organic means people will pay for ad real estate)
- Greater Market Share dominanceImage
Enough of the doom and gloom

I believe that every disruption is also an opportunity.

How many companies were created during the dot-com boom in the 90s?

How many during the shift to mobile in 2008?

What my companies are CURRENTLY doing to prep 👇
1. Investing in Content

We are betting that Google will prioritize high quality content even more as it continues to train and refine its models

The answer to this problem isn't to abandon content; it is to double down on QUALITY content

Quality Content -> Trust -> Purchases Image
2. Own your Platform

If a simple algo change at Facebook or Google can disrupt your "business" overnight, you don't have a business. You have a ticking time bomb

You need to get your customers OFF platform:
- Collect emails
- Collect phone numbers
- Get addresses Image
3. Get Educated

Things are changing rapidly. You cannot afford to outsource your understanding of lead generation or sales funnels

Set aside time each week to read, listen, watch, study, talk or do whatever it is you do to get EDUCATED

The winners of tomorrow are made today
4. Go Local

Local search is up 150% YoY. 46% of ALL Google searches seek local info

That's why you're seeing more focus on Google Business Profiles & local rankings (the pic below)

We're so bullish on local that WE LAUNCHED A NEW AGENCY helping SMBs make the switch Image
tl;dr
- Google just changed SEO forever
- If you depend on Organic search, you're in trouble
- Get prepared by:
* Quality Content
* Owning your Platform
* Getting Educated

AI will be awesome but remember: riding the wave is way more fun when you know how to surf!

Billy built 50+ AI apps without knowing how to code.

Now he runs TWO agencies building custom tools for real businesses.

No CS degree. No dev team. No excuses.

Here’s his exact, 6-step formula for going from prompt → product: 🧵 Image
Step 1: Start with a repeatable prompt

What do you already ask ChatGPT over and over?

That’s the product.

If it saves you time once, it’ll save others time 1,000 times.

So simple it’s dumb.
Step 2: Turn it into a front-end

Use:
• Replit
• Lovable
• Make
• Lindy

You’re just slapping buttons + forms onto a good prompt.

It feels like software now but it’s still just the same prompt. Packages pretty.

I thought AI scraping would save a little time.

This guy replaced 1,300 hours of manual labor for $150.

He built a 16,000-page directory in 7 days with just AI. No code. No VAs.

He showed me exactly how it works And yes, you should copy this👇
Let’s be real: scraping used to suck.

If you wanted to build a directory, you either:
• Hired a VA army
• Learned to code
• Gave up

@minhnxn did none of those.

He built using a stack that runs itself.PickleballCourtsNearby.com
The AI Stack
Outscraper → pulls every listing with “pickleball” from Google Maps

Firecrawl → browses each site like a human

LLM Extraction → pulls info: hours, phone, lights

Structured DB → cleans + stores data

SEO Generator → spits out thousands of city-specific pages

The supply chain is a slow-moving train wreck.

You don’t feel it yet, but Halloween is already canceled.

Black Friday is next.

Here’s what I learned from the most knowledgeable man in logistics & what you should do NOW to survive👇 Image
China orders take 90–180 days to manufacture.

Then 21 days on the ocean.
Then customs.
Then trucks.

If you’re shopping for Halloween in October, that inventory was supposed to be ordered in April.

It wasn’t. That’s the problem.
On April 9, tariffs jumped from ~18% to 145% overnight.

Most importers expected 20–30% and could absorb it.

But at 145%? The math doesn’t work.

So they hit pause. No new orders. No containers. No plan B.

I spoke with a silicone manufacturer using AI in his business for:
- Sales
- Product
- HR

He’s already saving 6-figures & just getting started.

Here’s his 4-step AI automation framework.
Step 1: Ask ChatGPT
You don’t need to code.

You need better prompts.

Start with: “Teach me like I read at a 5th grade level. Help me automate [X business task]”

Start small. Iterate fast. Image
Step 2: Use Flowwise
It’s drag-and-drop AI logic.

No code. No fluff.

@DanThompsonIV built 3 chatbots in hours.

It would’ve taken him months before.
Prompt goes in. Output goes to Slack, email, CRM. Wherever. Image
