Marc Benioff has been vocal about the backlash he’s faced over Salesforce's recent layoffs, calling the criticism a “dumpster fire.” However, this article fails to fully address why those layoffs deserve such scrutiny. Benioff should be required to explain Salesforce's significant investments in India while laying off thousands of American workers, especially when his own SEC filings emphasize the need for “skilled workers” and visa sponsorships in the U.S.

Salesforce’s actions seem contradictory. On one hand, they are scaling back in the U.S., where two-thirds of their revenue is generated, and on the other, expanding rapidly in India. The company has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with India's government to train and educate India's youth, currently offering 65,000 internship opportunities in India with plans to scale that number to 200,000. Salesforce appears to be building India’s workforce while downsizing its American workforce, raising questions about its priorities and fairness to U.S. workers.

The comments from Salesforce India’s CEO also merit closer examination. Her statements highlight preferences for management and a "younger" workforce demographic in India, which raises concerns about potential age, nationality, and citizenship discrimination. Those laid off in the U.S. should consider reviewing the demographics of those affected, as these comments suggest troubling patterns that deserve attention.

Screenshots and links below provide important context, let the dates and figures speak for themselves. It’s time to remind Benioff that while he shifts Salesforce into an “India era,” the U.S. is moving into an “America First” era. Let’s ensure these practices and discrepancies are brought to light. Keep these receipts handy because a picture truly is worth a thousand words.Image

"Speaking to Indian media, Bhattacharya said, “We have an MOU (memorandum of understanding) with AICTE for providing 200,000 internships, of which we have already done 65,000. So these internships are for three months - one and a half months virtual, one and a half months on the ground, in location.”"

"Speaking about leadership and talents in India, she added “Now, we hire a lot of senior leaders out of India as well. So, they sit out of India and manage teams (globally) also. So, more than 2x growth in the last two years in the overall staffing …… at this point of time, we're about 13,000 plus."
"The world is moving into the Indian era and the country presents exciting opportunities, Marc Benioff, chief executive of cloud-based software company Salesforce has said a day earlier."

Read the fine print in this one.

"A. Program Vision
With more than 500,000 direct jobs and 700,000 indirect jobs
being created in India by the Salesforce economy by the year
2026"

"The Ministry of Education, Govt. Of India (MoE) partnered with an aim to design and develop programs which
shall impact 1,00,000 students in the next three years and through these programs, together we seek to create new talent in the Salesforce ecosystem by enabling students on Salesforce skills to meet this opportunity."

Yep no collusion to see here folks..

"Provide educator, faculty and student community as a networking and learning platform."

"Conduct events jointly with the MoE's to bring Salesforce partners for the trained students as part of networking opportunities."

"Offer Salesforce Supported virtual internships year on year subject to program availability."

"Integration and making Trailhead platform available for the MoE's schemes and projects. Trailhead is Salesforce's free online learning platform that empowers anyone to skill up for the future. With Trailhead, anyone can learn in-demand skills, earn resume-worthy credentials, and connect to career opportunities."Image

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Salesforce and the Indian government provides a clear indication of how U.S.-based jobs could be replaced through a combination of offshoring and exploitation of immigration programs. Here’s how the provisions outlined in the MOU signal potential threats to American workers:

1. Workforce Development Focused on India:
Salesforce's commitment to providing resources like Trailhead for educators, faculty, and students in India demonstrates a clear intention to build a pipeline of skilled workers in that region. By integrating their learning platform into Indian government programs, Salesforce is creating a highly skilled, local talent pool that can compete with, or outright replace, American workers—either directly via offshore operations or indirectly through U.S. immigration programs like H-1B.Image
2. Partnerships to Place Indian Workers in Jobs:
The MOU emphasizes joint events with India’s Ministry of Education (MoE) and Salesforce’s partners to connect trained students to job opportunities. This networking directly links the Indian-trained workforce to Salesforce’s global ecosystem, including roles that might traditionally be filled by U.S. workers. It’s a clear signal that these efforts are aimed at creating a robust workforce in India at the potential expense of opportunities for U.S. citizens.
3. Virtual Internships and Scaling:

