They mention 10,000-year events, but you can divide the Great Year into five parts, as in the Mesoamerican five 13 Baktuns, the four Yugas, or the Greek Ages, as understood by the Hindus, and later by the Greeks and Romans.
Traditionally, in ancient knowledge, the Great Year was symbolically wrapped as 24,000 years. In today's measurements, this is closer to 25,772 years.
