🧵10 DAYS TO WIN A WAR: In September 2024, PM Netanyahu made 2 decisions that decided the war with Hezbollah within 10 days – the pager operation (9/17), and the assassination of Nasrallah (9/27).
In both cases, Bibi clearly stood up to then DM Gallant and IDF Chief of Staff Halevi, who opposed him on executing both of the operations. Here is the story behind the scenes of those dramatic 10 days 👇
On September 12, 2024, PM Netanyahu kicked off what would be a historical month when he made the decision to start moving IDF divisions from Gaza to the Northern theater.
Three days later on September 15th, Mossad Chief Dadi Barnea woke up Bibi at 0100 (1AM) to inform him that Israel had a problem. Barnea told Bibi that the 10-year pager operation was in danger of being discovered.
Bibi immediately demanded an urgent discussion and the next day, on September 16th, the discussion took place – it was long and lasted many hours. Everyone in the room except Barnea opposed activating the pagers.
The opponents were led by then DM Gallant and IDF Chief of Staff Halevi. Bibi received various arguments; “the war is not supposed to start like this”, “this will drag Iran into the war”, and “this will enflame a massive regional war that Israel won’t be able to handle.”
Despite the objections, Bibi accepted the decision to carry out the operation – he understood that it would be an operation that would not only physically harm Hezbollah operatives, but also cause intense feeling of penetration, demoralization, and have a dramatic effect on Nasrallah (who we later learned saw people’s pagers exploding in front of him).
When Nasrallah spoke two days later, broken, in his last speech, about Israel's technological superiority, eight days before he was eliminated, Bibi knew that he had made the right choice.
On September 26th, before his flight to the UN General Assembly in NYC, Bibi held another urgent discussion – this time about an operational opportunity to eliminate the man at the center of it all, Hassan Nasrallah.
During this discussion, the opposition to the operation was even more extreme. Gallant and Halevi claimed that "American approval" was needed, knowing full well that the Americans would never approve the operation for fear that the Iranians would respond.
The rest is history, Bibi approved the strike, Nasrallah fell for the trap and was killed, and Hezbollah was shattered before the war even really began - visionary leadership that goes almost completely ignored and unappreciated.

🧵NEW DETAILS ON HANIYEH’S ASSASSINATION IN TEHRAN: Brand new details from the Mossad operation to assassinate Hamas arch-terrorist Ismail Haniyeh in Iran were cleared for publication today by the censor in Israel. 👇
When the decision was made to assassinate Ismail Haniyeh, the Mossad understood that it had to execute the operation outside of Qatar, where Haniyeh lived. The 3 cities being considered were Moscow, Istanbul, and Tehran.
Moscow was ruled out due to considerations about Putin’s potential reaction, and Turkey was ruled out because it is a NATO country – leaving only the capital of Iran as the fateful location. The Mossad began deploying it’s network to find out when Haniyeh would visit.
🧵IRAN’S DOWNFALL – THE IMMINENT FALL OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC: Iran is in its worst position since it was established in 1979 due to a catastrophic year and is now facing an impossible path ahead. Here’s what you need to know.👇
445 days after October 7, where does Iran stand? It’s proxy in Gaza, Hamas, is no longer functioning as an organized military organization. It’s proxy in Lebanon, Hezbollah, has lost its charismatic leader, is completely crippled and stands at a fraction of its pre-war power. The Assad regime, which Iran spent tens of billions of dollars propping up, does not exist anymore.
Hamas will revert to what it was in the late 80s and 90s, a rag-tag militia with no rockets or influence. In it’s extremely weak state, if Hezbollah survives being eaten alive by internal politics in Lebanon, it will instead choke because it has no oxygen line through Syria. The massive Iranian weapons depot in Syria is now replaced with violently anti-Iranian militias. Even the pro-Iranian militias in Iraq see the writing on the wall and have been suspiciously absent with their “steadfast support for Palestine” since November.
🧵10/7 INVESTIGATION – LESSONS LEARNED: On the heels of the shocking initial findings of the IDF investigation into the Gaza border posts on 10/7 published by @Doron_Kadosh , he also shared what the IDF is changing going forward to make sure this never happens again 👇
The first change that the IDF is implementing is arguably the most important. The IDF will be splitting it’s intelligence collection operations into more branches and moving the posts themselves farther away from the border. This will increase the number of posts to collect intelligence but physically put them in a much less vulnerable position in the event of an infiltration.
The second change the IDF is making is to increase the lethality of any soldiers stationed at these posts, regardless of their designated role. All soldiers deployed, including the female observers, will be issued small arms and even other weapons like small explosive drones to better defend their outposts. This change is partially in response to the findings that the Gaza Division had no immediate response to the Hams paragliders, because of an over-reliance on the Air Force. Moving forward, the IDF wants a ground response to any threat, no matter what.
🧵10/7 INVESTIGATION FIRST FINDINGS – SHOCKING FAILURES: @Doron_Kadosh (IDF Radio) published the initial findings of the IDF’s Gaza Division’s investigation into the female intelligence observers “Tazpiniot” on the Gaza border, and what happened to them leading up to 10/7. 👇
The investigation starts months before 10/7, and documents how the Gaza Division observers had warned of unusual and suspicious behavior on the border constantly. This included Gazans/Hams operatives routinely approaching the fence, an uptick in Hams patrols in the border area, and many other signs that were not normal.
These reports from the observers reached the Gaza Division’s command level and were presented during the weekly situational assessment briefs to the division commander, Brigadier General Avi Rosenfeld. The information was also passed on to the Gaza Division's chief intelligence officer, Lt. Col. A., and to the sectoral commanders in the field. However, while these reports were being received and presented, they were not being interpreted correctly. The command staff of the Gaza Division did not see these instances as signs that Hams was preparing to attack but instead saw them as a “routine reality”.
🧵60 MINUTES – THE PAGER PLOT: BRAND NEW DETAILS FROM THE MOSSAD’S DARING OPERATION
Tonight, 60 Minutes released their long-awaited interview with 2 newly retired Mossad agents who were involved in the pager operation that decimated Hezbollah in September. Buckle up and come along for the explosive ride 👇
The interview starts with a masked man using a voice changer, “Michael”, who explains that he was a former Mossad case officer assigned to the pager operation when it began over 10 years ago. Michael explained how the operation was conceived and initially only focused on inserting explosives into Hezbollah radios, not pagers.
Michael explained how Hezbollah purchased a staggering 16,000 radios from Israel (via front companies), with explosives that were designed and inserted in Mossad labs in Israel. Lesley Stahl, the interviewer said, “So Israel sold this device to Hezbollah. Hezbollah paid for this weapon that was to be used against them.” Michael responded coyly, “They got a great price.”
🧵DANGER BENEATH THE SURFACE - PART 2: Continuing with our series on Qatar's sinister motives and overeaching influence into Western countries, let's take a look at Qatar's overall strategy👇
Decades ago, Qatar realized that they could never defeat their enemies with military force, but they could defeat them with ideology. Using their billions of petro-dollars under the guise of "charity", Qatar embarked on a campaign to infiltrate and weaken Western Europe.
Qatar started funding the construction of mosques across Europe, which also allowed them to pick the Imam's and material assigned to each institution. The radicalization of young European Muslims that we all see so plainly today is a direct result of this Qatari effort.