Salesforce’s plan to offer virtual internships “year on year” suggests a strategy to provide real-world experience to Indian students. These internships are likely to create a pipeline of pre-trained, cost-effective employees who can take on Salesforce roles globally. With these internships taking place remotely, it also shows how the company might expand its reliance on offshore labor without needing to physically relocate employees.
4. Cost and Visa Implications:

By heavily investing in training and skilling workers in India, Salesforce reduces the need to hire skilled U.S. workers, who are often paid significantly higher wages. Furthermore, skilled Indian workers trained under these programs can be brought to the U.S. under H-1B and other visa programs, displacing domestic workers. The MOU directly supports the preparation of candidates for these pathways by ensuring they have Salesforce-relevant skills.
5. Trailhead as a Strategic Tool:

While Salesforce markets Trailhead as an inclusive platform that allows anyone to learn and skill up, its integration into Indian education schemes ensures that a large-scale, workforce-ready population is being developed in India. This could systematically disadvantage U.S. workers, who lack the same level of institutionalized support, as Salesforce does not appear to be making comparable investments in American education systems or workforce development programs.
A Broader Pattern of Displacement

This MOU exemplifies a broader trend where American corporations invest heavily in developing workforces abroad while downsizing or limiting opportunities for U.S. workers. It highlights a deliberate strategy to leverage cost advantages, flexible immigration programs, and a vast offshore talent pool to reduce labor costs at the expense of domestic employees.

If left unchecked, this kind of corporate behavior will only accelerate the erosion of American jobs in the tech sector, undermining the principles of fair labor practices and national workforce priorities.

🧵🚨 EXPOSED: ITServe’s TREASURER is running a foreign visa labor pipeline 🚨

This is Samba Movva: Treasurer of ITServe Alliance, the group that claims it is “empowering local employment.”

📌 Reality check:
• Executive at LORSIV Technologies • Recruiting, marketing, and SELLING H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC workers
• Bench sales + C2C labor brokering • Recruiters and “OPT recruiters” operating directly out of India
• U.S. jobs marketed like inventory lists
• Openly advertising visa status in hotlists

🚨Company footprint:
🇺🇸 U.S. address for contracts
🇮🇳 India office running sourcing, recruiting, and bench sales..

❌️This isn’t accidental. This isn’t fringe. This is leadership-level behavior. And this man controls ITServe’s money.

❌️ITServe didn’t “lose control” of its members.. ITServe IS the business model.
➡️Treasurer.
➡️Foreign labor pipelines.
➡️Visa arbitrage.
🚫American jobs displaced.

Don't forget to follow our ITServe evidence archive: wnd.com/foreign-influe…

@USDOL @USCISJoe @USCIS
@DHSgov @POTUS @AAGDhillon
@TheJusticeDept @StephenM @realDonaldTrump @SenEricSchmitt @RonDeSantis @IngrahamAngleImage
These posts are not isolated recruiting ads.. it fits a documented pattern:

❌️Repeated hotlists openly advertising visa status (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, H4 EAD)
❌️Visa-dependent consultants marketed for immediate C2C placement, indicating benching and labor brokering
❌️Recruiters operating from India while advertising “US IT staffing”
❌️Systematic contract-only pipelines, not bona fide hiring

🚩 Additional red flag:
The email identities do not match the poster’s name (e.g., American-sounding first names used in company emails that differ from the recruiter’s actual identity).

🚨This is a known tactic used to mask offshore recruiting operations, bypass scrutiny, and present a false U.S.-based appearance. Taken together, this shows:
❌️ Visa dependency
❌️Bench sales behavior
❌️Misrepresentation of recruiter identity
❌️Offshore control of U.S. labor placements

These are classic indicators of labor brokering, visa misuse, and misrepresentation, not lawful recruitment.Image
Image
Image
Image
These profiles openly confirm an India-based recruiting operation running U.S. visa labor pipelines.
❌️Recruiters self-identify as OPT recruiters and bench sales recruiters
❌️Explicit focus on OPT/CPT sourcing from universities, job portals, and prior OPT databases
❌️Direct interaction with H-1B consultants for Corp-to-Corp placements
❌️Recruiting, screening, rate negotiation, and onboarding controlled from India
❌️Marketing of visa status as a selling feature (OPT, CPT, H-1B, GC, H4 EAD)

🚩 Critical red flag:
These individuals claim “US IT staffing” while being physically located in India, coordinating end-to-end placement of visa workers into U.S. contracts. That is labor brokering, not lawful recruitment.

