Testosterone is not what causes criminality. It has been shown to reduce lying and deceptive behavior. It increases cohesion among men and goal-oriented behavior, which only becomes violent when appropriate under threat.
So what does cause violence and crime in men hormonally? Estrogen. Increased estrogen in men was found to increase aggression, and lower cognitive ability and impulse control. And there’s a clear diction of estrogen along racial lines.
Furthermore, there is a marked difference in aromatase activity in the amygdala. Aromatization is the conversion of testosterone into estrogen and it is this estrogen level which is associated with aggression. Interestingly, the opposite effect is observed in females.
This is also why you see higher rates of erratic violence among very left-wing white men antifa types. They have very low testosterone but high estrogen. Testosterone is calming. “Roid rage” is a result of excess conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

All discussions of motive for Luigi Mangione have to start with his back pain. Anyone who has lived with it can tell you how debilitating it can be. There’s no relief. You feel it constantly, such that your back starts to numb to ease the pain. You’re prevented from not just enjoying your favorite activities, but living life in the moment. You’re always waiting for it to hit again, and that’s if it ever lets up at all. It can seriously impact your sleep as well.
All my friends that had back surgeries say it never helped, but it’s the most common prescription. This is a young fit man who loved to hike and surf. That likely was taken from him and he sought relief any way he could. Everyone I know from the gym has looked into Dr. Stuart McGill and his “Big 3.”
You have to imagine he was put on a lot of pain killers. Of course that solves nothing so here’s a kid with a back surgery and pills just wanting his life back. Based on his writings he is clearly a smart and open minded kid that turned to mushrooms for answers. He knew that there is no solution in relief. There’s no point in masking the pain, perhaps he thought by opening his mind further he would better come to answers for his body.
Why he chose the CEO of a healthcare company is hard to say. Based on available information he worked at a tech startup in Hawaii and his family has money. Combined with what I imagine his perspective on healing has become and no glaring financial holes it seems unlikely that he would come to the conclusion that this man was in any way responsible, or even symbolically in his way, for his struggles. Perhaps he thought that it’s a travesty we have healthcare that provides no coverage for any real solutions, any holistic care or anything that actually does the job.
A crazy white guy who was obsessed with raw milk figured this out over 100 years ago and came up with all kinds of neck exercises to stimulate the thyroid and lymph nodes. His name was Bernarr MacFadden and he was the first fitness influencer.
MacFadden believed fitness was everything, and if you trained hard and ate right you could live to 150. He published the first major fitness magazine and was vehemently opposed to doctors and vaccines.
He was into barefoot walking, lots of sun, sex, and minimal clothing. He promoted weightlifting and wrestling. Much of what we wrote about is quite popular these days like fasting and raw foods. He wrote a whole book on a pure raw milk diet.

I’m going to start by saying no Peater thinks you won’t lose weight if you starve yourself. But the metabolism doesn’t just have one gear or mode. What constitutes the weight of the body is made up of dry muscle, fat, organs, bones, vital fluids, water, glycogen, etc.
How one loses weight is just as important as how one gains weight. Losing weight without care can go horribly wrong. The type of foods consumed, hormones and stimulation of the body all factor into whether one modifies any of the different tissues of the body.
