This natural circuit of cerebral fluid—from the base of the spine to the brain and back down—takes 12 hours.
Because this fluid is made up of proteins and salts in solution, it carries charge.
When you accelerate a charged fluid—you create an inductance field of electromagnetic energy that moves in the direction of the fluid.
Thus, by accelerating cerebral fluid up the spinal cord towards the brain, you are shifting energy.
This energy is sexual energy.