🚩 Pattern match:
This mirrors the same hotlist, benching, and immediate-join language seen across LORSIV posts. . . confirming a centralized offshore operation feeding U.S. contract roles with visa-dependent labor.

Taken together, this shows:
❌️ Systematic OPT/CPT funneling
❌️Bench sales activity
❌️Visa dependency
❌️Offshore control of U.S. labor placements

This is not incidental behavior.Image

🚨 I’m not going to let America’s policies be dictated by people influencing our government for the benefit of a foreign nation or at the expense of American workers. Not Silicon Valley venture capitalist and not labor cartels‼️

Knowing that anyone willing to push the “High-Skilled Immigration Reform for Employment Act (HIRE Act)” is clearly anti-American, my newest investigation uncovers who is really behind this bill.

Raja may be the sponsor, but ITServe Alliance publicly claims THEY wrote and backed the bill that would massively expand H-1B visas and help body shops dodge scrutiny by raising the threshold that defines H-1B-dependent employers (and the fees that come with it).

ITServe Alliance describes itself as
“the largest association of IT services, staffing and consulting organizations in the U.S."
❌️Representing 2,300+ member companies almost entirely run by firms with an "Indian connection or Indian origin", serving U.S. clients while fueling economic growth "back home in India."
❌️These companies are primarily staffing, outsourcing, or offshoring firms ➡️Owners of visa-dependent body shops‼️
📣This investigation will expose massive labor trafficking cartel networks within ITSERVE Alliances leadership‼️

And that's not all...
Right before this renewed push for the HIRE Act, ITServe Synergy 2025 hosted Indian political figures in the U.S. and received a “gift” from the Indian government:
➡️ 10 acres of government land in Andhra Pradesh, India
➡️ Promise of 40 more acres once they create 10,000–15,000 offshore jobs for India

No one gets free government land in India unless they are serving India’s strategic interests.

India’s Ambassador openly praised ITServe as crucial to India’s economy, trade strategy and its dependence on U.S. temporary visas to grow its services exports.

🚨This is who wrote the HIRE Act.
❌ They claim a “skills shortage,” yet direct evidence from their own job ads, visa filings and recruitment practices shows systematic discrimination against Americans.
🚫 They’re pushing this bill after receiving benefits from a foreign government.
❌ They’re lobbying for policies that benefit India not the U.S.
🔥 And they’re doing it while not registered under FARA.
‼️ Any politician who supports this bill is openly selling out American workers.

Full investigation AND the evidence archive will be released soon.
Stay tuned, America. 🇺🇸 @RonDeSantisImage

🚨 NEW WND EXCLUSIVE DROPPING SOON 🚨

I pressed pause posting on the labor-cartel expose (going live next week) to investigate something even more urgent:

🚨Trump’s sudden H-1B reversal: How an India-linked power broker in DC claims to dictate U.S. policy for India

A Silicon Valley figure is publicly claiming she influences the President of the United States, dictates U.S. policy for India, buys influence in Washington and admits the “dirty little secret” behind H1B exploitation. She calls it slave labor!

This WND investigation uncovers:
❌ A privately constructed unregistered India lobby operating inside Washington
❌ Foreign corporations pushed to spend substantial amounts to buy influence
❌ U.S. nonprofits quietly funding foreign aligned policy programs
❌ Partnerships with India’s defense ministries while influencing U.S. defense policies
❌ A Silicon Valley pipeline built around foreign nationals
❌ Public ideological alignment with RSS and BJP
❌ Her admission that companies use H1B workers because they can be overworked, underpaid and silenced

WND is bringing the transparency Americans are owed when unregistered foreign aligned actors shape our immigration, tech and national security policy.

Full article drops soon. Stay tuned.Image

🧵Day Three of Exposing the Labor Cartel
(More Evidence in Comments)

📣The most disturbing part of this investigation: every safeguard meant to stop a trafficking-style labor cartel instead enabled it.

❌️If even one regulator, one HR executive, one contracting officer, or one oversight body had taken 30 seconds to run a basic Google search, the entire corporate cartel web would have been stopped years ago.

But no one looked. And the cartel knew they wouldn’t.

❌️They were so confident in the system’s blindness that they never even attempted to hide the illegal practices.

❌️Their entire operation was out in the open, public, searchable, and blatant.

❌️Across the corporate cartel web, you could find:

• $8,000 H-1B transfer bonuses
➡️Bonuses contingent on not leaving after transfer, an inducement that locks workers into dependency
• Referral payouts for anyone who delivered an OPT, CPT, or H-1B worker into the pipeline
• Ads promising green card sponsorship as a reward for staying loyal
• 80/20 wage-split schemes
• “Guaranteed placement” offers
• “Bench sales” language straight out of trafficking indictments
• Entire webpages dedicated to recruiting F-1, OPT, and CPT students
• Fake credentials, resume inflation, and manufactured “experience”
• Coordinated systems designed to exclude Americans and harvest visa-dependent workers

❌️None of this was hidden.None of it required insider access. It was all public.

Yet the institutions responsible for protecting U.S. workers and policing immigration fraud did nothing:

❌️The Department of Labor rubber-stamped labor certifications.
❌️USCIS approved visa after visa.
❌️PPP lenders sent out over $14 million in taxpayer refunds.
Major corporations signed multi-year contracts with the cartel.
❌️Industry organizations handed out “ethical” and “excellence” awards.
❌️Government agencies treated them as trusted vendors.

🚨Every one of these entities either failed to look or chose not to.

Because had anyone done even the most basic due diligence, typing the cartel’s name into a search bar, they would have immediately seen:

• Inducements tied to immigration status
• Bonuses designed to keep workers indentured
- PERM and prevailing wage violations
• Recruiting-exclusive ads targeting only foreign students
• Referral payouts that function like headhunting commissions for imported labor
• Wage-manipulation models
• Trafficking indicators
• A closed ecosystem built to keep Americans out entirely

🚨Instead, the corporate cartel web was legitimized, enriched, and protected.

🚫And what was the result?
A fully operational, transnational labor cartel that sold visa-dependent people into modern-day indentured labor, right in the open, because no one bothered to look.

If you think this is bad…we still haven't revealed the worst‼️

🚨DAY TWO: Exposing the Labor Cartel 🚨

‼️We’re exposing the truth: H-1B isn’t bringing in the “best and brightest” it’s importing cheap indentured replacements

We are bringing you all direct evidence of not ONE but MULTIPLE companies tied to the labor cartel who's role is to manufacture workers through “training & placement” pipelines designed not to build skills.. but to feed the visa-to-client conveyor belt that replaces American workers.

Here’s what today’s evidence sneak peek shows:

❌️They promise personalized interview prep, continuous mentorship, and guaranteed placement in 2–3 weeks.

❌️They openly highlight their immigration output:
• 250+ H-1Bs
• 80+ green cards
• 1,100+ OPT placements
• $100M+ payroll processed

❌️They claim 30+ direct clients and 50+ vendor contracts, listing major U.S. brands

🚩The same corporations telling Americans there’s a “talent shortage.”

❌️They advertise eligibility specifically for OPT, CPT, GC, and EAD candidates, confirming these programs are central to their model.

❌️ They market 100 hours of “training” and 50 hours of “real-time assignments,” then funnel workers directly into full-time U.S. jobs under visa dependency.

🚨This isn’t training.
This is a worker manufacturing line.. designed to supply corporations with pre-packaged, visa-dependent labor while bypassing qualified Americans.

Tomorrow we expose the next layer of the pipeline.

🔥The evidence will keep getting darker 🔥Image

🚨New article just dropped: Virginia based Mahandru Associates & its sister operation Startup Business Bureau are selling the American dream as a visa package. 🚨🚨

The scheme? Set up a shell U.S. company, move a “manager” on an L-1 visa, and cash in.

Behind it all:
💸 Referral commissions & markups
💵 Cash accepted at the counter
🏢 Short-life LLC mills at repeat addresses

This is how the L-1 loophole became a business model.
